American House

I am impressed with the memory care area of this community. They are taking good care of mom and are working well with hospice. The community is clean. Someone I know had a loved one living here previously and they recommended this community. The community is close to family and friends. I feel we made the right decision in choosing this community.

My 88 year old Aunt loved this facility and [Removed]. She found everyone she encountered welcoming and loved the grounds/lake. The studio she looked at is large and has a complete kitchen with lots of closet and cabinet storage. She loves classical music and was thrilled to hear a string quartet comes to play on occasion. As a retired librarian found the library more than suitable- she stated, "I could live here and think I will be happy"!

When I toured the American House I wanted my friends to move into it. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. [Removed] and another lady took us around and they were very nice. The reason we had to chose another place was because of the price, it was higher than what they could afford.

This is a pretty nice community, and I know my wife, and I will be good with our move here. It is nice looking community. For the most part they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. They have been good at addressing my concerns, and making sure we are satisfied. The staff is great. It is a community I would recommend, it is a nice community.

Pleasant enough. The 'pets allowed' policy would be good for some, but not so for my mother. Residents seemed happy to be there.

I loved this place. The residents were so happy and engaging. It was clean with lots of activity. The rooms were very nice and so were the common areas. Unfortunately the prices were very high and my mom cannot afford this facility.

AH was deceiving thought was assisted living but found out was senior living with assistance available.

We are pleased with the way the staff and community are meeting my mother-in-law's care and dietary needs. She is in the Memory Care and the staff keep updated about how she is doing. We also visit her weekly and see a clean environment and up keep her room well. They provide a good selection of activities and meals.

I thought everyone was really nice and I liked the facility. I enjoyed seeing people playing Bingo.

The staff has been good with my friend. They have been very adequate and making sure that everything is getting done that needs to be done. He is happy with the services being provided.

I placed my sister in American House 3 months ago and have been very satisfied with the staff, meals and surroundings. Everyone is friendly, helpful and encouraging to my sister. She loves the food and Bingo.

Things are going very well for my mother since she has made the move into this community. My family and I could never say enough great things about the staff and the quality of care they have been providing my mom. She also has really enjoyed the meals they are providing her throughout the day. They are always fresh and on time which is a big positive in her eyes. Overall we have no complaints and are very pleased.

My tour of this facility with very well. The community looked nice and very neat. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very kind to my family and I. The only problem was that the building had multiple floors, and I wanted a single level community for my father. It is a very nice community, but not the one for my father.

The staff at the American House have been very helpful and welcoming. So far, everything with her move has been very smooth and nice. The CNS's have been super nice and always speak positively about the place. The apartment my mother is in is comfortable. She has a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The only complaint is it does not have the best view out the door. The management has talked about doing a little bit of landscaping like bushes or plants, to cover up the huge electrical box. Every time I have visited, the place is very clean. The few times I have had meals with her, they are good and in good portions.

This was a nice for my husband and myself. The staff were nice and answered our questions. It did appear that they had activities offered. I was not able to see the menu for the meals. I liked how this community appeared to be clean. Families might look at this community to see if it would be what they were looking for.

This community is clean and maintained. The staff are always friendly and very caring. I would recommend the care that is received to others here.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my parents here at this community. We are pleased with everything they have done for us. I'am satisfied with the care they are being provided with. I know they are safe and in good hands at this community.

The staff is kind and compassionate. They are always willing to help. It is a well maintained community. I would recommend this community, it is a very nice place.
