My mother is doing great at this community. So far everything is working out well with her move to this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is great. They are very attentive, and helpful when needed. They provide wonderful meals, and have good activities available for the residents. It has been a good experience so far, and I would recommend this community.

This is a nice community. We like the staff who are always willing to help. The community is clean and I like knowing that the meals are a healthy choice. She likes the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community for good care and a nice value for other families.

I did not really like the Sonata Boynton Beach because it was all separate buildings. I wanted ti u=be under one roof for when it was cold or raining. The care and attention from the staff were great, though! They were very nice and accommodating it was just not the layout I was looking for.

My father seems to be adjusting very well since his move. The facility is very clean and the food is good. I would recommend it because it has been a good experience so far.

My dad is doing just fine as a resident here. He has good meals with lots of activities and the community is kept clean. The people were very friendly and I liked the atmosphere when I toured it. They worked with how fast I needed a room. It is a nice community and I would recommend them to others.

I was able to tour this community for the care for my mom. I found it to be clean. The staff was nice and helpful for my questions on the care that is offered. I would recommend this community for families to tour to see if it would be a community for care for a loved one.

The tour was good here and after talking with the staff, who knew all about the community, I felt they were not able to meet our level of care. The staff was on time for our meeting and the apartment was nice and clean. It just was not going to be a good fit for my uncle.

There are activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. Overall she is safe, and in good hands. I would recommend this community.

Here's the positive : No high entrance fee. Month to month lease of apartments. Located in pleasant Peachtree city Clean,large accessible pool. Sounds like staff will work with residents to meet individual needs. Negatives : Small campus. Not sure security is adequate, although being informed they've never had an incident. I think electrical power should be covered in the rent money. The monthly rent is comparable to other senior living facilities which do cover electricity in the rent.

The Brookdale Coconut Creek was a very nice community. The lady that showed me around was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and well maintained, but the location was not the closest to my home so we had to choose another community.

My husband is doing pretty well at the Pavilion. He seems to be helping himself more than he did at home. I have good communication with the staff and they are good with him. The food is ok, however they try to make it gourmet and it is sometimes a little spicy or salty. They offer daily activities and the community is clean. The fees are not bad and I would recommend this community.

The Brookdale Coconut Creek seemed to be a good community. The place was just so dark and gloomy. It was almost like a dungeon. We were looking for something more bright and airy. The tour went great though.

I toured this community for my father in law and his needs. It was a nice tour, and everybody was very nice. They do a good job with keeping the community. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There were many factors that played into where to move my father too, and this wasn't the one for us.

The Fox Ridge was a nice community. The place was clean and maintained well. The staff were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during my tour. The only thing I did not like about the community was that they did not have any rooms available on the first floor. They have both independent and assisted living available here and they allow the independent living residents to live on the first floor. In my opinion, they should have the first floor for just the assisted living residents.

From the short period of time that my father has been there so far, this has been a great community. The staff is very friendly and so far have done everything they said they would. The place is very clean and well maintained. The community is all on one level. They offer a variety of activities for when my father gets more comfortable and settled in. So far we are very happy with our choice.

This is a wonderful community. My father isn't doing the best health wise, but they are caring for him very well. The only thing they need to improve on is the food. My father needs bigger portions than what they are serving him. Other than the meals, everything else is great about this community. The staff is amazing, and very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this community. It is truly a nice community.

I recommend that the intake team do a 2 week and 4 week check in with the family and resident. The transition is such a big deal, that after a couple of weeks/a month, when things have settled down, it may be helpful to assess the schedule, the activities, the involvement of the resident etc. Basic care is outstanding. But social engagement needs a boost - the staff is a little too "hands off" in encouraging my father to get involved - and he is lonely. We're still trying to figure out how to work effectively with community activity staff to schedule off-campus excursions. They seem a bit set in their ways.

Loved it! Variety of activities and so many amenities. A little farther drive. It is over by Academy on 183. Nice apartment but smaller than what Mom has.

Everything is going well for my mother with her move to this community. I haven't had any problems with this community. She is doing well here, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. They are providing her with good care. I know she is safe and in good at this community.
