I have no complaints or issues with the facility.

The staff and the caregivers here are very nice and friendly. They are very attentive to the residents needs. It is always clean here. The food could be better, but overall this is a pretty decent place.

They have got some new staffing there. There are a lot of changes. I just felt that they should have had a checklist of everything they should have asked my father to get things started within the first week or two. I feel like my Dad fell between the cracks because they did not do his laundry and the doctor did not come to see him for awhile. There should be a better way to make sure my Dad's needs were met. It took awhile, but things seem to be better now and once I talked to the director, he followed through and make sure my Dad's needs were met.

At The Hampton at Meadows Place the needs my dad had were greater than they provided. We had issues with the staff. They placed him in assisted living and they felt they were having to give him care that they don't normally provide. I explained the issues that he had before moving him here and they said they would be able to work with him, however that turned out not to be the case. The facility itself was nice, I just wish I would have had more information up front as to what all care they provide.

It's a good choice for someone who is pretty well functioning. It's not a good choice for someone who is low functioning. I hear the food is five star. The communication with the staff has been pretty good. The location and parking is very good. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. The friendliness of the staff is excellent as well. My overall rating of the Brookdale Coconut Creek is four stars.

As far as the Hampton themselves, the reason I gave the first rating a four is because I haven't seen anything in writing as far as what i'm being charged for. Initially there were some things we were going to be using, but turns out my mother does not need them and I don't know if I'm being charged for it. It's been a little difficult trying to talk to the doctor because she is only there Tuesdays and Thursdays, but overall I've been really pleased with it.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience has been a good one. The place has looked nice when I visited, and the staff seem friendly and helpful.

Everything has been really good. My grandma has said she wishes she had moved in a long time ago, when I first started telling her to. I would give them about a four.

The Hampton at Meadows Place is a very nice lovely facility. They got my mothers room ready on time, but there have been a few issues since then where they have not delivered on what was promised, have not returned phone calls, etc. They are very busy and may be a little understaffed based on what I have observed.

They are great. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication about activities, and what's going on when. Everyone is really kind and it takes a special kind of person to work with the residents here. Everything else is good.

My Dad was not yet ready for Memory Care, so we chose the Pavilion. It is a beautiful place, and my Dad was impressed when we took him to visit before we selected the place. We really liked having a one bedroom apartment for him. He could sleep in quiet in his room, while visitors chatted in the living room. He always enjoyed the food, but he was not an activities guy, so that is why I gave them a lower rating. There was just nothing available that interested him. The process to move him to memory care did not go smoothly at all. He was basically kicked out. The care staff should have communicated better that his needs were changing. Communication with the family was not a strong suit.

I really like this facility. It was very well kept, clean and fresh. with spacious rooms. The residents appear to be engaged in some social activities and were mobile. The buildings close to one another which makes moving around from one to another feasible. And the staff seemed very friendly. I can invasion my dad living in a place like this . I felt comfortable here and would like to see my

Park Place looks beautiful and shows nicely. The staff are very friendly and take good care of residents. Little consideration is given to what residents request and desire in regard to food. At mealtime there is not enough help to serve therefore residents wait and meals are served cold at times. Menus does not fit needs for elderly despite multiple request for changes. Owners should make attempt to improve the problems in the kitchen by looking at all the food that has been uneaten and returned to kitchen. Residents request simple meals: mashed potatoe , canned green beans, bread, pie,: simple home cooked meals.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place! It was a brand new building, and very well kept and clean. The staff all seemed friendly and professional.

It's a nice place, and I liked the majority of the people I have met and dealt with. However the care there is lacking. My loved one ended up with a bedsore from lack of care. I've been told the night staff is argumentative, and I have gotten phone calls because no one answered the call bell for an extremely long time. They were very attentive the first couple of weeks, but after that I felt like we became just another number here.

They are doing a great job. They have no problems whatsoever. This was a great choice for my loved ones. It's clean and the staff is friendly and they have been very accommodating. They haven't been there that long yet, but so far we are very pleased.

They just opened a new wing for assisted care, and it looks like they are learning as they go. Everyone is new and the rules are changing as they go. Nothing is wrong but I have the feeling there isn't a lot of experience. They are pretty good about making changes and necessary adjustments when things come up though. They are willing to talk to you anytime, about anything. They have a lot of activities and things, but I am not sure how effective they are about getting people to participate.

Very nice space and nice people.

They have been very forthcoming with communication to my grandmothers family about any issues that are coming up with her. I do feel like sometimes some of the staff could be a little more attentive, particularly because my grandmother is hard of hearing and does not always understand what they are asking her.

The medication management is excellent. The friendliness of the staff is certainly there, and they are always very accommodating. The food there is also very good. One area where I do feel that they might could improve would be this: what is advertised and what you get are not exactly the same. Some of the extra amenities that I was told would be available had some extra caveats to them. There are some underlying details that are not divulged up front.
