wonderful community

I want to thank [name removed] for helping us with our tour and the kindness she showed to us and our aunt. My sister and I have tried for almost 2 years to get our aunt to go to a assisted living home where she could get the assistance she needs, and the companionship she longs for. I called a place for mom where they gave me a list of places in her area. I called American House East, where I was put in contact with [name removed]. [name removed] met us at the door, showed us how to check in and gave us a tour of your facility, while we were touring she told my aunt she is a Detroit Tigers fan, she told her she was going to sit in the lounge and watch the games with her. That is what won her over and she said where do I sign up. We had another appointment to see another facility that same day, [name removed] made her feel so comfortable she had us cancel the other tour. Thank You [name removed]

It's a great place. The staff and residents are very nice.

We have been trying for 2 years to get our Aunt to move into assisted living, but she just was not comfortable with the idea after visiting a few facilities. We recently tried again and scheduled an appointment with [name removed] to take a tour. From the moment our Aunt met [name removed] we knew we finally found the right place. [name removed] is very kind, compassionate, warm and welcoming. She set our Aunt's mind at ease immediately and was able to do what no other facility or person was able to do for 2 years. We are so very grateful for her and knowing that our Aunt is in the best care is such a blessing. We need more people like her in this industry. Thank you [name removed], you are Amazing!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The people here are friendly, and it seems like a good place. The food is very good for the residents. The community is able to assist with physical therapy, and medication management for my loved one. They provide the residents with a call button necklace they can push for assistance.

Our family had an in person tour, it was our top choice and a wonderful experience.

I love living here in the Beach House which is located in the community. I love all of the games we participate in. Love all the people here in the Beach House. it's the only feel apprehensive about a facility this size need more workers.

I would highly recommend them. Most of the residents are out and about doing things. They offer a variety of activities. They go on outings to parks, casinos, other shows. They do crafts, game room, library, puzzle groups, bingo, other activities in the their gym. They offer a menu with something for everyone during meal times. The staff was very welcoming from the day I walked in. They are extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent assisted living facility. Great staff, clean, good food. My Aunt was very pleased with her stay there.

My mom has been in American House Bonita Springs for over a year. I can't thank [name removed] and the staff enough for putting your hearts and souls into all needs for my mom. The personal care you all show is total comfort. Being from NY and mom in Florida, I can rest knowing the care you provide is top notch and real. Do not hesitate to choose this facility for yourself or a loved one!!

We've had an excellent experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are extremely friendly here. The residents seemed happy here during our tour. The day my loved one moved in the staff were friendly and they continue to be. There is a new cook and they are providing better food than in the beginning. The food could still be improved upon for the residents. Some of the activities include exercise classes, bingo, arts and crafts, outside entertainers, movies, theme parties, religious activities, and more for the residents to choose from.

This was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I was sad to have my loved one move out of the community for family reasons. The staff were excellent to work with during my loved one's stay. The food was good at first and the chef that replaced the chef that left wasn't as good, and the residents could tell. Bingo, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

Found AH while looking on the internet. It was the only community meeting my requirements. AG gas exceeded my expectations. They offer regular exercise programs and weekly outings for shopping; there are religious programs and health seminars.

The community is very attentive towards the residents. They are quick to resolve any issue that arises. They value their residents and are very caring. Bingo, outside entertainment, fieldtrips and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in. My loved one seems to enjoy the food offered at the community.

I was very impressed with our tour of American House, in fact this facility would have been my first choice. It is set up very similarly to the place that we chose in terms of the dining area, activities provided, amount of residents etc. It is larger and I thought that would have been great for my cousin because I figured it would give him more of an opportunity to find people he had things in common with. I got a great vibe from them and really enjoyed the tour.

I toured American House and had a good first impression. [community name removed] had an additional license - extended congregate care - which allowed them to provide more services for residents. I chose another community because it was located closer to me and had more to offer.

I would recommend them.
