Kudos to the great staff who have taken on many duties due to the virus. Careful steps have been taken to keep us safe. The facility is very clean and cheerful. Hard to leave my home, but glad I came here. Everyone is eager to get back to normal though.

I feel that the staff here has done their very best to keep us safe and well fed as they could over these months that we have been inside. I am happy I came here to live.

I have lived at Cedarlake 3 months. Granddaughter lives in Plainfield.

My wife and I find living here a very relaxing life style. We are in our early eighties and are very happy with our apartment, it is spacious, and with the supplied housekeeping, it's clean. Also the food is of the highest quality, and needless to say, tasty.

Our food service is outstanding. The friendly staff and our chef [name removed] is amazing and creative!

[name removed] and I moved here five years ago from our home in Bolingbrook, Illinois. We are happy here in our small apartment but we do miss our big home and yard. We just couldn't take care of it anymore. This is the place to be when you get older. They take good care of us.

Cedarlake has been very conscience thru this Pandemic. We moved in on [date removed], the day before the quarantine was enforced. What a shock not to be able to meet our neighbors! But staff kept emotions up with daily memos and puzzles and afternoon treats. The handling of meals is exceptional, and delicious. Kudos to the chef!! The environment here - inside & out - is beautiful. The inside of the facility is always spot clean and inviting. The outside is a wonderful park-like setting. We love sitting outside and listening to the various bird songs in the area. We cannot wait for the quarantine to be over so that we can really start "living" here and take advantage of all the activities that are offered. We're so happy that we have found our "forever home."

They are so caring and very friendly. I have lived here for almost 2 years and wouldn't change it for nothing. This is my home!

I love it here - I am treated very well, everyone is very kind and understanding. The food is amazing. All staff is so nice to me. Love it much better than my other place. It's more homey here.

Everyone is so kind, caring & hard working. [name removed] & staff kept Grandma safe during Covid-19 & I couldn't be more grateful. They truly, truly care.

The staff is very helpful. We looked at a lot of places and Elmcroft is very cost-effective. They offer a lot of help with getting started with VA benefits. My mom has dementia, The way it is laid out it is in a square so there aren't a bunch of hallways where you can get lost. They have an outdoor garden in the back.

I would recommend American House to a friend. The food is very good. The rooms are a little on the small side but they are comparable to others in the area. They have adequate outdoor space for residents to use.

It is a wonderful caring environment. The caregivers are willing to help in whatever way they can and are very friendly. The staff keep the family informed at all times. The food the is good and they offer a variety in restaurant style dining, before COVID. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are very well taken care and that the families are included at all times.

I have a background is senior living so i offer a unique perspective, and I can honestly say that we couldn't be happier with this community. They have done a tremendous job during COVID in keeping the residents safe and happy. My mother is eating better and raves about the food. The dining staff are super friendly. The staff really have made my mom feel welcomed and comfortable there. When we first moved in, we walked in the main lobby, and the staff all know my mother, were expecting her, and greeted her by name, That is how good they are with communication!. The nursing staff are tremendous and so super responsive that we don't even have to wait for a call back, they take our call right then and there. I highly recommend that you consider this community for your loved one.

After touring what felt like 100 facilities with no luck, I just happened to agree to tour Anthology of Rochester Hills with [name removed]. I am so thankful I did! [name removed] and Anthology of Rochester Hills were the answer I needed so desperately. What an amazing, caring and loving team!! We are so fortunate to have found them.

It's like a resort hotel! The staff are very caring and take time with their residents. The office staff are very friendly and nice. My brother likes the food. There is a beautiful outdoor garden along the back of the community for the residents to plants flowers which is relaxing.

I have lived here for 5 years. I call this place home because everyone treats you like family.

My parents have lived here for 2 years. And could not be happier they settled in so quickly because the staff was so amazing.
