Our favorite except for location.

Very nice but few residents and so new that can't get a good feel for what it would be like when fully staffed and filled. memory unit has outdoor areas but they are barren, could use some greenery so not all rock, brick and tile.

Homewood is a nice facility but beyond our price range.

Like this facility very much but even though it is the closest to my home they have no vacancy and it was considerably more expensive.

Management is super friendly and responsive but the CNA's is not as friendly. The food is okay. The value for the money is average but expensive.

When we toured with Beach House they were getting ready to do a commercial for the facility so all the upper management was there from other states. There were so many people there any everyone bombarded us and they were way over the top. It was a beautiful place but there was so much going on that it was a turn off for us.

I thought The Glades at ChampionsGate was nice. But I just didn’t feel the warmth that I felt at the place that I ended up choosing.

I love the building. It's very open and sunny. I think it's better for people that have all their mental faculties, like if they were to request someone to come help them, it works well. My loved one has dementia, so we're in there often to monitor things, and I don't believe they're in there very often to check on her. So we're working through those things. They've not been responsive to our concern like I would expect. One thing I really like is when my loved one has lost her dentures or hearing aids, they've been super receptive in looking for them and taking responsibility had they not been found. But as far as overall responsiveness and making sure she's getting bathed, we're still working on that. But I feel like my loved one is happy overall, which is the most important thing.

Initial transition into the residence was not a smooth and coordinated as I would have expected. However, the property, staff and food are good. There were some challenges coordinating and understanding who to discuss concerns related to care, medications, etc; so I would end up contacting multiple staff with my questions. I have since received additional guidance around who is responsible for handling patient care, administration of medication, housekeeping, etc so I feel better about my decision to move my family member here. There are several activities scheduled every day; great tasting, healthy meals and friendly staff. I wish there were more nurses on duty though especially on weekends and evenings. Overall, the facility and property are clean and properly maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and really seem to care about their residents and their families. I have peace of mind knowing that my parent is safe, eating the right things and taking medication as described. I love the diversity of the community and the staff as it is a great reflection of the neighborhood where we live.

Elan is a great place for my mom. [Name removed] at a Place for Mom went out of her way to help me find this wonderful apartment style living for my mom. [Name removed] at Elan made my mom feel right at home. As any place, Elan has room for improvement, especially in the food services, but overall this was a very good decision for our family.

It is still a work in progress for my mother with her move to this community. We did a rough start at first. The lady that was in charge of the aids, and the medication management was on vacation. Since she has returned everything is working out well now. They have a good staff, and they have been helpful when needed. Also kind when I come to visit. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They offer good activities and provide nice meals. The verdict is still out on if I would recommend this community, but everything is moving in the right direction now.

I have to say after the few tours that we went on this property impressed me the most. The appearance of the community is fresh looking and very upbeat. The staff and the residents seem happy to be there and want to interact with you. My mom is still adjusting but she overall seems to be doing very well there and likes it. She has gone to a few social hours and is slowly making new friends. She has not complained about the food so I am taking she enjoys it. Since mom has been there I have already recommended it to a few people.

Newer metropolitan complex surrounded by asphalt. Well-maintained but rather dark decor. Considered premier accomodations. Check the packages for graduated care.

My dad is doing well since moving in. I think The Hampton at Meadows Place could use more activities in the memory care unit. There is only one food option for the residents. They also need more fruits and vegetables on the menu. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community but I would say do your homework first.

Parents have been in there for 2-3 years now , its hard to get hold of them the internet phone is always down due to the terrible internet as well as tv, its clean ,good employees. Have some disconnect with the laundry , not a hands of place must go in and take care of things once a week or so. But could get probably with a higher care option.

It was good, but it was not the level of care that we needed. We didn't know enough about what was needed, and I don't know if maybe the assessment wasn't very thorough. They had only a few caregivers for a lot of people. I think the patients are expected to be more independent. It was clean but the room wasn't as well kept as I would have hoped. This seems to be more for an independent person. I never really knew how much we were going to pay for place, when I would ask they would give me the base rate, which is vastly different based on care level, that was frustrating.

They're doing a good job here, overall. They're providing the care my loved one needs, and although she isn't always happy with what they provide here I feel like they're doing the best that they can. It's a nice looking community, they keep it clean, and the staff are friendly.

I was only there for a little bit, but nothing really stood out. The main reason that we didn't choose it was because the memory care was on the third floor and my dad would have had a harder time going outside unless he was chaperoned (which he wouldn't like.) I was also not as homey.

They appear to be somewhat short-staffed for the needs of the residents. While I’m sure they meet the required staffing levels, additional support would likely improve overall care and responsiveness. The staff genuinely try hard and seem to care about the residents, which I truly appreciate. I’m not entirely sure how often activities are offered or what the schedule looks like. My dad visits every day and rarely mentions any activities. From both his feedback and my own observations, it seems many residents spend time sitting in the TV room or resting in their rooms. This is especially true for my mom, particularly in the evenings when she experiences sundowning. Overall, I do like the staff and appreciate their efforts, but I feel there is room for improvement—especially in staffing levels and creating a more engaging, consistent daily routine for residents.

My mother has been a resident at Revel (now Liora), in Henderson Nevada, for approximately four years. When she first moved in, the food was consistently high quality, well-prepared, and something residents enjoyed. Unfortunately, since the property has changed ownership, there has been a noticeable and steady decline in the quality of the meals. Residents frequently comment on poor taste, lack of variety, cold meals and meals that feel more like an afterthought than a core service. For many seniors in independent living, dining is not just about nutrition—it’s an important part of their daily routine, socializing, and overall quality of life. The current state of the food does not reflect that understanding or quality residents were originally promised. What’s most concerning is that this is not an isolated complaint. Many residents are expressing the same concerns, and there is a growing sense of frustration and disappointment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
