Dad seems to like the food and they offer a good variety. The staff have been helpful and friendly. The community is clean and the outside looks like a five star hotel. They have a calendar full of activities. They seem to offer a higher level of care. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for mom's care. We liked the staff that was very nice. We wanted a bigger room for my mom. The activities would have been helpful and the menu seemed to be nice and a lot of healthy meals. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

This community is working out well for my mother, and her needs. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with her move here. The staff is good, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. It is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends. My mother is doing well since her move here.

My dad moved in over a month ago and he love it. the staff is amazing, very very nice and my dad say the food is good so thats a plus

I like it here because its mostly quiet – I love all the music here. Most of all the wonderful help I get with anything I may need.

We like the care from this community. The staff are caring and attentive. The community is clean and we like the environment. The menu needs some small improvement. We like that they offer activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the good care and value to other families.

I feel safe – staff is very helpful and understanding. Enjoy the menus. I feel chefs try to please – feel blessed to have a chapel in building and nice to have a park within walking originally - now harder to walk too. My doctor appointments and dentists don’t have to bother my family – shopping available. Field trips available apple orchard - Like gardening – walking exercise available. Fun social get together celebrating resident birthdays – able to join a choir/ great director – makes you feel I can still sing.

The surroundings are beautiful. It’s beautiful trees. The officers are very friendly and supportive. The staff is well trained, I have many friends here so it is never lonely. The activities are varied and pleasurable, many exercise classes. The food is always delicious and meets my dietary requirements. There is free transport for appointments. Newspapers delivered to apartments. Good reception for my computers. I like our den & closet space. The balcony is great for the flower box and chairs. Nice kitchen. My husband was on Hospice here and treated very lovingly. Our visiting families are welcomed – often with special events.

This is a good community for the care of my father. We like the staff and knowing that they are attentive to his needs. The community is clean and has a good environment. The menu is appealing. He is active with the other residents. We would recommend this community for good care

Working on all the details with my sister's at this time. We would like to move mom into this facility if possible.

We toured several communities but as soon as my sister saw this place she knew this was the one for her. I think it was the fact that the residents and the staff made her feel welcome on the tour. People stopped us to say hi and talk with us which was very nice. She loves the staff and all the residents here. My sister keeps very busily going to the entertainment and doing activities. She likes the food but loves the desserts that are her favorite.

Everything was fine when we used the community for respite. We needed something current and available for my mother-in-law. She enjoyed the experience and they had lots of activities that she participated in.

I am so pleased with the care that my mother is getting here, The staff is very friendly and attentive to all the residents and she has a very nice apt with a small kitchenette, they take her shopping and she enjoys all the activities. She also enjoys the Anytime menu with a wide variety of choices, soups and salads, snacks and they even have a Happy Hour for the residents. The memory Care has a separate dining area as well. Mom also likes the live entertainment and the bible study. This really is a great fit for my mom.

We had a very thorough and pleasant meeting and fun, were shown several rooms and all facilities and left seeking very happy with the experience. [Removed] was friendly, very informative and attentive.

I like the care that my mom is receiving at this community. The staff are attentive to her needs. We like the cleanliness of the community. She likes knowing that she is able to have her hair done and she likes the menu of the healty meals. We would recommend other families to this community for great care and a good value.

My husband stayed here for a respite stay. They were very nice to him and he enjoyed the community. He was pleasant with everyone and he socialized when he left his room. His room was comfy. The workers were real nice when we meet them. I would use them again, they were convenient and they were the cheapest around. It was a big difference when comparing to other places. It is a very nice looking community.

There are so many things to love about Park Place. The staff is phenomenal. The building is gorgeous and the surrounding area is beautiful. It is difficult to remember me are in the city and yet can experience nature at its finest, what an inundated opportunity to sit on the balcony and watch families of deer!

I am no longer worrying about my father's care since he has moved here to American House Coconut Point Estero. It is like a 5-star resort, the staff are so caring, efficient, accommodating and they make sure that my dad takes part in all the activities, the grounds are just beautiful. There are volunteers who also help the residents, there is a movie theater, putting green, shuffle board and a swimming pool with double rails for them to hold on to. The amenities are so wonderful. I would definitely recommend American House Coconut Point Estero to anyone who needed a place for their loved one.
