I like this place very much. Nice people.

The apts a pretty large enough and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They do have a medical care services company that you can use 3rd party. and they were not the best. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Traditions of Mill Creek because it was a brand new facility and also the value for the money as well. They do a lot of activities here, they have been doing them off and on, depending on if they have any positive cases. The staff members here have been really good about checking in with my mom and looking out for her. They call if there are any issues. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

As an RN community liaison, I see any facilities and often recommend American House Grand Blanc to clients seeking new housing options. The leadership is vested in the community and take interest daily in their residents. Many opportunities are available for residents every day to offer them a good quality of life. This building is top-notch and is a 5-star community, for sure!

The American House of Grand Blanc, MI facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and courteous. They are also much more than that and are very personable and really feel like a part of your family.

They did everything to make sure she was always comfortable. American House felt like home.

[name removed] gave me an excellent tour of the entire facility and introduced me to several employees. I saw Elmcroft to very very clean and well maintained. They appear to be well equipped to handle dementia residents. They are working with [name removed] assisted living facility to see if Elmcroft can provide the care needed if she is moved there. Finally, I think the small size of this facility is better suited for [name removed].

Make sure you understand what each dept does, and what you are looking for from the community. The community is homey and the food is home cooking. I would definitely recommend this community to others

It is extremely clean and they are doing even more cleaning with covid. When you visit with you loved one they take your temperature and you fill out a questionnaire every time. They are being extra careful. The staff is very friendly towards the residents and their families and are very helpful. Given the current circumstances the nursing staff has really stepped up, and are absolutely doing their very best. When it comes to the activities they really do keep out loved one buys. The have great stimulating activities for those in memory care, they can play bingo, do word games and strategy games. Our loved one really enjoys the painting. The setting is beautiful, they always decorate for the holidays. They are starting to open the dining room back up, and the food and table settings look very elegant and they are social distancing the residents.

We have had a good experience with American House. When we went and talked to them we were very comfortable with what we heard, their general manager is very good at what she does. The apartment sizes here are adequate compared to others that we looked into. Overall, I would and have already recommended them .

We think the place is absolutely wonderful we give them 5 stars across the board. They have done a very good job with our loved one. We have been extremely pleased with everything they have done. They are very open and have kept the lines of communication with us whenever there are any issues.

We chose American House Sterling Meadows senior living because of the quick availability that they had and we were in a hurry to get him in somewhere. The apartment sizes are good, they are perfect size for him andw aht he needs. I would recommend to others looking.

We really liked the way the community was set up, and we would recommend Elmcroft of Bartlett community to others.

Our loved ones enjoy this community because they are able to be around people their same age. The rooms there are cozy, and we would recommend American House East to others.

The staff members are very good to our loved one, and American House was probably the least expensive out of the others communities we looked at. The care is still pretty good and we would recommend this community to others.

We chose this community at the time because all of us kids live out of state and we needed peace of mind for our parents and they needed full care. The room sizes here are great, although my dad was in a wheelchair and his did not fit into the bathroom doorway. The facility wheelchairs fit, but his personal one did not fit. It is a very beautiful facility from the inside out. During my tour I could not believe how beautiful it was, it made me feel like I was taking my parents abroad. They had everything here and my parents rarely had to leave. They even had an in house doctor. We had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend to others.

We think the value was worth it for what we got, sometimes they were understaffed but the staff was just amazing. It was clean and once again the staff really cared for the residents there. We would recommend this community to others.
