Such a wonderful place. We toured Elmcroft of Kingsport in July 2019. The residents and staff was so friendly. The staff seemed to be top notch and the community is so clean. We moved our mother to Elmcroft of Kingsport in August and we wished we had helped her make the move sooner. She is so happy and I can now lay my head down at night and not worry about my mom.

I toured this community about a month ago and the residents and staff looked so happy. The director sat down with us and listened to our concern regarding our mother. The community was clean, staff friendly and its a live! We moved our mother to Elmcroft of Kingsport and we are so happy and so is SHE!!

Nice room Choices. 4 levels of care. Offers short term respite care at $170/day. price competitive at studio level. Need to get mom out to see it in September when we get closer to transition.

Great American House, they do not do the waiver program, so this is likely out! This was the nicest and the cleanest of those I have seen to this point. This also had the sohortest waitlist for the tax credit, if you were on the internal waitlist and approx 2 yrs external waitlist.

If you're seeking a community and care is your priority this is the community to choose. Hands down some of the best Resident Assistants in the business, that provides top notch care every single day!

Apartment rooms are a very good size and good closet space, too. Very good activities calendar, I compared it to another facility we looked at and they had more activities and more variety. Staff very welcoming. Very nice views of the lake from the dining room. Only negative is that the carpeting in the main areas and halls needs to be replaced. It is too worn and would improve the overall appearance tremendously.

Facilities are always clean. Staff is helpful. Frequent activities for residents Have recommended it to others.

Mom moved here almost a year ago and has been very happy. The room is larger and brighter than where she moved from and more reasonable in price. People are very friendly from the staff to the residents. The services are great the room is very clean as is the whole facility. The location is convenient yet seems like part of a neighborhood.

My parents moved in last April and are very happy. The staff and residents are friendly, the food is good, activities are plentiful and their room is the best of all places visited - has balcony with tree view.

Mom was only there nine days. The facility was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. We were very happy with the care she received and were grateful that on the day she had her heart attack that they knew what to do. Will definitely recommend American House Southland to anyone who needs an assisted living facility.

American House Bonita Springs is meticulously clean and has an extremely friendly staff and robust schedule of events offered each week for their residents. Put this facility at the top of your list for consideration if you are looking for a place that will truly care well for your parent(s) as they age. My Mom has been there since they opened--she has made so many friends and the staff are so good to her. Don't take my word for it--visit them at one of their open houses and see for yourself!

The bright cheerful environment is matched only by the level of care they provide their residents. I simply cannot more highly recommend this facility. Eugene and all the staff there will truly care for your loved ones!

We loved it here for my mother in law! She became social again and made some friends while she was there. Unfortunately, she passed away a few weeks ago.

Could tell first walking in that the building is clean and well maintained. Staff was so very friendly. They welcomed my mom and my family and were very patient with us. Mom has been here for few months and she loves it.

American House Troy We moved mom to AH Troy in December 2018. It has been an emotional move but everyone at AH Troy have been very supportive and kind. We are pleased with the staff and are grateful for everyone's help.

This facility is the Taj Mahal of assisted living. It is like going to a 5 Star resort! The prices are very competitive and the rooms are large. In fact their prices are lower than some of the worst facilities I've been too. They have all the activities and it looks like a fun place to live and work. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first visit and the facility was beautiful. We met with [name removed] and she took us on a full tour. Obviously the new construction makes a HUGE difference in the eye's perception. Only real drawback was the shear size of the facility at more than 200 residents at full capacity.

I was lonely and depressed until I came here. I love it, I feel like I am home! Everyone of the residents and employees are wonderful. Clean, neat, things to do and great food.

It is clean, things are very well groomed. The seniors are very happy. It is a great atmosphere. Would very much recommend to others.

Fantastic residence!!! Caring staff from administrative to medical to maintenance. They address all of our needs and treat my family like their own. I love American House-Taylor
