She likes this facility and has asked to stay here. They do many great activities. My patient cannot participate, but it is a great thing!

A wonderful community that felt very warm and welcoming. They gave us lots of information that was incredibly helpful as we navigate the process of moving my dad into memory care.

[Name Removed] was wonderful and the facility looked great. I am not sure if it’s a good fit for my mom because most of the people there are in assisted or memory care and she is independent at this point and I think it might be depressing for her to be around so many people who are disabled so I’m looking for a community that has independent living, assisted-living and memory care

Our visits were very good. Overall the place was clean and looks well maintained. The employees all seem friendly and especially the ladies giving us the tour. After our visit here we toured another assisted living facility and decided that American House was the better place for my mom. She is moving in there in the next week or two.

I had an appointment to meet [Name Removed] but upon arrival she was not available. Instead [name Removed] head of housekeeping met with us. He was very professional and gave us a wonderful tour. Understandably, there were some questions he could not answer.

Staff are all very nice also enjoyable to be around. Since we are Independent, there is not much care. There is a person here who you can hire to clean your apartment. There are apartments in a different building for assisted and memory care. Food is good, there is always reason people can complain about. There is one main meal, if you don't like it there are about 8 other choices. Apartments are kind of small but they have one and 2 bedroom and 1 or 2 baths. The public areas are always clean.

Our meeting with their representative was very informative. The facility was very clean. Everybody was very sociable. We decided to lease a two room unit from them for our father and they have been very helpful.

I didn’t visit the facility, but sent my brother and his helper for the tour, since we are looking for a place for my brother he liked it very much and we put his name on the waiting list hopefully we will be able to get in ASAP.. Thank you

When I went the people were so incredibly nice and had amazing manners. The place is so beautiful and the food is amazing. Everyone was so upbeat is sweet! I definitely recommend coming to check this place out !!

American House itself is great! But the Medical team is absolutely horrible. If your loved one is on meds and they live here , make sure there is family to watch and follow up on making sure their meds are given and refills are sent on time , and the meds are being given at the correct dosage.

We like the people here the staff is wonderful. They keep the areas very clean. We enjoy many activities. I would recommend it.

I met with[Name Removed] and staff here a few weeks ago. They were polite, professional, and curious to learn about my mother. They were also curious to learn about her living circumstances, needs, and wants for a quality assisted living facility. Earl and his team have been very accommodating and proactive during this search.

My family and I and my parents have been very very pleased with American house. My parents are doing so much better than they were doing at home two years ago. So they are getting better with age. The staff are amazing. One even convinced my father one day to go to a medical appointment. The facility is very nice and very clean, well-lighted. It is a happy atmosphere, no gloom. The staff are amazing and truly care about the residents and go the extra mile for them. When I am visiting my parents and see people who are checking the place out, I basically go and interrupt (politely) and tell them how great American House has been for my parents.

Me and my son enjoyed are visit.Very informative.She answered all our guestions,and said to call her if we needed more information. We are looking for a place for my BROTHER where he would be comfortable and I think it could be here.We might go back and spend some more time looking around and getting more information. I love the idea that they allow pets.We saw a women taking her dog for a walk around the facility inside,it was a nice surprise,.

They are very caring and professional staff. Location and price are great.

[name removed] was amazing. She answered all our questions fully. The residents were happy and everyone knew each other's names. I respect how much they celebrate vets and have a full spectrum of health support; pt, ot, and behavioural health.

AH care aides have consistently and genuinely used phrases to both me and my Mother like "you've helped people throughout your life, and now it's time for us to take care of you in AH" to encourage my Mother to ask for help. They truly care. There has Never been an instance that any AH employee that I've posed a question has gone to the nth degree to respond and/or provide me another employee name to seek out. Every employee is truly helpful, on a personal level, seeming to work like a family. Specifically, I asked someone in the therapy group a question best answered by an aide, though the therapist walked me to the aide 'area' down the hall (This was in the 1st week or so that my Mother moved to AH). [Name Removed] Wellness Director/ DON, is exceptionally responsive to my occasional questions I text her. Specifically, how to add a new Rx for my Mother, and how to do that thru their Everspring pharmacy.

The Staff treat their residents with a great deal of respect and dignity. I love the daily activities they provide to stimulate behavior and cognitive balance. My mother-in-law's health has remained very stable, which I attribute 100 percent to the staff and her environment. We are very comfortable with her care.

Very nice, friendly, community feel. Lots of activities, community spaces, and feels like a small community. Independent Living apartments with Assistance as needed, various packages and services available.

The person that I had toured with was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to breakdown all cost to help make decisions easier.
