American House truly went above and beyond to provide everything possible to give [name removed] the absolute best care, help, support ??. All were on the same page with us. My every call and concern/s were met with willingness to aid and find resolve. Staff is extremely up to date and well knowledgeable to seek out help and services we had no clue about. I can't find enough words to describe it. IF I were in need of an independent living facility, this would be my first choice!! Sincerely so.

They offer a variety of food. I have eaten lunch there several times and it is always very good. If you don't like the main choices you can always order a hot dog or hamburger. Staff is friendly and always helpful. They offer many activities.

It was beautiful and clean. It smelled good and the people were so nice. Lots of activities too.

The entire staff have been wonderful. Their dedication and compassion has been so so good. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you so much to you and A Place For Mom for recommending this facility.

The staff was the most helpful and friendly of the three places my mom stayed. The food was tasty and pretty healthy with less sugar than other places. They also accommodated mom's gluten sensitivity. They cared.

Admin folks are lovely and accommodating to special circumstances. Staff has lots of patience and reaches out to family when escalation is required.

The staff has been wonderful. The dining experience is pleasant and the food is average. The entertainment and activities are good.

From the time you walk in the door you feel an atmosphere feel with a caring staff the cleanliness and the involvement of the residents. It feels like one big family.

Care is Ala Carte through ReadyCare. My mother likes the food but some do complain. There are a lot of activities. My mother has to be selective because of her vision. Yes we would recommend the community to others! My mother is pretty happy there. Of course nothing will be "home".

Mom has been very happy at American house. The staff has been helpful and the event coordinator keeps her busy with fun activities.

The staff is very accommodating. Anything that needs to be taken care of in the apartment is taken care of usually that same day the request is made. The restaurant style meals are a big plus he can order off the menu or get the daily special. Dad is very happy there.

Was at a Brookdale before and they did a bail and switch on my sister. American House staff is wonderful.

The community is like a Hyatt Hotel! My mother in law has settled in well there. Clean and loving team.

My mom has really thrived in the community. Much more outgoing! Loves games, food, staff!

The staff does whatever my aunt ask for! The food, activities and people. The really do go the extra mile.

Everyone was very friendly and they have lots of activities. . We like the price for where we are staying. Our activity director is amazing and does an excellent job. We recently got a new director, he is a very caring person, willing to listen to staff and residents for suggestions.

My girlfriends mom lives at the village. I had an opportunity to visit with her during happy hour. I had the best time and the residents are so friendly. I will recommend the village to anyone who is looking for senior living.

Extremely helpful staff, very inviting and welcoming. Facility is clean, lots of activities on and off site. I haven't eaten the food but my brother is very happy.

I've been here about 5 months. It's a big adjustment, But so far everything has been very good! No significant problems. Very nice place to live!

So far 5. [name removed] has been there one month. Everyone updated me with visits and any situations. I understand [name removed] doesn't eat much or refuses but I'm sure meals are prepared with nutrition in mind. From the pictures I see on website, rooms are large and easy to maneuver with wheelchairs. I did a virtual tour as I live out of state.
