I would recommend American House Coconut Point to a family member or friend.

At this time I'm a little frustrated with how the Covid outbreak at Ahvb was handled my dad ended up in the hospital. Overall I would recommend this facility to others looking for independent living.

We're just very happy.. small patient to staff in the memory care unit, staff know their patients well.

Staff are very informative and follow up as needed, especially for some things that non-residents may not be aware of.

Wow! Moved mom in last week and couldn’t have been a better experience. Therapy, care, and food has been excellent. The first night I even stayed with her. The staff is so loving and attentive. We now have mom set up with therapy 3x week. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you mount Prospect.

The facility is always clean. The staff are all friendly. There are available activities. The move in was smooth and quick compared with another facility that was quite troublesome. I would recommend this facility. Suggestion: Our family member has a small refrigerator so that he has access to some of his favorite snacks and desserts and drinks. The menus at the facility tend to be repetitive.

They are very good to her and we love the facility. Staff is very friendly and attentive to residents. The onboarding with [name removed] was easily understood and pleasant.

I'm a 76 yo retired gal & only been here for 8 days. Sold my home, decided to downsize & make home where I didn't have to worry about shoveling snow, raking leaves, cleaning gutters, etc. Fortunately I found American House. I hadn't heard of them before. It's a true community that is beautiful, spotless & absolutely everything is made possible. Not to mention the gorgeous and huge coypond in the center of the atrium & the dolphin water scape. I'm given each Monday a vast list of that week's menu suggestions & the week's daily activity list. We have a library, corner store, banquet room for your own private party. We have a beauty shop, kitchen for cooking classes, a pool table, a theater & covered patios & covered parking. We have a bus that's available to take us shopping, to the casino, doctor visits. I'm feeling American House is above my pay grade but it's going to be fun trying to deserve it. I'm still unpacking but I'm sure it'll be home soon.

They are well knowledged, very sweet been ready to answer any questions you might have and their for you if you need them Would recommend them to everyone!

Staff is incredible. Full of love for mom. Mom told me to do what ever it takes to keep her there. Housekeeping has had some staff turnover, I'm hoping that it gets better. Communication from the staff about my mom is great. The move in process was great. [Name removed], who is now the Director, was awesome. The meals need improvement, I would suggest better seasoning. Overall, it has been great. I would highly recommend this facility to others!

My loved one is a resident at American House Southland Senior Living. It is a great place to live and some great people live and work there.

My mom was previously a resident at Mount Prospect Senior Living. The caregivers were an extension of our family when we couldn't be with mom. They cared for her until she died. They were very caring, kind and compassionate. The director left shortly after mom died. I hope the facility standards remained the same. My brother was also very impressed with the staff and especially the cleanliness of the facility.

My Dad's respite stay at the American House went very well. He was treated very well, they met all his needs and overall he had a positive experience. He reported the food was plentiful and very good, the assistance he received everyday with his Activities of Daily Living was superb and everyone was very kind to him. His room was spacious and they had a TV with cable and internet for his Alexa and even brought him a recliner with a lift to use. The staff was very attentive to his needs, he wore a call button around his neck and was escorted to the dining hall for every meal. The only thing he mentioned that he wished they had was a larger than single bed but it really wasn't meant as criticism since the bed was comfortable.

They lost their dinning service team so it's been a little harder for my Dad. No biggie there are staffing shortages everywhere. But could be better. Apartment sizes are good. Wish there was a bit more to do in the winter but at the price point I get it.

The facility is the best we found after visiting several. Beautiful interior very clean and updated The staff seems to enjoy their job. Very patient with residents. Always very accommodating to provide excellent care. I of course would recommend American House of Bonita Springs to anyone who wants the best for themselves or a loved one.

Very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. This allowed the staff to make appropriate suggestions that best suited my family's wants and needs.

They have been great. I would say that the staff is very welcoming and has continued to be after my family members moved in.This was the main reason we chose the facility. Also, they keep the common areas very clean.

The people, services, food are all great. Have not been involved in many activities so can't comment on that. The "feeling" I got when I walked in the front door. It's a very homey community--doesn't feel sterile. The staff is kind and friendly. They have a full kitchen and there is a good feeling when you enter.

What our family likes the most about the American House Hamilton Place is how super friendly everyone is there. The community is nice and the staff have a desire to make our loved one feel at home.
