American House

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community had a pleasant smell as soon as I walked into the community, and it was clean. The staff were accommodating towards the residents and family. The staff communication with the family was very good.

My family is impressed with the professional and caring staff at AHBS. We needed to transfer our aunt from another Independent Living community because we were concerned about the care she was receiving. At AH, [name removed] assured us that their team would work to ensure a smooth transition, understand our aunt's health concerns, and follow up with family when concerns arose. The team at AH has met our expectations of care and concern in a lovely, clean facility.

I really liked American House Bonita Springs, this was our favorite out of the places that we toured. The facility itself is very nice but unfortunately they only had 2 bedroom apartments available at the time that we were looking and we needed a one bedroom.

My parents moved in during [date removed]. The accommodations are always kept clean, the food has been great. The staff top to bottom is caring, friendly and concerned for the residents. We are extremely happy with the selection.

My mom started her experience at American House as a seasonal resident for 2 winters. She moved in full-time a year ago...and she is very happy there. The facility has been open for several years, but still looks new...it is well maintained. More importantly, the people on staff are excellent...they genuinely care about the residents and will do anything to help them and make them feel comfortable. As a result of my mom's experience, my wife and I moved her dad into AH a few months ago...and he's equally happy there.

One of the things that really helped my mom feel welcome at American House in Bonita Springs was the Ambassador. They have a few of the more outgoing, gregarious, long-time residents greet, chat with and guide the prospective newcomers, giving them the "scoop," but mostly just making them feel welcome and like they have a guaranteed friend right off the bat. [name removed] was Mom's Ambassador, and she was terrific. She continues to be a friendly face, even after my mom has settled in. She loves it there.

I was presently impressed with the facility and the staff is exceptional

Our family had an in person tour and they did an amazing job with the tour, it was a great place but we were just worried about the traffic being off a busy street since our loved one still drives

What really stuck out to us about Beach House Assisted Living and Memory Care was just how nice the overall facility is and also you could tell just how friendly the staff were when we were there for our tour and they still are. I would highly recommend the facility to others looking.

When we first toured everyone was just very welcoming, and the community is close to us which is one good thing. So far our loved one seems to be pretty happy with meals and dining service. Based on our experience with American House East we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was awesome. The lady who took us around [name removed] was just fantastic and super nice. However our loved one had a pet and the room they would of stayed in was in an inconvenient spot for when they would have to let the dog outside.

A very caring community. You can sense how caring staff and residents are of one another. Plenty of fun activities and live entertainment for my mom, which she was so happy to talk about.

I like American House Bristol. It's more like being at home instead of being in a hospital or nursing home. We were able to take dad's own furniture, decorate it, and make it a home for him. The staff have been very nice to him and pamper him. And the facility itself is very nice as well.

I love this place! Everyone and I mean everyone does their job to the fullest! American House is a kind and caring community. All of my questions are taken care of in a timely manner. I am externally grateful that I have found them.

Took a tour of assisted living and the place was clean and beautiful! [name removed] was our sales guide - very informative and friendly. He explained everything in great detail. We will be moving my mom and dad into American House next month. Met the director, [name removed], who was also very welcoming to us and answered our questions.

My mom has been living in the memory care & I couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving. The staff is very patient with her and always keeps me well-informed when necessary. She has improved drastically since moving in!

We first visited for a tour for a family member. Everyone was very nice and answered all of our questions. [name removed] went out of her way to visit. Everyone is very nice, helpful, and informative. My loved one now lives here. I would recommend this to anyone. Very clean and organized.

The staff is great! They are very kind and responsive. They are able to anticipate your needs before you ask them. The rooms are very nice and clean.
