Pavilion was such a huge improvement over the rehab nursing facility mom was in before moving in. I know it's comparing apples and oranges... but it's the only data point I have. The facilities and staff are wonderful. I have yet to meet a caregiver who is anything less than polite, happy and engaged in caring for the residents. The team here has really gone above and beyond to help my mother settle in and be happy.

This facility, especially the individual rooms are NOT handicapped friendly.

Quality of care -It depends on the staff. The day shift is super, however the afternoon and night shifts are inconsistent. It depends who is working. Admin- If the resident is ambulatory and can self-feed, they will be fine. The care for residents in wheelchairs is affected by who is working. The administrative staff listens to family concerns, but there is a breakdown with the afternoon and night shift implementing changes. Food- The snacks and some dinners are difficult for residents with eating challenges. Activities - The men's dide rarely has activities. Legacy ridge was just purchased by a new company. If the resident is ambulatory and can self-feed, they will be fine. The care for residents in wheelchairs is affected by who is working.

Weekend staff is a drop off. The facility is very clean and bright. The food is not bad, just a little bland. They really try with the activities, but the population is small so it is harder to match people vs a larger facility.

We would rate it a definite 4. There were a couple issues/concerns and most have been addressed and resolved. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. Serenades has a comforting atmosphere and caring staff. It has been a great experience for our family to have our father there and know he is well taken care of.

Clean and nice amenities. The only negative is staffing problems in dining. Absolutely would recommend

Overall experience is about a 4.5. Nothing's perfect and good can be difficult with over 150 people to feed at each mealtime. Selection varies, but overall is very good, not gourmet, but very good. Most of the people seem to be happily engaged in the wide variety of activity offerings.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. It's more of a homely environment with smaller groups maybe 30. Same employees serve the same group everyday most of the time. So each one gets to know each other more personally. The only area that dropped was the food choice and quality drop a very little from the start but it's still good. The employees are very good .The medical group handle her pills dispense very good. Compared to the other place she stayed for 5 years is much better environment

There was some staffing problems. I really like the cleanliness, the friendliness and pricing. I would pay more for better food. They also need a very tasty diet menu.

Pretty well. There is still the expected confusion associated with dementia, but he has a good, caring staff to guide him thru.

I would recommend it, but just that they do not get good reception if you are call your loved one to their cell phone. You have to use facetime.

The place is very good. The onboarding is not so good, meaning there is not a lot of attention/help getting acclimated. But if you can get beyond the initial phase the staff is friendly, the place is clean (daily pick up of trash), they offer many in house services such as physical therapy, doctor, salon, pediatrist, and pharmacy. The food is very good. The price is very reasonable.

My mom had trouble adjusting to the move the first month or so. Overall the staff has been friendly and helpful. Only a few issues with response time when she has called for assistance. This seems to be the issue with the night/weekend staff. Her apt is nice and clean and the size is more than adequate for her needs. There is a good variety of food choices though she has mostly been taking meals in her room and tends to order the same things. She did complain about the food at first but admittedly has lost her sense of taste and has a hard time chewing certain foods with her dental issues. There are a variety of activities offered though she usually chooses to stay in her room, though the staff does encourage her to get out of her room.

Elan Westpointe is truly a community. The director and staff work hard to make you feel at home. They host many events that allow residents time for social experiences with one another and with family. The staff makes the most of the dinning experiences for all meals. You truly feel like you're visiting a restaurant. Room service is available for a small fee. [name removed] (Director) is great about listening to concerns or any questions. She does her best to put you at ease. The cleaning and custodial staff are phenomenal! After visiting many facilities this one was a no brainer!

Unless they're elderly, loved one is full of vitality and loves to thrive in a people environment, I would not recommend any assisted-living because it's all about the Almighty.

The staff are all very good. I'd give them a 5. As most facilities are, they are understaffed which unfortunately only hurts the residents. The activities and dining experience get a solid 4. To get a five they would have to be exceptional, which I think is difficult when you are cooking or planning activities for that many people. Overall I would give a 4.5, but that was not one of my options!

It's a very nice facility. It's very large and there is maybe not as much personalized attention but overall we like it a lot. Her apartment is very spacious and nice. I love the location. It's very close to where I live.

The caregiver staff does a great job caring for mom. Their living conditions are clean, updated decor, lots of activities to participate with, outstanding gym, Pt on site, Dr's on site are good. Not many down sides. Only current down is bed covers and under protector sheets haven't been washed. House keeping is overlooked - that is the Only negative. They are responsive to our needs as well as moms. Staff is friendly and responsive. Overall happy with our decision.

I would recommend it. It is a good community

Their employees are top notch and how they hire such nice people is amazing. The reason I would not give them a 5 is probably typical of most Assisted Living facilities, but we have some issues with how often they call 911 whenever there's any incident (fall, cut) and it is truly up to them if they feel your family member is too big of a health risk. They're trying to work with us to keep dad there, but we're going through a lot to make this happen.
