Air and heat are difficult to deal with. Food is usually very good. The kitchen needs help on the weekends.

The food is fine and they do offer a lot of daily activities. The staff are good people and they are doing a fine job. The staff are efficient. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained.

This was a wonderful tour the staff was great and we enjoyed having lunch there as well. The community was very nice and they offered daily activities. This would have been a nice fit but I felt my mom would need a little more assistance than what they offered.

This community was just a little too far not as convenient as other communities we looked at. The inside was nice clean and looked good. The staff was friendly and helpful on the tour.

I toured this community for my friend, and her needs. My tour went well, and everyone was kind. The community was well-kept, but it was a bit smaller than I would had liked. My tour guide was nice, and informative. My questions were answered. It was a good experience, but the community was to small for my taste.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a nice floor plan with a lot of great amenities available for all of the residents It was just not the right fit in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff where very helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. He was very kind with his words and knowledgeable in all of the information he offered. It was just not the right location for my mom in the end decision but I was thankful for there help

Very nice facility....very caring staff

I was taken on a tour of the independent living wing by [Removed]. Park Place is lovely, the courtyard is filled with flowers and greenery and has a soothing water feature. the facility is clean and order free. They offer the residents many amenities and encourage the resident's family to join in. The dining area presents like a restaurant - residents are given choices and order off the menu each evening. There is even a happy hour for those who enjoy a beverage before dinner. I loved it. I have a call into a lawyer to talk about VA benefits for my mom. The results of that meeting will determine if we are able to move forward or not.

For the most part my mother is doing well since her move to this community. There are a few things that can be done better, but overall she is being provided with good care. They have a nice staff, and they are treating her very well. She is enjoying her room. The staff is caring, and patient. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving in this community.

This community has new owners and they are making some renovations. They are replacing the floors and carpeting. They are keeping the community clean during this process. The management have been helpful and accommodating. Most of the aides are friendly and helpful. The food looks ok. They do offer daily activities, singalongs and entertainers that come in. This community is for memory care and I think they are doing a pretty good job.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and answer the questions. The menu was appealing and the activities are available to the residents that can participate. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved

My dad likes the community and he is thriving and doing well here. My sister has not had any issues. The staff are excellent with letting her know anything and being top of all the concerns that she has for my dad. It is excellent, nice and clean. The staff are attentive and nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

I did not really like the Sonata Boynton Beach because it was all separate buildings. I wanted ti u=be under one roof for when it was cold or raining. The care and attention from the staff were great, though! They were very nice and accommodating it was just not the layout I was looking for.

My father seems to be adjusting very well since his move. The facility is very clean and the food is good. I would recommend it because it has been a good experience so far.
