We love American House! The staff is kind and caring. The food is delicious. I can always talk to the staff when I need to. The space is well-maintained. And clean. Best of all: mom repeatedly says since her first week here, “This is a nice place! I really like it here!”

Everyone at the Charlevoix facility have been and still are awesome taking care of my dad, he’s taken care of, fed, bathed, and checked on. I don’t have to worry what’s going on there. The staff are great too, love this place.

would recommend to anyone. The Furnishings are lovely and doesn't remind you of a nursing home. The staff is very helpful with a persons requests and try to answer your questions concerning your health Etc. They also have many activities when the virus goes away.

In Truth, at first it was difficult. Then my health improved, I found support and caring friends. I became a viable part of the community. Happy and content. Thanks to all who had faith in me and created an atmosphere of well-being and joy. It is an excellent facility. During this trying time, their first concern has been resident safety. The employees here are first rate.

Our mom moved into Anthology of Troy a day before the nation shut down due to Covid-19. It was unsettling to think of the lack of contact we could have with her during this major admustment in her life. I cannot express the gratitude we have for the staff as they filled in the gaps and took her under their wings. A special to thanks to [names removed] in manamgnet. 10 stars.

Everyone does their best, especially during this difficult time. Last night [name removed] called us in the evening to tell us he cut his hand and went out of her way to call on Facetime to show us. We appreciated her prompt concern and professionalism. [name removed] and her staff do a very good job.

Shopped and visited many placed till I decided on this one. It had price, reasonable food, comfort, and good people in it and working there. Very happy with my choice.

My husband and I have lived here two years. We love it. All the employees go above and beyond to make sure all are happy, that they are safe and we can talk to anyone of them like a family member. That's what we are, family.

I have been living here for two years now and am very happy. The staff couldn't be better. They are very friendly and helpful when you need them. When we don't have covid-19 we have many activities and entertainment to keep us active. Right now we are getting back some what. I have been very blessed with good friends here also. While I am writing this a friend is on a tour here.

My husband and I love our apartment here. The staff goes above and beyond to meet our needs and keep us comfortable and happy. the 24/7 med team here makes us feel safe at all hours. Living her is the best decisions we made.

I like where I'm living and everyone here is very nice and the services I have are good too. They treat me well also. The meals are good too.
