The Perserve at Clearwater is one of the most up to date design buildings to meet all of the needs of its residents. It is spacious, bright, clean and can withstand a hurricane five. It has nurses and care 24/7. The staff is caring even when you are not around. Not only do they have an Assisted Living but they also have a fully staffed Memory Care facility. The Staff have social hours for the residents and entertainment brought in for sing a longs. Sunday afternoon is always a big treat its 'Ice Cream Sunday day'. If a resident needs to be taken to a doctor or to the VA arrangements can be made with the front desk for them to be taken. When my dad was dying, the Director who took a liking to him spent time with him playing soft music and rubbing his hand, to this shows the quality of people/staff the Perserve has, very touching. My mother was there for 3 years and my dad for 5 years.

Great new place, just opened Dec 2017. Beautiful facilities, many options for dining, physical activity and social events and gathering. Rooms nicely sized and very inovative, client oriented pricing options. Highly impressed !

I’ve been very happy with this place and the way they care for my Mom. It’s definitely a learning process but I have felt very good about the place. The distinction that I think Poet’s Walk seems to do very well, in comparison to other places, is that they’re very family oriented. They seem to know how to be accommodating in answering questions that people have regarding dementia or any other issues in general. They have a person within the facility who acts as a liaison and you can speak with her and give her any requests you may have. It’s just a really easy way to communicate and, to me, it diffuses a lot of anxiety. They keep an activities schedule for the residents and I can talk with them anytime about what’s available in case I want to join in with my Mom. The overhead lighting is pleasant and the rooms are designed in a way that makes it easy for the residents to come and go. Their nursing staff seems to be very thorough and on top of things and the doctor they have overseeing everything is a Gerontology specialist. I feel like they completely understand all of the different aging issues and they don’t seem to be pushy with medications that aren’t needed. All in all, I’m very happy with this place.

Beautiful new facility. Very welcoming entrance. Friendly staff. Restaurant style dining. Theater. Nice apartment with fridge, microwave, living and separate living area.

We were able to get a furnished room for dad during his respite stay. When he decided to stay he was able to keep this furnished room. The staff have been helpful and encouraging. The food is very good and the community is well taken care of. They have a podiatrist that comes in and they have a hearing clinic on site. They do have a nurse on site during the day. I would highly recommend this community

I like the care from this community. The staff has been caring. The community is clean and we like knowing that the environment is nice. The menu is good with a nice variety. They offer activities for the residents who are able to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care that is offered. We would highly recommend this community for other families.

My father has settled into this community very well, and I'am comfortable with his move here. Everybody has been very kind, and friendly. The staff is helpful when needed, and I know he is in good hands. When I go to visit the community, and his room are well maintained. They provide good meals, and have activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. Everything has worked out well for us in this community, and I would definitely recommend it to my family, and friends.

We like this community for the care and the wonderful staff. We like the menu and he is happy with the good variety they offer. They have nice activities for him to enjoy. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and the environment for other families

[Removed] was great; she gave me a comprehensive and helpful tour of the facility. Their memory care area is light and bright in contrast to so many others which are dark and depressing. If I could get my dad to agree to move to NB, I think I would feel happy to move my mother to Elan.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. My friend just found it a bit far from her home in North Redington Beach.

I like the care here at this community. The staff are very helpful and caring to my father's needs. The community is clean and a nice atmosphere. The menu is has been very good and he has been pleased with the variety. The do have a lot of nice activities. I would be happy to recommend this community for good care and value for other families

This is a great community for my husband's care. The staff is outstanding and attentive. The staff is nice. the menu is outstanding and we like how the other residents are getting good care as well as my husband. We liked the menu and activities for him when he wants to participate. I can not say how wonderful this community is for what we need for my husbands care. I think that other families would really like everything about this community.

Everything is going just fine! My aunt is adjusting quite well and she is really enjoying her stay here. The facility is clean and the staff are taking great care of her! We do not have any complaints about the facility so far.

My mom is doing great. She participates in the activities they plan out. I like the personnel, they're over the top. Everybody is so kind. I absolutely would recommend them to others. When we came here we liked it and decided to move in.

My mother is doing great with her move to this community. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and receiving great care. They have a great staff, and they have been very accommodating. They really listen to you, and care about their residents. Her room, and the facility are well-kept when I visit. She is pleased with the meals. They are great activities available for the residents. They do a great job with keeping the residents active, and their brains stimulated. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

Amazing. Never found a community and such compassion and love. Only sorry it wasn’t available sooner. Poet’s Walk made my mother’s last 5 months of her life (full of love, compassion, sense of family, involvement and tender loving care) the best. What an amazing group of people – from administrator on down. Everyone cares!

My loved one's experience with Barathaven has been good so far. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and polite, and my loved one is receiving the care that he needs. I am pleased with the experience so far!

Having had family members at various memory facilities in the area, this is by far the best! Very caring and attentive staff, not only for the residents but the family members as well! Great job of keeping the residents engaged throughout the day.

This facility is very good! The facility is very clean. Whenever my mother would have small concerns, her needs were met in a timely fashion. As far as activities, the staff did their best to encourage her to participate and have fun.

My father is doing wonderful at this facility! It is very clean and the staff is very friendly! My father does not participate in too many activities, but he is still doing more than I ever thought he would! Serenades by Sonata is the best!
