If there's any concern I ever have, they're there for me. I've never had a moment when they haven't tried to resolve my issue(s), they're always on top of it. Communication between the community and me & my family has been good. I know they're short-staffed some and have had some things going on, but I feel like my dad hasn't been checked on much lately. However, as soon as I address it, they do take care of it. My dad has an open room with his own bathroom and sink. The community is all on one floor, and I assume they allow pets for a fee because they have two cats who live there. I've visited a couple times for breakfast and lunch, and lunch seems to be reversed. So sometimes they'll have dinner for lunch and vice versa. Because of that, dinner isn't the greatest as they'll usually have a sandwich and chips. I don't know if their kitchen has been short-staffed, but it does seem like they've been trying to work on it lately. There have been times when I've almost went up to them and asked what's up with the dinner? Aside from those things, I would still recommend American House Hendersonville to others.

From feedback I got from my mom - there was a lack of communication between the staff members. The information that was given for example about the meals was not forwarded on. Overall we were pleased with the experience and would recommend American House.

[name removed] in particular went above and beyond with helping us out. She was there for our family for the past 6 months and she really helped us through everything and was always checking in on us. She was a very bright light in a dark time.

A very caring community. You can sense how caring staff and residents are of one another. Plenty of fun activities and live entertainment for my mom, which she was so happy to talk about.

My husband toured with [name removed]. My mom and I facetimed in, so we could see the community. [name removed] was so courteous and helpful. He answered all my mothers questions. He has followed up with me in a very professional way. We might not be able to afford the community, but that hasn't changed how [name removed] worked with us. He has provided us with resources to help. Please go see [name removed], if you need senior living.

I toured this community a couple times. I loved the atmosphere! The residents were so nice and warm. The building was full of life! It is exactly what I hoped senior living would be for my parents.

We chose American House East because it is very close to our house so we can visit often. The apartment sizes do seem pretty small, but overall it is working out for her and what she needs. They have Advisa care staff here that look out for the residents which is nice. I would recommend them to others looking.

The staff have been accommodating. The community will try and get my loved one to partake in the activities. They will also deliver the meals to the resident's rooms for a fee. My loved one really enjoys living in the community. There are straight hallways to prevent some confusion for the residents during travel. There is housekeeping once a week and the staff will change the linens and wash them for the residents. The apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, and sink.

Very happy with the open and well lit hallways. Many windows to let in the sunshine. Staff always willing to assist and be helpful. Very nice sidewalk around a nice water feature, good for exercise with plenty of benches to take a break. Food is tasty and prepared well.

My mother was a resident of Anthology of Town and Country for several months before her passing. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for her. The staff was so kind and compassionate. They treated my mom with respect and caring. Everyone from the Executive Director to the bedside care givers were great! I only wish I would have moved my mom to this facility earlier.

I have been working in this industry for close to 30 years and have had the privilege of meeting many wonderful people. Anthology couldn't be in better hands than it is with [name removed] and [name removed]. If you know these two ladies, then you know they are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those they care for. This facility is a ONE OF A KIND in the area and has a one of a kind team leading it. I'm thrilled to have reconnected with [name removed] and [name removed] and I'm looking forward to working with them to serve the seniors and their loved ones at Anthology.

Walked in to. Is it and it’s such a happy place. It is a Saturday and there is a Farmers market there today and the residents were sitting outside , it was lovely.

I would recommend them to other people. It's a nice place. My mother likes it here, which is what matters. She has met a lot of people, and everybody seems to be pretty friendly for the most part (aside from the few here and there). The care is pretty good, although they seem to have some turnover with the nursing staff and the aides. I think that is going on system-wide with other facilities too. The food is a little bland for her taste, but she's learned that she can ask for gravy and things like that. She enjoys playing Bingo but just wishes there were more activities, and that activity time would be used for activities, and not to sell a group trip they're trying to organize.
