The food at this community is good and they offer a variety of choices. They offer a lot of daily activities. The grounds are well maintained and the community is kept clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Mom is pleased with this community and I would recommend it.

The 2 bedroom apartment that mom and dad moved into is as big as the townhouse they moved out of they have so much space. The staff is wonderful especially the maintenance staff they made it so much easier moving mom and dad into their apartment. Mom and dad are enjoying their time there they are slowly getting involved in activities and meeting new people. The residents are very diverse The landscaping is very nice everything is well groomed and taken care of from the inside to the outside. The food is fabulous very well prepared.

The community experience is going well. She is enjoying the meals. The staff do communicating any difficulties but we have had no problems this far.

From our initial contact through our visits, the process, move in and even after the move in, we gave found the staff to be exceptional. I have visited people in other facilities and all I can say is that I am glad that my folks are living at American House. Thanks!

I had a tour and I liked the experience. The apartment I was shown was looking too small for what my mom wanted. I do appreciate all A Place For Mom did for us and the representative I met with was friendly and informative.

Very helpful with moving in. Clean! Residents are made comfortable with food. Entertainment.

My mom and I had a great experience at our Elmcroft tour on Friday. The staff were friendly and the residents looked well cared for. We met one resident named [Removed] and she was on her way to play bingo but took the time to introduce herself to mom and give her a hug. The facility was clean and easy to navigate and the dinning hall was super fancy with lots of room for residents with walkers to navigate. Their intake about mom's routine was very through even though our visit was at a busy time. I liked their use of informational kiosks for residents so that information was easily accessible to all staff. I also was pleased to see that all residents wore a call button around their neck to call for help as needed. I don't know if my mom would use that resource but it was reassuring to know it's there. The only drawback was having to go on a waiting list and no way to predict if there was going to be availability when I needed it. But [Removed] felt certain that there would be an opening but it would have to be confirmed later in the month. The $150 non-refundable registration fee wasn't mentioned when I scheduled the appointment but the check won't get deposited until she becomes a resident and I will get the check back if she doesn't stay there but the check holds our place on the waiting list.

Absolutely amazing facility! I know my father-in-law would thrive there. But I do still have to tour a few more facilities before we narrow down his possibilities.

My mom loves it there. She loves the people, they are friendly. Everything is good. She thanks me every time I visit her, which is everyday. I like that the community is open, airy, fresh looking, and exciting.

Absolutely love this facility and all the staff. Would have written a review sooner had I realized this was available. My mom has been here 2 years now and it has been the best thing for her and especially for me. The staff and facility are the best. Everyone is so attentive and I know she is safe and happy while still maintaining her independence. Nothing fancy but you feel like you are "at home".

They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The meals are pretty good, and they provide good activities for the residents. I'am pleased with this community, and I would recommend it.

My mom is doing good at American House Carpenter Senior Living. It was good place for her.

I love this facility and would be there in 2 shakes if my finances allowed. I'm attending an event the end of the month to keep in tough with them as well.

My loved one's stay is going very well! The staff are sure to take great care of my loved one, and the housekeeping staff are sure to keep the facility well maintained. They have an ample dining room and great meals. The facility also holds many residents and has several activities, which is great for my loved one because she is very social. We find that, overall, Elmcroft has very strong programs, which help my loved one significantly.

My mother is doing very well since her move into American House. It has been a good fit and she is socializing a lot more. The staff has been great, they are always available and ready to help. We chose this American House because of location, this facility was located close to all of my mother's loved ones.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one so far at this community. The staff have been wonderful to her and I am comfortable with the quality of care they are providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and is slowly starting to get involved in the activity program they have available during the week. I am pleased with everything and would recommend it to anyone.

My mother is 92 and broke her hip a year ago. She has resided in St.clair Adult Foster Care in her home town where she lived her whole life. She moved two weeks ago and loves all the activities and the wonderful staff. We all couldn’t be happier with the care where she can experience some independent living while getting the help she needs.

I am very happy with this community. The care here is outstanding and I am happy with the staff. We find this community to be very clean and enjoyable. The menu is outstanding and alot of healthy varieties. I like knowing that my mom does go to the activitites. We would recommend the care and the value to other families for the good care and value that is received from this community.
