I think the director does a great job and really seems to know what's going on. The communication was good between the staff and our family and they have kept us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

This would be a great place to put your loved one. They took good care of my loved one for the short amount of time they were there. Anytime there was a question or concern they would always call and let us know. Also, I could ask questions and they were quick to respond. [name removed] was the General Manager and [name removed] is [name removed]'s assistant. The caregivers were excellent. The staff has been there for awhile. This was one of the reasons we choose the community was the experience of the staff.

It is a great community. The staff communication is great with the family. The time of food is restricted due to COVID. They are only allowing 35 people at a time and are staggering times that the residents must come to eat in the dining room.

I would not hesitate to put your parents here. The staff really take care of your loved ones. The community is clean. The communication is very good with the staff. Any issues they have address immediately. If you are a caregiver you are able to visit your loved one. If not you can schedule an appointment and visit your loved one outside.

The office staff all the way down to the maintenance person were phenomenal help my father in any way they could. Treated my father like one of their own family members and for that, I will be extremely grateful.

What really stood out to us and enjoy the most is how friendly the staff members and residents are. The staff treats everybody fairly and are so attentive to our parents. They are always there to help out and we could not be happier with where our loved ones are at.

For the months we have been here it has been a good experience. The staff has kept the family updated with communication and any changes with my loved one. My loved one enjoys it here. The community has kept some activities going during the pandemic.

I like the community and have recommended the community to friends. They care for the residents. Most of the staff are good to work with. The room is very good as well.

They really did bend over backwards for our family and really strive for customer satisfaction. We would recommend this community to others.

The staff members here are very courteous and helpful. Anytime I need anything, they are right there. It is also a very nice looking facility and very clean, not institutional looking at all. They have been great with communication, they inform me with any updates and are very thorough. I would highly recommend.

We chose Traditions of Mill Creek because it was a brand new facility and also the value for the money as well. They do a lot of activities here, they have been doing them off and on, depending on if they have any positive cases. The staff members here have been really good about checking in with my mom and looking out for her. They call if there are any issues. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

As an RN community liaison, I see any facilities and often recommend American House Grand Blanc to clients seeking new housing options. The leadership is vested in the community and take interest daily in their residents. Many opportunities are available for residents every day to offer them a good quality of life. This building is top-notch and is a 5-star community, for sure!

The American House of Grand Blanc, MI facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and courteous. They are also much more than that and are very personable and really feel like a part of your family.

They did everything to make sure she was always comfortable. American House felt like home.

[name removed] gave me an excellent tour of the entire facility and introduced me to several employees. I saw Elmcroft to very very clean and well maintained. They appear to be well equipped to handle dementia residents. They are working with [name removed] assisted living facility to see if Elmcroft can provide the care needed if she is moved there. Finally, I think the small size of this facility is better suited for [name removed].
