I think the place is outstanding in all areas. Food is wonderful, staff is very friendly and caring. Its a real fun and friendly environment for all the residents. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

A Place For Mom provided us with I think 6 recommendations and this particular one turned out to be by far the best one. The others were great but we chose this one for it's proximity. Very straightforward.

It boils down to staff. They are friendly and kind to each other. They interact with each other in positive way. My husband seems very very well adjusted. Every place is the same but boils done to staff and you can tell they are well adjusted there.

They're doing at fantastic job at Park Place in Winghaven, my loved one is extremely happy here! She is thrilled to death with everything that they offer, I haven't heard a negative word from her yet! She loves the food, they have all sorts of activities, and everyone here is friendly and helpful! We really could not be happier, I would recommend them highly!

It's great. I don't have any concerns over the staff or the cleanliness, or anything. It's been stellar! It's been a great experience. I appreciate A Place For Mom for helping find it as well. That was a good experience too.

I think they are doing a pretty good job. It's clean and the staff seems to be real good. I think the food is pretty good, and they try to get them down there for all the meals. They are doing what they need to be doing.

They people at Park Place in Winghaven are always very friendly, very open, and very available. Any time I have had a question hey are always very quick to resound the same day. The staff, especially the receptionist are very friendly and personable, always calling me and others by name.

I really like Inn on the Pond. The people there are super nice and we have been very pleased with the experience.

They do a fantastic job here! They've helped my loved one in so many ways! The care they offer is great, and they've helped him make friends and be more social! And the food here is very good, which is a very nice change from some of the places he has stayed! I like that they have very generous windows for each meal time, and that a few snacks and staple foods are available at all times. The staff here are all very friendly and caring. The aide staff do a great job looking after the residents, and even the administrative staff obviously genuinely care about the people that live there. We've had experience with quite a few communities, and this is the first place that felt like he was going home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into care in the area!

Things went very well with Homewood Residence at Delray Beach, we were very pleased with them! The facility itself is terrific, it looks very nice and was clean and well kept. The staff were all very easy to work with. They were cooperative and proactive when it came to the care they offered.

Derek (who I believe is the marketing manager) is very personal and wonderful. Shonona (sp?) brown is very warm, accommodating, and sensitive.

The staff at Serenades By Sonata West Orange cared for my wonderful mother for the last 9 months of her life in 2013. My mother was 96 and needed 24 hour nursing care and the staff at Serenades took the best care of her from the nurses to the maintenance personnel. The facility is VERY clean and always welcoming to family members. My mother was treated with the utmost respect and the administration is open to all comments and requests.

Serenades by Sonata Longwood, is a special place to me. My mother lived there until she passed away in 2012, at the age of 98 years old. I saw first hand the affection and care provided to her and to the rest of the people in residence. It was all that I and I think everyone who has a family member staying there would hope for. Serenades is a well conceived and managed facility. Management is committed to excellence and loving care. I continue to visit, out of respect and affection for the people who look after and take care of our loved ones.

We toured here when we were looking into places. This was lovely we really liked it. It was not close enough to us, to be a great option, but it was very nice, and the staff was very friendly as well.

We moved Mom to Park Place in OFallon, MO because she needed the higher level of assisted living care. We have thus far been quite satisfied with this move. The staff are friendly and attentive. Mom's health has improved as a result of the extra care she is receiving, and she is showing signs of interest in activities. I visited the other night, and she was working on a picture puzzle, something she has not done in at least 4 years. She seemed more alert and interested in things. Park Place has more security than her previous location. She is escorted from her room down the elevator to the dining area. This reduces the chances of her falling or of forgetting to go eat at the right time. The facility is secured in the evening after 7:30, but family can get a code to enter and leave the building after that time. The facility is almost brand new and is elegant. There are gathering areas and televisions scattered throughout the facility. The rooms are nice. The pricing is competitive. I particularly like the fact that the only extra charge is for those with diabetes who must take insulin. A lot of other places charge more for other assistance activities as a person's needs increase.

I think they try very hard, it's kept very clean. The staff couldn't be better. I haven't had a bad experience at all. They all work very hard, and the owners are right here and they are hands on. It's family owned and their daughters work here too, they are even here on the weekends. They are knocking on the door all the time, for activities. They have someone that will come and get me and stay with me while I exercise, it's almost like having your own personal trainer. The food I would give a four, and they are working on it, it's cooked in another building and brought here, and it's not always hot enough. I think they cook the vegetables too much, and others think they are fine, so you can't please everyone. It's a gorgeous place, very opulent to look at.

Serenades is an exceptional place with exceptional, caring loving and supportive people. We are so glad we chose Serenades for my Mom. This is a difficult journey and with out them it would be even more difficult -She is cared for with Dignity and love everyday. The activities they offer are fun, creative and happy. We are so fortunate and we Thank all of you for what you do everyday - :)

I am so happy to have found Serenades for my mother who has severe dementia. I love that it is so close to my home in The Villages and I can stop in anytime to visit. The staff and caregivers are always friendly and happy to communicate with me what is going on with Mom and even share some of the funny things she says. They are so kind and patient with the residents, I honestly don't know how they do it. I love the Lifelong Learner's Program, 3 times a day to keep their minds stimulated. What a great concept! I like the size of the facility ad the way it is laid out with the lovely courtyard in the middle. Everything is well maintained and beautifully furnished. ALL STARS

Our experience with The Hamptons at Meadows Place has been great! The director, Byron was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He helped to make the transition so smooth. The lady they sent out to do the assessment was very nice and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. From the administrative staff to the financial person, everyone was very helpful, to not only the family, but resident as well. The nursing staff and housekeepers are very accommodating. They meet all of our needs as far as assistance goes. My mother in law was able to move into a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. We just fell in love with The Hampton. We're very pleased with them. In fact, the moment we drove up, my husband and I told our children, we wouldn't mind staying here. Great place.

I’d like to recognize Serenades by Sonata as an Assisted Living Facility that provides the loved ones entrusted to them with exceptional care. Without a doubt one of the biggest and most difficult decisions I’ve had to make in life is choosing an ALF. As my mom has just completed her third year in Serenades, I must say that the care she has received has exceeded my expectations in every way. Exemplary, compassionate staff, beautiful, clean and well maintained facilities along with educational programming that is both respectful and stimulating in my opinion is what makes Serenades by Sonata stand out as a 5 star ALF.
