I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this place, I actually was very impressed. The property was very well maintained and you could tell the kept up with all of the cleaning throughout the building. They had a great floor plan with lots of great amenities for all of the residents and it was easy to navigate. The only concern that I had was they did not have enough long term memory care that my mom would have needed.

I have no complaints about how things went while my mother was in this community. The property is absolutely beautiful with lots of great amenities for all of the residents. The staff where all amazing and I was comfortable with the quality of care that they provided her. I am looking forward to future experiences at this place and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

The tour of this community was nice. This community was small and it seemed like the residents were not active at all. This was a bigger community than what we wanted for my mom. The community was clean and they had a nice menu of meals. Families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one

My mother and I toured American House Southgate when we were searching for a community for her. The facility was nice and so were all of the staff, but the location was not in the area we wanted.

When we went to American house in Westland, no one was there to take us on a tour, but the place was very nice. Everything was clean and appeared to be in good shape.

We had a good tour of American House Livonia Senior Living. The facility was clean and everyone was very friendly. Ther deciding factor was the setup. It was not what we were looking for.

The tour I had taken at this community for my loved one went fine and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions my mother and I had for them. They had a very clean property with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

I was familiar with the American House prior to visiting because my mother had stayed in one of their communities. They are all the same layout. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but we found another place that fit my loved one a bit better.

During my search for a good place for my friend, I toured Elmcroft of West Knoxville. A young lady took me around the kitchen area, hallways, in common areas and everything seemed pretty clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but it was not what we were looking for.

My friend and I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. Our tour went well overall, and everyone was nice. The community appeared to be well maintained. Everything looked very nice. The staff was polite, and answered our questions. It was a nice experience overall.

I toured many communities with one being American House Village Senior Living. It was a good tour and the person that took me around was helpful and informative The complex was clean and in good shape, but we found another place that fit my loved one's needs better.

Staff is too small to adequately cover the services. Price of service is high and price of TV is too high. Existing staff is very good and caring.

They were good with the tour. They were professional and friendly. However the truth is she didn't know anyone there and decided to go where she knew some residents.

My mom is good being apart of the community. I like the arrangement with not giving money upfront. She likes the meals and she likes that the community is new. She liked and picked this one because she knew people that lived here. The only thing is that she is supposed to get an iPad. A promotion for the new residents. I would recommend them to those who are in need.

Brookdale Sarasota Central was a nice place but it was way too expensive. We wanted something temporary and for the price, it would not have worked out. The place was nice and I would consider them if we were looking for a permanent stay, but for now, it was not the best fit.

The facility is very clean and fresh. The rooms were smaller than others we have visited. The staff and director were friendly and helpful. The memory care area was small without room for many activities.

My brother was the one who toured American House Bonita Springs Senior Living. He said it was a nice place and they were friendly to him, but this place is in Florida, and our other wanted to stay in Pennsylvania with me.

Mom is doing quite well at American House. She likes playing bingo. They offer a choice of food options. This community is clean and more modern looking than the previous community she was at. The staff are very good. They helped us with the finances and I would recommend this community.
