Its hard to get a hold of someone in memory care to ask questions or take care of my mom. Also, we just moved in a couple months ago and all of a sudden the rent went up [fee removed] per month which is not acceptable for us. We would never have chosen Sarabella if it was [fee removed] a month.

Generally place is kept clean. Residents are cared for with love & respect. They could have more activities for clients. Could use more care for caregivers. Caregivers help each other if needed.

My mom really wanted to go there because my grandmother was there several years ago and she really liked the place. I would recommend to others.

The people make this place. So nice, responsive, caring, professional, and friendly. On the first day, everyone knew my moms name. It was so special. My mom is very happy there - beautiful balconies and large apartment.

What our family likes the most about the Addington Place at College Harbor is the warm, welcoming environment and staff members. The variety of activities and opportunities to stay active mentally and physically is really good as well

Overall it was great experience, my mom made friends and the staff made her feel at home. She went to the daycare a few days a week then stayed for a respite stay of 10 days. I think they could have more activities but it is more like a boutique size which is nice as I feel they get more specialized care. It was at the top of my budget and I had to leave her in respite two days longer than planned as there was a virus going around. I didn't want to pull her out till I knew she wasn't contagious and I thought hat is why at the end of her stay the place didn't seem as clean as they were sequestered so I am sure the cleaners were kept at bay

We had had a good experience with memory care at Serenades at The Villages. Overall I am very pleased with the treatment of my wife and the care she has been given there.

My family has had a good experience at Legacy Ridge - it's a good place. The facility is clean. And the staff make an effort to engage. They're also good with communication.

My mom was very impressed with [name removed] (sales lady) and some of the initial interaction with staff. The location was a close second. I feel like my loved one is very well taken care of and known/seen. But given some of the staff and management issues of the last few months I'm a little disappointed in some of the communication of events, and see the wear it has on the staff that is left.

Coordination of nursing with doctors and outside providers is very good. Everyone is friendly and knows the residents. Could be more general communication with families on activities and general things going on.

I live in Massachusetts so I was mostly long distance. I was my brothers only relative. He was in memory care. I also hired a private care giver for five hours a day. I was in south Florida for a month this winter and found Sonata to be welcoming. The place is Relatively small which is good. The director [name removed] is terrific.

The housekeeping comes weekly, as does laundry. They do what the resident wants. Such as my loved one is the only one that wants an evening shower, and that's when he gets it. The meals are of good quality. They have trips out once a week. They have friends and family dinner once a month. I do recommend this facility to family and friends.

Good facility, friendly staff, good housekeeping, and good communication. They did not provide the cognitive therapy that we were expecting. The meals were average. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Food and food service are excellent. Staff is understanding and helpful. Helpers do a good job and are polite. Facility is clean and nicely decorated.

Staff and care has been great. My Dad is enjoying his stay however, they have recently announced a change in ownership which is both unexpected and somewhat concerning that it wasn't disclosed. Hoping that the change in ownership doesn't affect anything going forward or result in any onsite management changes as the current group has made my Father feel very welcomed. Fingers crossed.

I have already recommended Sonata Boynton Beach to others. The facility got a new Executive Director in August 2022, and he has been working to make positive improvements.

I wouldn't recommend the community to anyone, and not to bother viewing the community for anyone that is mobile. The staff want the residents to be calm and not agitated. The Executive Director, [name removed] was very accommodating and pleasant during the tour and signing up was great. We received bad advice from the community about how to get my loved one into the community and leave my loved one. The family received a call right after our loved one moving in, asking for us to come get my loved one out of the community. This is because our loved one was agitated as they didn't want to be here. I have requested the community fee be returned to us, and there has been no follow up with the community. There are no male aides or nurses in the community to assist residents in the memory care unit.

My experience was very nice, very good people, and they might be a little understaffed. The move in process was very easy. It's a beautiful location, clean facility, very kind people. I appreciate everything they did for our family.

I toured Azpira at Windermere and the tour was good. Everything was nice during my tour. This facility is a more upscale looking place. But again, the tour was good.

They are very quick in response to issues you may have. Always have been very friendly. The nurse there is wonderful. She makes things very easy. There is PT and occupational therapy right there, which my mom is making use of. There is a primary care doctor that goes there on Mondays and Friday's which is very convenient. He's good if you need meds, and it's very easy as they work with a pharmacy that will deliver the meds. I personally take my mom to the specialists because that's the most important doctors. I just wish there were a little more diverse activities. But overall I have no regrets with her being there and would recommend it to others.
