They have taken excellent care of,my father

The director of the memory care unit (Joey Chamberlain) is just outstanding. Deborah Thurber was also just incredible. They were both outstanding and very professional. The community really is just great and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

They have great activities but since my mom has short term memory issues so she doesn't get to take advantage some of them. I arrive and I see her sitting in the assisted living living room just sitting here becuse she doesn't know that there is something going on. I'm sure they're just not staffed well enough to get the people that don't know any better over to the activities. I was under the impression that they did that so that was the one disappointment. You can reseve a dining room or cafe for your family events which is nice. They helped by putting some of the heavy items on the walls when she moved in. They keeps us pretty well informed if there are any issues. It's very nice decor and they can proved the care that she needed.

I tell the staff everytime I'm here that they are angels; they're doing a wonderful job with mom and dad. Everytime we go up there, we go at different times of the day, we go and get mother to visit dad and she's dressed nicely and she's clean. i'm so impressed with everybody that we've come in contact with, especially the people in the memory care unit. It must truly be a calling for everyone there. When I go in for meals, just seeing the interaction they have with the residents is increadible. Very rarely did dad ask me when he was going home and that, to me, meant that he was finally comfortable. They get mom and dad out and get them exercising, and the staff intereacts with the residents on a regular basis, they don't like to keep them in their rooms. The assistants there get them up and get them going and I like that.

Pavilion is a very good and pretty community. They had immediate availability which was what we needed for our situation. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. We feel like we made the right choice when selecting Pavilion. We would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice, warm commfortable feeling. A fresh perspective, especially in light of our parameters. Mom will visit next week.

most likely the place I will choose however it the farthest from my home. I liked the rooms very much. cost seemed to be all inclusive of necessary care.

Sounds awesome. Happy hour every friday. Dog run right outside downstairs unit. Dining down stairs. Great activities...

She really liked this place. We plan to go back to eat and socialize to see if she connects here.

loved this but apt were very small but did have a regular kitchen.

I love the small size and the cleanliness of the facility. The location could be better. Overall very good for level of care she needed at the time. It's open and airy feeling. Some were more like prison wards.

We have been very happy with Addington Place, our loved one really likes the aesthetics of the place. The food is really good, we have had many meals there - it is low sodium meals there is no additional sodium added to them which is nice. The staff is really good. They do have a lot of activities going on. Our loved one especially loves the arts and crafts classes. She also really enjoys the the Wednesday happy hours and the live entertainment. They take them out on outings and have movies in the afternoon. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

This is a bigger community and a new building. It was more expensive than we anticipated.

The tour was great at this community. The community was great but there was just another community that worked out better for my loved one. The tour guide was good and was able to give me all of the information I needed about the community.

We had a little bit of a rocky start with her medications, but since she has settled in things are going great. Poet's walk is strictly a memory care facility and we liked that they specialize in that type of care. It is a smaller facility with more personalized and intimate care. They have a lot of activities provided and so she is not in her room a whole lot. It is quite expensive but they do provide great quality of care and the staff really know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend to others looking for memory care.

The food is really good. The staffing in the dining room needs to better equipped to assist with feeding the residents that need this assistance. The community is improving on things each day. This is still the best community after looking at multiple communities in the area. The staff get to know your loved one and their care needs. Once they learn the needs of your loved one they do a good job. The staff is very receptive to any questions, concerns, or changes the family or your loved one may need.

This community was very nice but there was just another community that we were more interested in.

The care service they provide are very good, and they just started the activities back up. They really have done a great job.
