very nice, love living here

She's only been there three months, and is very happy with her experience. She says that the food is good an that they have various activities available.

My mom has met many new friends. The only complaint is that they serve liver and onions; and BBQ ribs on the same night...her table has a difficult time deciding! She did talk to the chef about it. The new activities director apparently talks a lot about herself, so they often don't get much accomplished...but my mom loves the activities offered. I think AH is one of the most reasonably priced from what we looked at; it was just what my mom needed.

Each department were always very helpful. They were all very caring willing to help. The menu was the only thing that was hit or miss at time but the kitchen staff were excellent and the baked goods were always delicious. The nursing staff were very caring and gave good suggestions.

What I like most about the community is the friendliness of the staff and residents, however at the moment I would not recommend this community because of the food. In order to make those improvements, they need better quantity and consistency.

I loved the staff there. They were so good to my loved one. They do so many great activities for the residents there!

Try it. They helped find a place in short order.

I would definitely recommend American House Cedarlake. The staff are wonderful and there are a variety of activities if the residents choose to participate. The move in process went smoothly and the staff was helpful in orienting my dad to everything he would need to know. The only complaint my dad has had is with the food. The portions are small and he's mentioned several times that the quality is often low and that they often run out of items. He feels it's probably due to budgeting rather the kitchen staff and that for what he pays a month, more money should be allotted for better quality food.

American House is a wonderful independent living facility. I’ve been ver impressed with the staff. They’re knowledgeable and pro. They’ve made sure my Mom is made to feel welcome and comfortable. The food is first rate and the activities are interesting and fun. I highly recommend American House.

Placing my loved one in memory care is the most difficult decision I have made in our married life. As soon as I stepped into the facility, I felt at home right away and I had that feeling of confidence that this is it…my loved one will be cared for safely and lovingly here. The tour was honest and friendly, no frills. The welcome we received from the residents and the staff on admission day was great! There was music, dancing ,singing , cheering, and most of all, everyone greeted us and they certainly made us feel at home! In the subsequent days and weeks of the transition , my concerns were addressed with a smile. And, family members have been very caring and helpful! I witnessed how the staff cared for each resident with compassion and love. Yes, love! Thank you!

American House has been a good place to live.

We had done our best to keep my mom in her own home and independent, with assistance from me. She suffers from dementia. But a few weeks ago I saw on our WIFI cams that she had fallen. I was there in minutes and after two stays in the hospital and a few weeks in rehab, I decided that she needed to be in a "safe" facility. I checked many of the assisted living facilities in our area that offered Memory Care for dementia patients. One of my clients mentioned she had recently place her husband in American House in Zephyrhills and she was pleased with the care he was receiving. We had done our best to keep my mom in her own home and independent, with assistance from me. She suffers from dementia. But a few weeks ago I saw on our WIFI cams that she had fallen. I have been very pleased with the care my mother receives in this wonderful facility!

Everything about American House East 1 has been great! One thing I really like about this community is somethings its pretty quiet around here. Based on the experience I have with with this community I have already recommended them to other families.

Living at The Palms gives opportunity to meet new people, games to participate in, good food, great entertainment, transfer to medical facilities, and the chance to go out to eat at restaurants each month.

What we like the most about the American House Milford Senior Living community is that our loved one has everything she needs there all under one roof an they do outings and activities and they are good at communicating back to us.

This is the place to be. Lots of activities. Transportation if you no longer drive. Wonderful, caring staff. Good food!!! And happy hours to complete your day. Awesome!!!
