Family member has been a resident here over a year and all is great! Small homelike atmosphere. Activities always fun and unique, food menu is always top notch and delicious, staff is caring and makes sure everyone is well cared for and happy. Best place in Hendersonville!

After much research to find a place for our parents we have been extremely pleased with Stonecrest. Everyone there genuinely cares about the residents and goes out of their way to make people feel welcome. We are so happy to have our parents in such a safe and caring place. There are so many different activities and you can tell that they are going out of their way to get to know what their residents would enjoy. Families are always welcome to attend activities with their loved ones - the luau was great!!!

We just placed my mom there and I couldn’t be happier. We toured around 5 other places and I just appreciated their honesty. It took my mom awhile to adjust and she still is but the activities have been lifesaving for her. She moved out of state not knowing anyone but us and they have been terrific working with her. She takes part in the activities. They have a choir and a theatre group. It was something many of the other places didn’t seem to have. We will see how mom continues to adjust, but so far so great for now.

Stonecrest at Town and Country was the best decision my family made for our father's memory care. Although he was there for a short time, the care and compassion he was shown made an improvement in his health. I saw first hand the respect my father was given and kindness he was shown. They not only took care of my father but also, took care of our family after he died. I consider Stonecrest at Town and Country a blessing.

Bright and cheery and lots more lively people even though place is smaller and has less people. Smelled nice when we entered building. Impressed with large living quarters and ease for wheelchair if needed. I think central air would be nicer because bedroom seemed a little warm. Very willing to work with us on pricing. Food display was nice feature but no offer to try.--

My aunt always had a smile on her face when I came to pick her up - she enjoyed the people and activities at American House - lots of people came over to her and hugged and said goodbye and good luck in our move south. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

Has provided a caring, pleasant environment for my parents. When I checked into a nearby hotel on a recent visit, the desk clerk said she had heard only good things about it from various family members. I particularly complimented [Name removed], the manager, and the desk clerk said she had heard good things about [Name removed] too.

I recommend Elmcroft of West Knoxville as a "Must Visit" facility. This is yet another facility that has a majority of tenured staff.(this is something very important) The entire management staff has over 10 years of service here and most of the Care Staff has around or over 10 years of service as well. They have 24/7 nursing staff on-site. (this is also very important) They have pendants and pull cords for emergency's and they input all meds and health issues directly after visiting residents on the wall mounted computer kiosks located in every hallway.

Lovely place - very clean, the residents all seemed to be happy and satisfied. Beautiful spacious dining room, good food, and friendly servers Tour was very informative; saw one of two floor plans and it was just TOO SMALL -- we were both shocked by it. A person living alone could be quite happy there.

I consider myself lucky to live here for 1 1/2 years now! Premium city = my family here Need assisted living facility 95 old and + walker (widowed) Got a very nice 1 bedroom apartment Management first class = v. helpful! Service = A1!! Kitchen personal same (they Bar-B-Que my steaks!!!

American House Livonia was very good to us. I moved my dad in [date removed] for a variety of health issues. He was always taken care of by a kind and compassionate staff of professionals. The building itself was always clean and well maintained. Updated décor, responsive medical team, friendly office & housekeeping staff. Thank you for taking good care of Dad!

Went to there cocktail hour. It was very noisy. Like a noisy restaurant. Difficult to hear. Other than that, I loved it.

Has 2 studios $3750. Beautiful with everything you need and best convenient location. Didn't see any residents, most were at Publix.

Impressive facility. They went out of their way to help my parents while we waited for opening day.

The people at American House are the best! My dad stayed there while recovering from a brain injury and he had a great experience. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking a homey, warm, safe, clean place to live. The entire staff is top notch and very attentive - you can tell they truly care about their residents.

All the staff is very caring. All caretakers, office staff , activity directors , cooks /kitchen staff & maintenance go above & beyond for the residents. New administrative for a Freedom Hill works very hard & Has a caring relationship with each resident. As well as listening to all of our concerns for our love ones. All responding to family’s concerns and keeping Family’s in the loop. Great Hospice support for those who need it, which is So supportive. Very happy with this facility.
