The community communication is very good and they are setting up ways to visit. The staff was done a wonderful job with my dad who has dementia. we get a weekly newsletter with activities and what's going in the community. I would definitely recommend this community to others

When the time comes to have a loved one go to a community, The Pearl at Fort Mill will put your mind to rest. The staff are warm and caring with their assistance. The transition is smooth from home to here in a friendly and loving manor so your loved one becomes adjusted fast. Activities keep the residents busy and active during the day as well as quiet time if they choose. It will put your mind at ease on choosing The Pearl .

The Pearl helped my mother celebrate 4 Birthdays and she passed away 2 weeks before her 108th Birthday. She especially enjoyed the crafts, pets and the singing entertainment. The entertainment they brought in was outstanding. I enjoyed many of the parties with my mom. Mother Day Tea's, Sip and Paint, Super Bowl Parties, Mardi Gras, special programs to honor the veterans, dress-up Halloween parties. I was very pleased with the food they severed. Well balanced and tasty. When Mom lost more teeth and couldn't chew very well, they pureed her food for her. The staff was always about and would stop by the residents, call them by name, make light conversation with them, and give hugs. On warm days everyone enjoyed the outside activities. They had balloon volley ball, bowling in the halls and much more. The building and the furnishing are very pretty and all the times I was there, it never smelled bad. I am very grateful that my mom was able to live out her last years in this environment.

The amount of residence is key, if you have too many you don't get enough attention. I like the size of this community and the ratio between aids to residence means they get more attention overall. I would recommend this community to others.

I'm very happy that my loved one is here. I highly recommend this community for your loved one. The staff is very caring and kind to the residents. They have been able to keep the residents safe during the pandemic. They've had very few cases. The staff has kept the families updated weekly with the cases of COVID in the community. The communication of the community is phenomenal.

It's a wonderful place to live, with lots of amenities, and beautiful grounds. According to my dad, food is delisious. be aware of how the pricing works and how it could increase. but they have been fair with us. I would recommend this facility to others.

I love the community. When I first arrived in this community, I immediately felt like family. The residents all talk to each other. My room has a great view of the landscaping. The food has gotten better since I've been here.

The community is the best place to go. everyone from the office to the kitchen help is nice helpful. Rooms sizes are perfect and he loves the food, and my dad is extremely happy there. I would recommend this facility

The moment we walked in they did everything they could to met my expectations. They make sure my mother is safe. They are close to where I live and we wanted my mom to be somewhere she likes. The chef is wonderful and they can order food whenever she wants. The staff is so friendly and the caregivers do my mom's makeup and hair and she loves it. the pricing is better than most communities and the value is amazing.

I am so grateful for the amazing staff taking great care of my husband. Highly recommend!

I toured several communities and found Poet's Walk to be by far our favorite. People were the reason that made difference. We will moved my husband before the year is over.

I would recommend The Retreat at Berryville. It is a good place for your loved one. The management staff is very attentive. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. The community has bingo, painting classes, weekly art classes, and more activities to choose from.

My dad can be a handful but Poet's Walk staff has done a beautiful job working with him as he adjusts to his new home. He loves the food!

After much research, interviews and virtual tours selected poets walk for obvious reasons. The facility works very closely with resident, is very clean, they have planned activities everyday and personalized meals for the residence. My dad is new at Poet's Walk but already seems very happy. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist.

Wanted to let you know we had a wonderful visit with [name removed] today. She shared how very nice everything was exclaimed "everyone is treating me so well." She is happy, and that's quite a feat!

Toured today with my mother. She is presently at a competitor Assisted Living but now she requires Memory Care. We are very impressed and will be moving mom with you next week!

Beach House - there is no harder task than finding the right place for your loved one. Fortuntely we found Mom's place at the Beach House. It is beautiful and all the staff is loving and kind. The care is excellent, gourmet food, and the schedule and focus revolves around the residents. It is impeccably clean & the grounds are beautiful. When moving my Mom to the Beach House the staff put me at ease and made the transition seamless. Beach House has a passion for providing the best memory care. Thank You.

I would highly recommend this community. The place is small, and I feel my loved one is getting better quality of treatment. When I get a chance to speak to the staff, they are warm, friendly, and kind. I have looked at other communities and they were too big fro what I was looking for.

Not only is Revel modern, updated, and beautiful, the staff could not be more caring, accommodating and attentive. Our intital and ongoing experience from beginning to inquiry to move in has been exceptional. I am moving my 95-year-old mother from Colorado to Las Vegas. The team at Revel have gone above and beyond to make her move smooth and flawless. We chose Revel because the apartments are updated and lovely, great finishes and open design. The food I sampled was delicious. Lots of activities and smiling residents. With comparable prices and amenities to other Independent living options nearby, you might think that it would be a difficult choice. For our family, it was an easy choice. Every single staffer I met at Revel from the sales manager, executive director, to the dining room staff and chefs and even the maintenance supervisor were consistent—in message, tone and approach.
