Sales staff was very helpful in the move in process. Nursing staff is very attentive. Overall friendly people and helpful and caring staff!

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. The community looked good from what I saw. The staff I met was wonderful. My tour went well, but my brother wanted a community closer to him, and the family.

After touring American House at Coconut Point, I was very impressed. It seems they would be able to accommodate all that my family needs to care for my Mom. The price seemed to be in-line with other assisted living facilities. The ground were nice and well kept. The facility is in a great location. I can't quite give it 5 stars but it is definitely in the running.

We had toured this community and liked it very much. The staff was friendly very welcoming and knowledgeable. The location of the property was not as convenient as others we had looked at so that was a factor in our final decision. The price also was a factor in the decision it was a little out of our price range.

I really liked the American House Carpenter Senior Living community, one reason was that it was close to my house. It was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community that my mom decided was closer to her friends and where she had lived all of her life.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. They had a nice property with lot so great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

loved smallness of complex/very active and friendly members/a bit pricey

I saw a beautiful community with chandeliers and glass decoration. The community is painted gray but my parent got the feeling of coldness from the color. They just opened it with very few residents in the Memory Care and that was a bit unsettling to me. At the time the staff didn't seem like they were in tuned and they didn't really know each other.

My dad is blind so being in a place where the floor plan is easy to navigate was extremely important to us. He seems to have settled in well and is liking it so far. He is making some friends and with his handicap, it makes it rough joining anything but he does attend a bible study group which he enjoys very much. He says the food is good portions are well balanced. The staff is friendly and very helpful and they keep in contact with us if there are any concerns or issues.

I had a good tour. However, they didn't have the shelves in the hallway. It would be helpful for my loved one to know which would be their room. I didn't like that there was one elevator and one laundry facility.

My loved one has recently moved into this community and so far things are going well for him. The property is beautiful and he is loving his apartment that he recently moved into . The only complaint that we have so far is the staff can't seem to all get on the same page about his care and medications. That has caused some complications for us but other than everything has gone smoothly.

This is a lovely community, and my mother is very happy with her move here. She is doing the best health wise, but she is in good hands. The staff here is wonderful. They are very caring, gentle, and very understanding. The community looks great, and very well-kept. I have no complaints about this community, it is a lovely place. I have already recommended it to my friends.
