I have had a positive experience at park place. The staff did a fine job covid 19. We are getting vaccinated. I have been able to communicate and do activities with other residents wearing masks and social distancing. I do miss my families hugs but i see hope that this will retuen.

The community has been really good to our family so far, and they were doing a special at the time of move in so our loved ones were able to move into a 3-bedroom. We have been visiting during dinner time and we see a lot of sandwiches and more basic food. We do wish it was more kind of restaurant style, but the lunches could be good to we just haven't seen the meals ourselves. The activities are still limited but are getting better and ramping back up.

Our family had an in person tour, and we really liked the American House East 2, it was one of the top choices. However, we did not really care for the sales person at all, they were a little annoying but that is not what made our decision. Our loved ones toured a sister community and just liked that one much better.

Elmcroft of Lebanon is a really nice facility. They answered all of our questions and the tour was very thorough. The location is in the center of town so it was a little louder than we would have liked. We visited a place that offered pet therapy and so we went with that one.

I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. My dad was only here a week, but they were so helpful and the place is great. The staff members really bent over backwards for us and I think they dealt with the whole covid situation great. I would recommend them to others looking.

We toured Elmcroft of Hamilton Place and it was great. The facility offered so many activities which is great since my mom is such a social butterfly. We are still keeping it in the back of our minds for if she ever needs assisted living.

We toured Elmcroft of Shallowford and it seemed like a very nice facility. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

This is a really good community and my mom has been very pleased. My loved ones only complaint is about the renovations. The activities are nice and my mom likes bingo and the piano. She feels the food is hit and miss and some is good and other meals are not so much.

Housekeeping cleaned my home and they are a gift! The work is outstanding and their attitude is 100% positive. I look forward to having my home cleaned every Wednesday. Thank you!

I think it's a very good place for my loved one. Communication has been a bit challenging because they had a changeover in staff. But I was able to talk to the executive director recently, and that went well. As with anything else in life, when there's change, that can be challenging. But generally, we're very pleased. They have great activities and seem to be very attentive to my loved one.

We had a very nice tour with Elmcroft of Shallowford, all of the staff were were so sweet. The facility is actually under the same guidance as the one that we chose, it was a toss up. The facility is all one story which I really liked. It just came down to the fact that the other location was a little bit closer and they were communicating with us more.

Our loved one tends to be a very picky eater so sometimes they are not happy with the meals they are serving, but the dining room experience is great. They do offer a lot of activities, but given the circumstances I think they are starting to limit them. We do think the value for cost is great.

We are very happy with the community. The community is only one level and I feel this community is perfect. They work hard for my loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

We saw American House 3 times actually. This was our 2nd choice, the facility was beautiful. The reason we did not go with them was because it is 3 levels so my mom would have had to take the elevator and I just could not see her liking that. Also when we went there I did not see many residents out of their rooms.

We chose American House because we really liked that it is a smaller facility, there is only about 88 residents so my parents have gotten to know almost everyone. It also allows for more personalized treatment from the staff, they know everyone by name and the chef knows what you like and will have it ready for you when you show up. My dad raves about the food and really enjoys it. It is a great value for the money and it is in a great location as well, it is right off of 75 but you would never know it. My parents have been very happy here and I would absolutely recommend to others who are looking.

Very nice facility, great staff as well. Nicely appointed apartments as well. I liked the fact that residents were out & about, friendly, participating in activities as well. Definitely in our top 2.

I would encourage you to place your loved one. The staff are quick to respond to your concerns or questions on your loved one. and care for your loved one. The food seems to be good for my loved one as well.

When I started my search, I looked at quite a few different places. From the second I walked into American House Bonita Springs, it was just different. It was exactly what I wanted for my mom. It felt comfortable and homey, but also bright and happy. The residents were out and a bout and chatting with each other. At other places I visited, the people tended to just stay in their rooms. The staff here are wonderful. They seem happy to be there. And they all know so much about the facility as a whole. For instance, I could ask housekeeping a dining question, and they could tell me the answer. The staff all seem really committed, which is great to see. I've had a lot of questions, at different times in the day, and the staff respond immediately and answer all of my questions. Everybody who works there knows my mom, no matter what department they're in, which really impressed me. If I can't reach my mom on her personal phone, I can just call American House, and they're happy to check on her for me. Anything I need or want, they're happy to do, and it's just been wonderful. The food has been good, and if they're not serving what a person wants, they'll go in the kitchen and get it for them. While it's not 5-star dining, it's still very good, and they do so much for the residents to make sure they're happy. They have a lot of activities and things to do, and they're good about letting the residents know about them. I think it's an excellent value for wonderful service.

Our family has nothing but positive things to say about American House, they have done an outstanding job and continue to do an outstanding job. We would recommend this community to other families and have already done so.
