The food is beyond what you would expect. They always serve something different.

The banana bread they gave be after the tour was the best, beautiful community.

It's not finished yet but I can't wait to move in. Does that say it all?

I think it's a great place.

Our 98 year old mother has been living there for a year, and we've been very pleased on how well she is taken care of by all of the staff. We especially thank [name removed] and her team for bringing joy to Mom's life by going the extra mile in keeping us in contact through video chats and providing fun, entertaining activities. [name removed] and her management team have done an incredible job keeping Mom and everyone safe during this COVID crisis. They are quickly responsive to our emails and phone calls, and questions we may have. Mom lived on her own for the last 25 years, but living at American House Senior Living has enriched her quality of life. We are very fortunate to have her in such a safe and caring environment.

We've had our doubts the past few month's and have been weighing options for our Aunt. These uncertain times have been difficult to say the least. In the past three week's when we call we are able to reach the new Director's and get our concerns addressed. [name removed] follows up just like she tells you she will and [name removed] (I can't pronounce/spell her last name) is straight forward and doesn't try to "fluff" things. It would be nice to reach the staff during evening hours, but noone ever answers the phone. This is a "hot" point for me. It looks as though there are positive changes occurring, for this we are very thankful and will be patient. We miss the pre-COVID times, but for now we have to put our faith in those taking care of our Aunt. Thank you.

This community was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. The staff took very good care of my wife. One thing that really stood to us was house beautiful it was, the court yard is fantastic, The rooms are good size, the food at first was cold when it was served. One problem we did have with this community is after my wife passed away, we aren't able to get the furniture out of this community because of COVID, we wish there was more of cooperation with getting her furniture out and moved back into our home.

We toured this community for a family member who needed possible memory care help. They were not allowed to in person tours so the Sales Director, [name removed] was wonderful. She took the time to Facetime tour with me and several members of our family. It felt like they were a big family and everyone stopped to talk with us during the facetime tour. We were not able to move to the memory care because of insurance/finances but I would and have given my friends the number if they want a community that cares.

Beach House community was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly, they took very good care of my wife. The only problem we have had with this community was after my wife passed away we have not been able to move out her furniture due to COVID but we wish there was just a little more cooperation with getting her furniture out and moved back into our home..

Mondays and Fridays we go to different shopping centers. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday reserved for doctor appointments and the community provides transportation. You will not find an unhappy person. Everyone is comfortable, happy and feeling safe. Every afternoon they provide a movie for us in the movie room. The staff comes around three to four times a week with goodies. They have a very caring staff.

When visiting this community I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how well the staff worked with the COVID-19 situation. Also the building was very well taken care of. The executive staff was very friendly and very positive and upbeat. The food was excellent and the activities looked very fun. I hope when I'm old I can live in a place like this.

My dad has lived at the Park Place facility for almost two years. He has enjoyed the amenities and made a lot of new friends. The staff is friendly, helpful and the facility is always clean and welcoming. My wife and I just recently moved my mother-in-law out of a different independent living center to Park Place, and she loves it as well. We worked with [name removed], the Community Relations Director, who helped us secure an apartment for her and provided us with the guidance on how to make the moving process extremely easy. We will recommend this facility and the staff without hesitation. Keep up the good work!!
