My wife lives in the Memory care here, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they care for her.

I've lived at Anthology for nearly 2.5 years and I love it. Prior to that, I was in an apartment complex close by. This was by far the best decision I could've made for myself. I've made so many friends, and we hang out daily. Not to mention that the staff is incredible. Everyone is friendly and caring. I can't recommend living at Anthology enough.

Right when we walked in, we felt like we are on vacation! Staff is Amazing! Food is Great! Staff is Amazing! Feels like Home!

I love living here. I’ve made so many friends. One of my favorite things are the happy hours, working on the puzzles, and bingo.

Facility is just amazing! Wonderful services in all aspects. Staff supports my parents in every aspect of their life. Food services out of this world. Housekeeping very high standard. No complaints at all.

American House is a wonderful community. They have a great nurse in charge of the building. She is always there to communicate and answer any questions.

The tour with Traditions of Mill Creek was great. The staff were all very friendly and thorough. The accommodations here just did not fit their needs as well as another facility we were looking into.

It has been a good experience for my loved one and family. The apartment has a full kitchen it it , and then the buildings has communal washer and dryer area for the residents to use. The staff communication has been great to work with if the family has questions or concerns. This is a community I would recommend.

This is a very well kept facility. Great location, courteous staff, housekeeping, activities. They're very accommodating. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The meals were good at first, but for the last two weeks my loved one hasn't eaten there because of poor service and a server being mean to him. You have to be on top of everything, especially when it comes to dining. Although the staff were friendly to him, the dining experience has been very bad for him. If someone is there who doesn't see or hear well, be on top of it. Other than that, he enjoyed it.

I couldn't be more happy. I feel very much at home in my two bedroom apartment. At first I didn't know if I would have a place for everything, then I quickly found out I did. The building is kept clean, the food is so good. The staff is awesome, so helpful and friendly. I love my new home.

I toured this facility! It was a great place. Priced a little higher than some of our other options, but we liked it!

They have great activities and excellent service in the dining room my apartment is kept clean ,staff are wonderful and pleasant and easy to talk to. The bus driver very happy and full of energy and ready to help anyone.

My mother loves living there. She can't wait for BINGO. She has met a bunch of friends. Misses the fresh fruit to take back for a snack later. Would definitely recommend American house to any friends or families looking for a great facility.

It was really easy for me to come here and make this my home. Right away when I toured, I just knew this was HOME. I like the friendly and helpful staff. The residents are very friendly. It's a newer place and very clean. We had great activities and food, although we're currently without an activities director and chef. But I understand the current staffing challenges. Traditions is perfectly located, just five minutes away from Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, a gas station, dry cleaner, hair/nail salon - all sorts of places that you don't have to go far at all to get to. My husband and I are quite happy here, and would recommend it to anybody.

The staff is so patient and that really sticks out to me. They really do treat the residents like family. The facility is clean and the room is clean. Communication with the family is great, both in person and over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The tour at Harmony at American House Lebanon was wonderful, we just didn't feel that for the special care needs our loved one needed were able to be accommodated at this location. Overall though wonderful facility and staff.

I toured with [name removed], the Community Relations Director. He was welcoming and warm from the very start. I was in a very difficult position as my Husband had just been with 6 months to live and I was lost at how to make him comfortable. [name removed] really took his time and listened to what I hoped I could provide for my Husband with his short time left. My Husband was a professional photographer and [name removed]was able to show me this prefect room for him with a gorgeous view of the lake and palm tress. He told me to bring any of my Husbands work and American House would show it off to all the other residents and introduce him to another resident who was an artist. They made me feel like they were genuinely interested in who my Husband was and what he enjoyed. Unfortunately, my Husband took a turn for the worse and passed away before he could move in, but even then [name removed] helped me through and offered to still show my Husbands work to the residents. I can't thank AH enough and would recommend to anyone!

American House Hendersonville would be the only place I'd look at. I wouldn't even look at the others!
