Incredibly delicious food. Unbelievable amount of food choices any and all needs addressed immediately. Staff not only professional but caring and compassionate. Happy residents whose only regret is “ I should have done this sooner.” I heartily agree! Beautiful apartments and Facilities.

Everyone helps and runs to check on you. We have the best job in the world. Nobody can beat American House Wildwood at caring and helping their residents.

My daughter toured all facilities in the area. I believe they made a good choice, I could not pick or choose a better place. The management and staff should be commended. I am proud to say that I live at American House.

I like this community. I came here knowing no one and now I have a new family of friends. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They will do anything for you.

Accommodations - perfect. Staff - A+. Kitchen staff - A. Meals a problem, portions too much. Residence - very pleasant. Activities - fun and plentiful.

My choice to be here is great. The food could be better. The med team could be better. Start the bus up for Myers and the bank. Changed entrance time from 6 to 8 p.m. unlocked.

All the people here are very nice. Everyone treats me good. I like it very much. I have a lot of friends also.

We are constantly amazed at how hard-working and caring the staff at American House, Charlevoix has been. [Name removed] as an excellent job during these trying times. She seems to be there everywhere, at once! All of the aides are caring and genuinely concerned about the well-being of my mother. Thank you! Excellent work/service/care.

The staff is friendly, kind, well-trained, overworked! The facility is clean, cheerful, modern, nicely decorated. There has never been, in the 2 years my mom has lived in this community, there hasn't been communicable disease within staff or resident. Normally, prior to covid-19, American House has a multitude of activities, celebrating holidays, or games like Bingo, or concert, or church services, etc. Where residents can interact. Now we must keep them solo. No expense is spared when it comes to the happiness of residents.

My mother, [name removed], has been a resident for over 3 years and I am very happy with the care and facility. [Name removed] says the food is good. Every staff member is caring and compassionate and makes [name removed] feel safe and cared for. The staff deserve credit for their attention to guidelines during the pandemic. American House have kept to the difficult and rigorous measures. [Name removed] the manager deserves extra credit for going above and beyond consistently.

Top Notch director [name removed]. She seems to be around for more than 40 hours a week. She hires good people and trains them very well. Her caring attitude reflects to all employees. Facility kept very clean. [Names removed] also great people, work very hard. Always a lots of activities. Whatever favor I need they take care of it immediately. We're totally satisfied.

I will always be grateful to the staff of A. H. For the care and love they have shown my uncle. His wide circle of family and friends are well aware of the roles he's good people play in the quality of his life.

It has been a wonderful community for my brother who lived at the past 10-plus years. The staff is always looking out for his best interest and goes above and beyond what is required to meet his needs. We can consider this one of the best facilities and homes because that is what it is for [name removed]. His home.

I've been very impressed with the operation of American house. The managers truly care about the safety and care of residents, particularly during this pandemic. I have obviously not been able to visit over the past few months, but do call my sister on a regular and she is happy and well cared for.

Pleasant, clean environment. Caring and attentive staff. Handled the covid-19 situation well. Nurses on-site through partnership with Advisacare. Transportation to appointment, Etc is available.
