As I walked in for my tour I did not get a good feeling. I asked the residents about the food and they were not excited about it. My feelings about the place was not good and it was not going to work out for my parents.

The administration and staff at this community are nice and responsive to my questions and concerns. The community is clean and a nice place. This is a good choice of a lower income community. They offer an outdoor patio on the second floor where residents are able to go out and enjoy the day. They have various stations set up that residents can come up to and participate in an activity.

Michael, exec director, spent a generous amount of time showing me the facility. I liked the "home-like" environment. The respite option is a great option. My hesitation is the average age of the resident is 87. I know this will be an issue wherever I look. My husband is 62.

My Mom has been in the Memory Care Unit at Brookdale Boynton Beach for 3 weeks and is receiving excellent care and attention. I am very happy she is safe, clean, and well fed. From my first interactions with their staff, I felt very comfortable with this facility. The facility has a very home-like feel. They gave me a few names of moving companies, which helped me immensely. Staff keeps me informed if there are changes in my mother's condition. If I ever need this level of care, I would move there myself. Keep up the good work!

The community could easily be rated a 5 of 5 if the Administrative and clerical staff were able to pay attention to detail. Many times documentation such as resident paperwork and the resident handbook had missing information or wrong information. We have sampled the food offered and it was very good. They offer a variety of activities and residents are encouraged to participate. The housecleaning/laundry staff has been very pleasant and she has done a great job keeping our loved ones room clean.

My tour of this community was a good one. The community is well maintained, everything looks great. The staff was kind and helpful. The tour guide was informative and kind. It just wasn't the community for my dad, but a nice place.

We are satisfied with the care that the staff are providing to my mother. The staff have been friendly and easy to work with. They communicate very well with the family. My mom is enjoying the food offered. The community is well kept and clean throughout.

We are happy with the care that my mom is getting at this community . The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that she is happy. The activity director is very helpful with trying to help my mom participate to keep her active. The meals are good and improving with a variety of dishes to choose from. The very clean facility for her to be comfortable. We give this community a good recommendation for others and their loved onces.

Brand new (opened June, 2016). 64 apts, only about 6 residents so far, as of 7/23. Lab (dog) was playing fetch indoors and barked several times (loudly). "Founders" $500 off for 12 months for a while more--through August? Very nice facilities. residents looked engaged and happy. No furniture in apts. Private showers in each unit. Closet in apt.

My sister-in-law has been at Viera Manor for about two months and seems pleased with her experience so far. Staff that we have met seem concerned with her welfare and accommodate most of her requiremenrs, which I should explain are many. Her room is first floor near everything which is good and means she can participate in activities that, if farther away, she may not try. Her only consistent complaint is that, being confined to a wheelchair, she often gets left at the dining room or at activities when no one comes to push her wheelchair and get her back to her room.

My tour of the facility went very well. The community looked very well maintained. The staff was nice and friendly and showed me all around the community. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. It was a just a little bit expensive for my mother's budget. Overall it is a nice community and I would suggest anyone to take a tour.

My husband is doing very well at The Hampton. The staff are nice and attentive to the residents and their families. The food is ok and the community is kept clean and is well maintained. They do offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Serenades looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. This was a little out of the way for us so we ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

This is a nice community and everything is going pretty well for my father at this community. It is very well-kept community and they keep the general area very clean. My only concern has been with the cleaning of his room, house cleaning only comes once a week.One thing they are good at is addressing my concerns. They handle them in a timely manner. The nursing staff is wonderful and very attentive. They put schedules on the doors of the dinner menus and activities schedule. This is a great community and I would recommend it. I would only say make sure you get to know the staff and tell them detail information about your loved one care.

Park Place has changed my mother's life!! She came to them living in a non-assisted care unit where her dementia took hold very quickly. Park Place and the employees embraced my mom and she is living a much more fulfilled life. She is dressed and in makeup each day. She is doing activities and eating her meals outside of her room! Our family can rest easily that she is safe and secure! We can not express what a wonderful feeling this is for us! Thank you!

They are very nice to my brother here at Brookdale. I do feel there could be better commutation between me and the staff. They are not very good with following through on fixing things. The staff could be a little more attentive to my brother and his needs. This community is mostly women and the activities tend to be for the women. They help with transportation to his doctor appointments. This is a nice a community that I would recommend for someone to take a look at.

I like it. Overall I'm pretty happy. I haven't had a chance to try the food, but she hasn't had any complaints. I think I would give them a four.

My parents moved to the Pavillion in January 2016 and as expected, this has been a huge adjustment for my parents, my siblings and myself. The Pavillon has been very attentive and shown every kindness during this difficult transition. The Pavillion itself is tastefully decorated and kept clean. There are many social activities available and the overall feeling from the staff and residents is welcoming. Friends of my parents have visited and are pleasantly surprised. One couple I know, after visiting are considering moving to the Pavillion. I happily recommend the facility and would suggest to go and see for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
