Everything's been very, very good there. I have no complaints. They're very friendly and attentive. And the facility and grounds are all good.

Love, Love, Love this place. [name removed] was so helpful and I got a great vibe from her. This place when you walk in the front door it's welcoming, comfortable and beautiful. I'm looking forward to bring my Mom to tour.

Our mom has moved in 3 weeks before pandemic and lockdown. American House did a great job helping us cope with this. Everyone from front desk to cleaning are always so nice to us. Our family felt good that our mother was receiving the care she needed. The staff went out of their way to keep us informed of policy and made it eas yon us. Great job by all.

Make sure you stay on top of covid protocols but overall the experience has been good. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

So far our family likes the American House, everything is going good. Our loved one there seems to be really enjoying everything and is happy.

As hard of a decision as it was to put a parent somewhere. This was the best choice due to their compassion towards the family and the resident. [Name removed] has been patient and willing to work with us the entire time when we were making our decision to move here.

Our loved one is very happy here and we are happy as well. His caregivers are great and they are very accommodating. The facility itself is super nice inside and it feels like you are in a hotel. We looked at a lot of places and this one is above and beyond anything you could imagine. I would highly recommend to others looking.

I would tell others that it is a great place to place your loved ones. It is very homey like. The staff makes you feel you are going to their home, and not a community. They are very nice and friendly.

This is the place I want my Dad to go to. Just waiting for him to decide when he wants to move in.

We visited many other communities and when we got to Park Place it was a done deal. It just stood out amongst the rest and we signed our loved one up immediately. The staff members would be a 6 out of 5 they are wonderful, and we think the value for cost is excellent.

Our family had a virtual tour and our experience was great. It was very useful, they took us all around the community to see different rooms. We really did get a good sense of the place.

Very gorgeous community. Loved the atrium and the fountain. Many many beautiful common areas. Would be a beautiful place to live. Was disappointed that no patio areas and room views were not very impressive on the open rooms.

Our loved ones were only there a month and every staff members and residents there were just so friendly. They absolutely loved the meals they served, and even though they did not participate in the activities they were still offered. The value for cost is about average, and the trial apartment was a good nice size.

We chose American House Village at the time because of the location of the facility, it is close to family and also the staff members were nice and it was clean and value for the money was great. The apartment sizes are not bad, she has a 2 bedroom so it is pretty spacious for one person. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff are helpful in any way possible. They have a activities director, who is in contact with us. I've had the best experience so far. This is the place to go to if you have a loved one needing a place to go to.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. The tour was well done and They answered all our questions also.

I've had a great experience with them so far. They helped me immensely to transition my loved one from acute rehab to their facility. And they've also helped with giving me some direction with other paperwork to be filled out, and doctor appointments, and all that kind of stuff. It's clean and an excellent facility. They have different areas for you to go, for instance each building has a library. It's just a friendly place, and we're very happy our loved one is here. The meals look delicious. They have a lot of activities to participate in. Recently, they had a fun event for the Kentucky Derby. They have a puzzle group, exercise equipment on each floor, wonderful outside seating, crafting. Every time I go there, they always seem to have something going on, a little bit for everybody.

This was our top choice! Beautiful new facility with a variety of apartment sizes with great balconies. Welcoming and well qualified marketing manager and Executive Director. Love the amenities and physical therapy on site.

I think from the time we went in to tour, it felt welcoming. The people were friendly. It's more of a homey feeling. We just felt like this was a good place for our loved one. From what I've seen, they have a lot of activities. My loved one doesn't participate as often as I wish she would, but there's lots for them to do. She used to just sit in her room, and when I talked to them and gave a pointer asking them to not just invite her but to say "Hey this is what we're doing, let's go!" It's been better, and she's been participating more. They have an app that lets you know what your loved one is participating in, which is neat. I'm planning on talking with the activities director to get even more information on what their process is in encouraging the residents and keeping them engaged. But my loved one is doing so much better than when she first moved in. In fact, she's had quite the turnaround, which I'm told doesn't happen very often. But she's been pretty clear-headed. They clean the residents' rooms once a week, and the only thing I see regarding cleanliness is things on the floor sometimes that my loved one can't pick up, little wrappers or things like that. Or an area by the shower that needs cleaning. But it's nothing big, and I think cleanliness overall has been very good. She says the food is good, and if anything they try to feed her too much. We have been very pleased here. Their PT and OT team has been amazing here as well, and I give them a lot of credit for how far she's come. When they initially evaluated her, they said they didn't think she would get to this point. But now she's getting ready to transition from total wheelchair use to using a walker instead, and they're getting ready to dismiss her from therapy. I've been very very pleased with the therapy team that Anthology works with.
