The tour was very nice and staff was able to answer the questions we had. The community was clean and had a nice appearance. The menu was appealing. This is a nice place for the care of a loved one. Families would like this community for care and should tour for the care of family member

It was quite a journey helping our 96 year old mother choose to go to assisted living. We explored many options before narrowing down choices for her to consider. She was a reluctant participant because she enjoyed living in her own home and being independent. [Removed] at Coconut Point were very sensitive to the needs of our family but most importantly focused on Mom. The first visit was overwhelming for Mom because she didn't think she was ready to make the decision. We gave her time and soon she came to realize AH at Coconut Point was an extraordinary option for her to "downsize" and join a senior LIVING community. Mom has been in residence for 3 weeks and has a new lease on life! She has plenty of independence in a very safe environment. The staff are caring and attentive. Mom is a picky eater but finds the variety and quality of food very good. Home alone she was not eating properly. It was an effort to shop for groceries and prepare a meal for just one person. She enjoys the privacy of her own apartment decorated with her furniture and personal items. Daily walks at her own pace around the grounds energize her. There are a wide variety of activities for her to choose to do. Coconut Point AH opened in September 2016 for residents and is experiencing growing pains. The building and amenities speak for themselves. Start ups of this magnitude can be very challenging due to volume of visitors and needs of a vulnerable population. [Removed] and Staff are assessing and reorganizing to meet the needs. They involve residents and family members in the process as well. From our family's perspective, we are confident AH is addressing those issues and continuously improving. Our mother is very happy and enjoys her new lifestyle. We feel a sense of relief that the staff at AH treat her with respect, keep her safe and care for her needs.

The care at this community is very nice and caring. They have alot of options on the meals. I like knowing that this community is clean and safe for her. I like knowing the that she is involved with the activities that are offer and is participating with the other residents. I would recommend this community for the care and value for other loved ones .

I toured this community for the care for my mom. I liked the staff who were very helpful in answering the questions we had on care .The community was clean and they had a nice menu. This community was not completely furnished and we found it to be nice. They did not have a room available. We would recommend this community to families to tour for the care of a loved one.

I can not say enough about the entire staff at this community. I would give them fives across the board. My mother in law seems to enjoy the food, however they do offer small portions and not a huge variety of options. The dining room reminds me of a dormitory as there are no tablecloths and they have round tables. Her apartment is superb. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

The facility is new and has a lot of space for residents. The staff was very friendly and we would consider this a great place for our mom.

I love that everyone onsite immediately wanted to know my mom's name. This was during the tour. When she moved in 2 weeks later, all the staff called her by name. Each staff member I come across for what ever reason acknowledges who my mother is and her apartment number to be sure they understand exactly who we are discussing. My mom has been here 6 weeks. MY MOM LOVES IT HERE!

All the staff at Sterling Meadows are professional, friendly and compassionate. My dad is very happy with his apartment and the people. Thanks Sterling Meadows!

My mother and I are very pleased. Her apartment is large and had new carpeting and was painted before entering. It’s bright and cheerful as are the people working there. Lots of activities and outings scheduled. The food is very good and plentiful and included in her plan. Housekeeping included with bedding and towel washed. Maintenance fast and friendly. They have a low income tax credit plan made it possible for my mom to live here with no distractions between what she gets and others.

The Staff at Elmcroft have been exceptional with transitioning my mom into Memory Care.

This is a nice new community. I like the care that is received from this staff who are caring. The menu seems to be appealing and a nice variety. The activities are nice and she likes going shopping and movies. they have a lot to offer. We would really recommend this nice community for the outstanding care and value for loved ones.

Excellent, Friendly Staff, very nice facility. We are very happy with American House Westland Hunter. Mom moved in last week and is starting to get used to it. Special thanks to [Removed]Case, our Senior Living Advisor, helping us in finding A Place for Mom.

Everything is wonderful here at American house. Everyone here works together and the house keeping are amazing. It amazes me how they get everything done. We get outstanding service here.

I like it so much that I insist I am staying here. Everybody knows everybody - Very friendly staff and residents. A lot who move in here end up being one big happy family - Staff and all. Things are taken care of at a timely. There is always something going on.

I liked this community for the care that they could give to our familiy member. The menu was very nice and the chef goes out of there way to make sure that they get what they want. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. The community is clean and we recommend the value and care to other families.

We toured this community and it was wonderful. They have a lot of great things going on They had a good variety of meals that are offered. Activities would have been nice if we would have moved to this community. It appeared to have a good feeling here. We would other families to this community.
