I toured this community for my friend, and her needs. My tour went well, and everyone was kind. The community was well-kept, but it was a bit smaller than I would had liked. My tour guide was nice, and informative. My questions were answered. It was a good experience, but the community was to small for my taste.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everything went very well. The staff I met was friendly, and informative. They answered all my questions. The community looked nice, and everything appeared to be clean. It is a community I would not mind my father living in, but their prices were too expensive for our budget.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a nice floor plan with a lot of great amenities available for all of the residents It was just not the right fit in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

I had recently talked to this community about a possible living arrangement for my mother at this community. The staff where very helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. He was very kind with his words and knowledgeable in all of the information he offered. It was just not the right location for my mom in the end decision but I was thankful for there help

Very nice facility....very caring staff

I was taken on a tour of the independent living wing by [Removed]. Park Place is lovely, the courtyard is filled with flowers and greenery and has a soothing water feature. the facility is clean and order free. They offer the residents many amenities and encourage the resident's family to join in. The dining area presents like a restaurant - residents are given choices and order off the menu each evening. There is even a happy hour for those who enjoy a beverage before dinner. I loved it. I have a call into a lawyer to talk about VA benefits for my mom. The results of that meeting will determine if we are able to move forward or not.

For the most part my mother is doing well since her move to this community. There are a few things that can be done better, but overall she is being provided with good care. They have a nice staff, and they are treating her very well. She is enjoying her room. The staff is caring, and patient. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving in this community.

This community has new owners and they are making some renovations. They are replacing the floors and carpeting. They are keeping the community clean during this process. The management have been helpful and accommodating. Most of the aides are friendly and helpful. The food looks ok. They do offer daily activities, singalongs and entertainers that come in. This community is for memory care and I think they are doing a pretty good job.

They are very attentive, and helpful when needed. They provide wonderful meals, and have good activities available for the residents. This is a nice community. We like the staff who are always willing to help. The community is clean and I like knowing that the meals are a healthy choice. She likes the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community for good care and a nice value for other families.

I did not really like the Sonata Boynton Beach because it was all separate buildings. I wanted ti u=be under one roof for when it was cold or raining. The care and attention from the staff were great, though! They were very nice and accommodating it was just not the layout I was looking for.

My father seems to be adjusting very well since his move. The facility is very clean and the food is good. I would recommend it because it has been a good experience so far.

My dad is doing just fine as a resident here. He has good meals with lots of activities and the community is kept clean. The people were very friendly and I liked the atmosphere when I toured it. They worked with how fast I needed a room. It is a nice community and I would recommend them to others.

I was able to tour this community for the care for my mom. I found it to be clean. The staff was nice and helpful for my questions on the care that is offered. I would recommend this community for families to tour to see if it would be a community for care for a loved one.

She likes everything, but the food. The food doesn't taste good, and they do not serve much of it. There is room for improvement with the food. Here's the positive : No high entrance fee. Month to month lease of apartments. Located in pleasant Peachtree city Clean,large accessible pool. Sounds like staff will work with residents to meet individual needs. Negatives : Small campus. Not sure security is adequate, although being informed they've never had an incident. I think electrical power should be covered in the rent money. The monthly rent is comparable to other senior living facilities which do cover electricity in the rent.

The Brookdale Coconut Creek was a very nice community. The lady that showed me around was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and well maintained, but the location was not the closest to my home so we had to choose another community.
