Had a great tour with [name removed] she was very informative and help me with all of my questions. The community was so warm and inviting. A great place to call home. I love that it backs up to the woods and has multiple options for living.

Recently attended and tour for an event and the food was out of this world! The saff was so friendly and caring. There were residents hanging out and doing puzzles. The whole community smelled so lovely. I highly recommend this community!

I spoke with the life enrichment director and was so impressed with the amount of effort and resources they dedicate to make sure their residents are happy. It’s super clean and everyone greeted us with a smile.

American House is a beautiful facility with wonderful care. The food and care is phenomenal and the activity staff provides wonderful activities to the residents. I would easily recommend this facility to my own family member or a patient of mine.

It's an Excellent place. They work really hard to make sure your all your needs are met. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Residents are very friendly also. Many activities are available to join in and fill up the day.

American House Village of Bloomfield is absolutely wonderful! The staff is warm, caring, and always goes above and beyond for the residents. The community is clean, welcoming, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. There are always fun activities and great dining options, making it a perfect place for both comfort and companionship. Highly recommend!

The biggest thing that I like about this place is that the washer and dryer is in the apartment. You don't have to go out in any hallway hallway to do your wash and that's a big thing for me. Me and the food here is pretty good. I can't complain. [name removed] and the people are all work here. They're very pleasant and it's unbelievable. How nice they are. That's everyone even in the dining room area and also the ones that clean your room and to do a different chores around this place everybody is fantastic. I guess that's about all but like I said the biggest thing is the washer dryer in the room. The staff here at American House you couldn't ask for nicer people. You asked them a question and they get you the answers very polite and friendly always a smile on their face. I enjoy it here very much and and I am and I'm glad to be in here I imagine the other place is probably all good too, but with that washer and dryer in the room that is what turned me on the most thank you very much

Great staff headed by [name removed]and almost everyone is upbeat and truly enjoys what they are doing. Not perfect but dang close.

I think American house wildwood is great. I'm very happy I made that decision for my dad. There is so much for him to do there, even if he doesn't take advantage of much they offer. He has made some friends. It is a beautiful community with very friendly people. The staff is top-notch. Most know nearly everyone by name. There are some staff who will go out of their way and do a favor with no motivation but to help out. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff. Also the cleanliness and the nice screen porch on the front. Yes, we would recommend American House to other families based on the experience so far.

Moving into the Palms has been a fascinating, and great learning experience for this chapter of my life. I have met so many wonderful people, from everywhere and I enjoy learning about everyone's background. I haven't had a chance to try every activity yet, but I'm slowly trying each one. The of every department are all kind, and take the time to extend to anyone when they can. Thank you for helping my family find this new home.

So far the transition over to this facility has been very positive. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] is a true gem, helpful, kind, informative, really helped with making the decision for my mom to move there. Moms' extremely happy with her decision. Mom mentioned yesterday about all of activities available to her; she was so excited!! She moved in completely [date removed]. I can't wait to hear more about her experiences.

American house at Burlington Creek is an exceptional place for memory care. They do a great job and the facilities are gorgeous.

This place has wonderful care givers and staff! The food is great, the RA's are beyond amazing. They all act like they really care about us. I would give them all tens if I could!!! Fantastic. Caring. Helpful.

We've been very pleased with the care that our mom is receiving at American House Bristol. I would recommend.

American House is a wonderful place to live. I'm impressed with how fast maintenance responds when they are needed. The kitchen employees are spectacular and the food is delicious. The deserts are out of this world. This community has become a loving extended family. Everyone helps each other.

The campus is in a quiet residential area and backs up to a protected gopher tortoise preserve. Grounds are well-maintained. Unlike [community name removed]where my mom was, windows can be opened for fresh air. Ceiling fans. A full kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. A large bathroom that can accommodate a wheelchair without feeling cramped. My mom has been there for 4 months and is THRIVING! Best decision i could have made.

We were happy with American House. The staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the nurse. They kept me informed of any issues.
