This place is wonderful I have very little complaints. My mother has dementia and the staff is very compassionate and goes above and beyond to make her feel valued and cared for. [Removed] the director is wonderful anytime I have an issue and I call and leave a message he calls back right away. Given the fact she is still having issues with adjusting to being there and doesn't understand where she is they keep her busy during the day with activities which she really enjoys. They have a website where they post pictures of the residents participating in the activities and all the pictures I've seen so far has my mom smiling and enjoying herself. There has been one issue of residents wandering into the rooms at night and from what I have been told all the doors to the rooms should be locked so I would like to see that corrected and the follow their practice that is in place.

In the time that my brother spent at The Hampton, we were all very pleased with his stay! The staff were sure to make his days very comfortable, and, for the most part, all of his needs and requests were taken care of. Our only concern was the fact that there was one member of the health care staff in particular that was not good, but besides this, the rest of the staff were spot on and went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was taken care of!

The Hampton at Meadows Place is a delightful senior living experience. The overall environment of the facility lessened the apprehension involved in transiting to a new home. [Removed] were instrumental in our deciding to become apart of the Hampton at Meadows Place community. Their commitment to my mother's care and comfort was apparent in the first meeting. In addition, the staff and residents were welcoming and friendly. The whole experience resulted in her becoming quickly acclimated and a part of the Hampton at Meadows Place family .

I could not be more pleased in the care and love this place has for my father in law

I really liked Poet's Walk when I toured. We had already left a deposit with them. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean, but we had found another community that fit my father's needs a little better.

I love the floor plan and layout they have at this community for all of the residents. The hallways is very wide and they have multiple sitting rooms and common areas where they hold activities all throughout the halls. I like that my mother could just walk out of her room and not have to go to far to enjoy a card game. They also have two restaurants in the building as well as an ice cream shop available to the residents. The staff are amazing, they even offered my mother a month of respite stay before she made the official move and I really respected that. Overall great experience and we are very pleased so far.

I was very impressed with how many retired military veterans lived in this community and how much they recognized them. The entire complex was in excellent condition and out of all the different facilities I looked at this one was probably the nicest. They also offered a ten percent discount for military and there families that want to come live here. I just had a great overall experience at would defiantly recommend this place.

We were looking for an assisted living facility for my aunt and among other facilities we checked out The Hampton. We felt very comfortable walking in and the residents as well as the staff were all welcoming and seemed happy. [Removed] showed us around, made some very perceptive suggestions and really impressed us with his care and attention for the staff and residents. Although this was the first place we had looked at, we still used The Hampton as the "gold standard" by which to compare all the other assisted living facilities. It was the first and last place we looked and our aunt is adjusting very well to this new chapter in her life. I can say without reservation that The Hampton has made all of us comfortable and happy.

I was initially impressed with the staff concerns regarding my parents health and well being. Very happy that 3 doctors visit every week, 24/7 nurse availability, and staff are CNA's. We had some very special circumstances and everyone worked to make things work. The grounds are beautiful as well.

Overall I am pleased with the care my mother receives. Although an attractive community, some areas are due for a makeover. Perhaps long term capital plan with new owners could include the refresh of dining rooms and public restrooms. Staff is very attentive and patient with residents. Many staff members have been there for several years. The activities are plentiful, i just wish arts and crafts was offered more often.

My mom has been here a few months now and we have nothing but praise for Serenades. The staff is almost universally wonderful and they all provide great care for my mom. We choose Serenades because we have two friends who have a family member there and they gave Serenades high marks. We give it the same!

From the moment I walked into The Hampton at Meadows Place, I new it was the place that I wanted my mother to be at. Even though she was only there a few days before she passed away, the staff and every caregiver there tended to her every need. She needed full maximum care and they gave it to her. I wish that she had been able to enjoy it for a while!

I think its a very nice facility. It is well kept up. It is very attractive looking. It is also roomy. The food is fair, not the best. The Hampton at Meadows Place is a nice facility that I would recommend.

My Dad moved here from Tucson - so leaving his home (independent living) and friends was a tough decision for him - but he made it on his own. He wanted 3 things - great food, 1st floor and a bedroom with a sitting room. The Pavilion had all 3 and had an opening the week after I took the tour. He has now been in assisted living there for 3 weeks. Though it is a tough change - his has done better than I hoped and the staff has been really welcoming and accommodating. It has met all his criteria and he is making friends.

A place for mom was a great help, I wasn't sure were or even how to look for a place for my mom and dad. I looked a several places and in the long run felt that this was the best fit. It met all our needs. Clean, great staff, all the service they needed.

My mother has been a resident at The Hampton for over a year. I can honestly say that in all this time, I have been extremely pleased. The staff, from the executive director to the custodians, have been caring and professional. The facility itself is top-notch. The nurses and aides are patient and loving. They have gone the extra mile for my mom and for me and have become like a second family.This is a difficult time in life for all involved, and they have helped to make both of us as comfortable as possible. I cannot rate them high enough. God bless these people.

Mom and Dad moved in last week and are very happy at Park Place. They have enjoyed the people and the meals and are beginning to feel like it's "home". The staff has been very helpful with getting them settled and assessing what would work for my parents.

My Mother was a resident of Serenades by Sonata in Longwood for 2.5 years. We cannot say enough about the quality of the care and the beautiful environment. The caregivers were loving and attentive. She had the same caregivers the entire time she lived there which speaks volumes, especially in an industry fraught with turnover. Not only was the staff there for my mother, they were there for my sisters and me. The facilities are beautiful and extremely well maintained. The daily activities are level appropriate and engaging. We were very lucky to have found Serenades and grateful that it was there for Mom (and us) when we needed it most.

They are very, very expensive. Some of the staff provide really good care and some of them not so much. It is a very clean community. The people in charge are very helpful and courteous and love what they do.
