Overall we are pretty happy with it. Everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly. My father has been kind of bored, a lot of the activities are geared more towards the ladies. They have been very accommodating, and helped find him projects to do that he enjoys and so he can feel useful. He hates the food, when I first toured it they said that they usually have an option at meals, I haven't really witnessed that yet. There aren't salt shakers on the table or anything.

Its a really nice facility for independent living. They come in and help mom with her apartment. It's a nice place for someone who is independent. Its a beautiful facility. There is lots of amenities. They have a pool, hot tub, a work out room, a bar and more. It has been a great experience. My mom is very comfortable and happy here. I would recommend this place.

Overall I think they've done a good job at Elmcroft of Shallowford. It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly. My loved one seems content here overall. However, there are a few ways I'd like to see them improve. I would really like to see them implement a call-button necklace type system. Each of the rooms has a pull-cord, but in one instance my loved one fell in the bathroom and was not able to get to the cord. I also think a bit more care could be taken with the laundry service, sometimes things get stuffed into a drawer unfolded.

The Elmcroft of Shallowford is great and I would not go any place else. The staff is fantastic, they do great work here! They are very friendly and accommodating. Activities and care services are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this community, everything has been going great!

Overall everything was good with American House Sterling Woods Senior Living. They have been very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Overall we are pleased with our experience at Elmcroft of Bartlett. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people and keeping the facility clean and neat looking. Really my only issue is that I've had a few issues getting the billing worked out with the corporate office.

Overall I think they do a good job at Elmcroft of Hendersonville. The people here are very friendly, and they do an excellent job keeping the community well kept and immaculately clean. They really give the place a comfortable atmosphere, it doesn't feel like an assisted living facility at all! The one area I'd really like to see them improve is the food. The quality is poor, and they seem to go through chefs very quickly. It was disappointing because they asked so many questions about the sorts of foods my Dad likes and then did not use that information at all.

I went to the American House Riverview to see what they had to offer my parents. The staff was all very friendly. I believe that the value of this community is better then some of the other communities, it is affordable. The only thing that I do not like is that they serve a bigger meal at lunch then at dinner time. Some families might be used to that, but my parents are not.

The only thing is when she was sick she needed help calling out no one came, they got her the button. The staff tend to be very friendly and nice. You need to monitor things so they know your there. They have alot of social activities keeps mom involved.

Overall it has been a pretty decent experience with Elmcroft of Brentwood. The communication is good. Any time there is an issue or anything that we feel could be done better or differently, they are attentive and quick to respond and accommodate as best they can. They are very friendly and understanding.

I toured this community when I was looking into care options for a loved one. Overall this looked like a nice place. The staff all seemed friendly, and the facility was well kept and clean. It left a positive impression.

The apartment we viewed wasn't cleaned, however, they did let me know that before coming in to visit it, but I figured they would of showed me a clean apartment or do something to make it look more appealing. It felt more like a nursing home than anything, and there were too many old people in there and that is what I didn't like. I didn't really look into the care services or the activities that much because it's not really part of what we need.

Very friendly staff that is enjoyable to work with. Prices are reasonable and don't cause seniors to use their last dollar to live. My two 90 y/o folks really enjoy the site and have repeatedly thanked us for finding A.H.W.J. for them.

It seemed like a really nice place. Was a tad expensive compared to other facilities. Not sure if it is right for my Mom but will keep it in mind.

It was a very nice experience. Everybody there was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have not been able to experience it fully as my mother passed away shortly after and my father has been in the hospital most of the time, but our limited experience has been a very positive one.

I had to deal with this long distance as I live out of state. It has been a little challenging at times getting the best communication. But they are fantastically friendly and they bend over backwards to help out in any way they can.

We were not at Elmcroft very long, though while we were there they treated us well. They let us decorate her room so that it would be welcoming and comfortable and homelike for her. We came with the intention of a long stay, but unfortunately, the issues my loved one had were more than they could handle. I think we thought everything was more under control than it was. It was a nice place, and they treated us well. It just didn't work out.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, and was our 2nd choice out of all the places we looked at. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly!

Everything is good at the Cedarlake Village in Painfield, Illinois. The staff is great. The place is wonderful. Just that they don't work with people who have problems with Alcool and my dad is an Alcoholic and we are asked to move him out. So, we re looking for a place that works with Alcoholics. Otherwise, the place is fine and everything is good.
