I talk to my mother on the phone a lot and she seems happy here. I think she is getting good care and it has been a good experience so far. It is a beautiful facility and has a lot of window views. Their head nurse is very friendly and responsive if you have any issues. They have a brand new chief executive but I have not gotten to talk to her yet, but it has disrupted anything in the facility. I would definitely recommend them for memory care.

We have had a great experience with Sonata Vero Beach so far. We chose this facility because of the convenient location to family as well as the facility itself was nicer than the others we looked into. All of the services provided medical wise were also better. They have doctors, pediatrist, etc that come in and he does not have to leave. He also wanted a place with a pool so this fit the bill. This facility also accepts medicare for down the road when he runs out of funds. He is getting great care here and we have been pleased. I would recommend them.

I love this assisted living location. Both of our parent reside at HC in Wellington and they are very happy. The director and entire staff are fantastic. They all work very..... hard to try to make all residents and their families feel like HC is their extended family. Unfortunately, some families think things should be 100% perfect in all areas, but no facility can be perfect. This facility staff listens and takes action based on feedback and request to meet the changing needs of their residents as best as they can. Our family is very impressed and love their protection of our parents, hard work and genuine caring they apply daily. Prior to the covid virus, there were so many activities available our parents they left their room early so they would not miss anything. Even with the shut down due to protective measures, the staff is working so hard to keep the residents active, feel special (flowers, balloons, flags, etc.), photos, videos and creative ways for them to keep in touch with their families. I especially loved the car parades and the bands walking around so residents could enjoy the festivities from their room balcony or porch. I could go on and on about all the positives about HC Wellington. Thank you so much from the entire [name removed] family.

They have lots of activities and a pool. They are very clean place. The staff is very helpful. They have a lot of floor plans. The have varying levels of care. We have recommended them to friends. The food is very good. They have open dining you can have your meals at any time, they are open 7 am to 7pm.

Mom has been at Sonata for almost 2 years. I live nearby so I'm always popping in to visit. The entire staff and management are always attentive and personal. I truly believe that they ALL care about the residents. The campus is lovely and well maintained. The floor plan is bright and open. Activities are stimulating and varied. I am comfortable knowing that my mom is in good hands. I strongly recommend Sonata Coconut Creek

I would highly rate Sonata at Coconut Creek. My loved one is in te memory care unit and receives excellent care. It begins with the director Hillary Newell who takes a hands on approach to all the residents. She analyzes the wants and needs and most importantly their personalities of each individual. She treats each person with TLC. Her staff has learned to be kind and caring as a result of Hillary's influence and training. In addition, the food, programs and general all around care is very, very good.

I think what I love most about this community is how warm and friendly the staff are right from the time you walk in to the moment someone readily asks you if you would like something cold to drink or a fresh cup of coffee. This was very important to me when I first began looking for a place to work and support. I had my mom with me to tour a few places and I watched how she reacted to the community rep at the time and the super friendly resident engaged in all kinds of fun things to do! This place is alive with happy faces to and after trying lunch here me AND my mom were ready to move in not just work and volunteer here! We brought my mother to a place with the friendliest staff in the world! They were all so nice it didn't seem real,but it was both real and genuine. The staff was so caring and professional,that they turned a really hard experience,into something both warm and nice. Every single person was a blessing and i will be forever grateful to that staff! A++++ and no i don't work there LOL

I am a visiting nurse who comes to this facility for wound care,etc. I enjoy coming here because the residents are usually engaged in some activity to stimulate their minds. Residents are mostly content and the staff is wonderfully gentle with residents. I am always greeted with a smile. Their jobs are challenging and they are up to the challenge!!!!!!!!

Mom has been living in an apartment at Merrill Gardens Champions Gate Memory Care, for 4 weeks now. So far so good. She seems to be happy and says she has been well taken care of. Helps put my mind at ease. So difficult to try and do everything for her at home, when I am still working full time.

I knew from the very first day this was the best care for my mother. Serenades’s West Orange is awesome. The staff is incredible and They go above and beyond to make everyone happy and safe. Thank you “A Place for Mom” for making things so much easier, all your guidance and assistance throughout the process.

The Elan Westpointe is the newest and nicest assisted living community in New Braunfels. The staff is very focused and friendly to the tenants and their family. The cafeteria has three choices of meals for breakfast. lunch and dinner. If you want something else, they have a Biestro menu which has all kinds of sandwiches, burgers, a huge Chief salad ect. The food is very good! Housekeeping cleans your apt and washes your sheets and clothes, once a week. Trash is empted every day. There is a Beauty Saloon in house, a library, game room with a pool table. There are daily activities and a Happy Hour every Friday with music and drinks, including Beer. This is an all-enclusive community. For those who cannot live alone anymore, or just want to be catered to; the Elan is a wonderful place to live! Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are offered here.

My dad is thriving here and getting the support he needed.

A friend of mine lives there and I visit.the place is beautiful the people are wonderful the staff is the best the activities are awesome there's always something going on I was watching the interaction that the activity department has with the residence I've been to other places and you barely see them do anything Interactive with the residents

My 85 year old father just spent 2 months at this facility. I could not say enough positive things about this facility. He received excellent care and the facilities are beautiful. He was sad to leave the facility but glad to be back in his own home. If the need would arise, he would be back no question about it.

I toured Poet’s Walk while looking for living options for my father. We did not choose to move in here because it was further away and more expensive than we were willing to do, however, it was at the top of my list. I absolutely loved the community. It is gorgeous. It opened just a few months ago, so it’s brand new with only about 20-30 residents right now. However, the staff and the manger were excellent! When we toured, the residents were in the middle of a Bingo game, and the way the manager and the staff were interacting with everyone was so attentive and comforting. While we were touring with him, the manager explained all about his ideas to have even more activities and to really engage the residents. This facility really is excellent, and we would have moved in in a heartbeat had we been able to.

We toured this community and like it alot They did not have the level of care that we needed at the time. The staff was nice and it was beautiful. The menu was appealing and the dining area was nice. The residents seemed to be happy here in the environment. We would recommend this community for the excellent care that is received with an outstanding value for others.

My mom is settling well at the Serenades by Sonata. The environment is very clean and well-maintained. We chose this community because of the homey atmosphere and the staff is very personable and attentive to my mom's care needs. The food is okay, it just doesn't have much to offer in the way of variety and excitement. They stated they would be using a new company for their food service, hopefully soon. They offer a lot of activities and the staff encourages the residents to participate. Sadly they do not offer outside activities. I take my mom on any outside excursions whenever I can. There is a nice courtyard so that the residents can relax and enjoy the fresh air outside. I would recommend Serenades by Sonata to others.

I was very pleased with my wife's experience in this community. Unfortunately she had a bad accident, and I had to move her to a nursing home. However I love this community, it is a great facility. It was a good match at first. The have a friendly, helpful staff, and they did a good with the cleanliness around the community. There are activities offered, and they provide good meals for the residents. It is community I would recommend, it is a nice facility.

My mom was reluctant to enter an assisted living facility, but once we had toured Sonata Viera, she was so pleased. The person the initial arrangements, [Removed], was extremely friendly and patient. All of the staff was welcoming and the residents appeared cared for and well groomed. The facility is lovely, clean and cheerful. I feel so relieved that my mom is happy and in a safe environment
