This facility is very good! The facility is very clean. Whenever my mother would have small concerns, her needs were met in a timely fashion. As far as activities, the staff did their best to encourage her to participate and have fun.

My father is doing wonderful at this facility! It is very clean and the staff is very friendly! My father does not participate in too many activities, but he is still doing more than I ever thought he would! Serenades by Sonata is the best!

My son, 61, is living in the memory care unit at The Pavilion. I have found the staff to be friendly and caring toward their patients, as well as toward me. They have helped me understand m son's condition and comforted me when I have been distressed. I believe that kindness is extended to the patients. They do offer activities and encourage patients to participate. My son tells me he likes it, and wants to continue living there. Knowing that he is comfortable and well taken care of has helped me accept his situation, and I am beginning to find some peace.

Serenades by Sonata is a great place. Thr facility is clean and that are very well staffed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good community.

Poet's walk has been a great match for my mother in law. It is a beautiful place and we have nothing but good things to say about them. We have visited over 20 facilities and have a lot of experience. This place is a new community, they are not full yet. The doctor is very nice and the staff takes very good care of the residents. It has been a ver good experience.

The staff at this community are attentive and hands on with the residents. The food is good and they offer a tone of daily activities. The community is clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this community.

I have visited my sister since her move here and she seems to be adjusting well. They have started her in speech, physical and occupational therapy.It keeps her busy and she is doing much better. We chose The Hampton because of the atmosphere and we felt she would be more comfortable here.

I like the care is great here at this community. The staff is outstanding. The meals are great and a nice variety. She is enjoying the activities even during the weekends. This is an outstanding community in every way. We would highly recommend the care and value of this great community to other families.

We selected The Pavilion at Great Hills and my Dad is scheduled to move in soon. He lived in The Court at Round Rock for about two years and really enjoyed it and The Pavilion is owned by the same company so we are very hopeful that this will work out. We were impressed that they train staff to respond to call buttons within 5 minutes and we love the interior courtyard. The staff are super friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.

My mother was at the Sonata at Coconut Creek for respite care and it went well, they took very good care of her. I would recommend them to anyone now that they are under the new management.

My spouse has been at poets walk 6 months. I couldn't begin to say how happy we are to have found this facility. He is treated with dignity and respect. The care is consistently exceptional. Staff are well trained. They go out of their way to also make family feel welcome and part of the care.

Everything is working out pretty well for my in laws with their move to this community. It is a very nice place, and we are comfortable with their move here. We know they are safe, and in good hands. The staff is good, it has been a good experience working with them. I would recommend this community to my friends,and family.

I liked the care of this community. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food seems to be good. He is liking the activities that are offered to him. We like that the community if very clean and taken care of. We would recommend this community to other families.

I like that both of my parents are in good care here. The meals need some improvements. They are not actlive in alot of activites yet. My father said that it feels alot like hom and he is comfortable.i would highly recommend this communiry for other families who want a home feeling for there loved ones and for the great value

Poet's Walk is a beautiful facility, but even more importantly it has an outstanding staff, the best I have ever encountered. Dad visited other facilities and even lived in an assisted living facility for three years and Poet's Walk from those who clean to the Director are above and beyond the best. They care about the residents and the families of those who live there as well. They know how to talk to my dad who has dementia and he is very happy there. We know he is happy since we talk to him every evening on the phone and visit him every week. The nursing staff there has innovative technology that tells them if Dad gets up often at night and if he falls. He can participate in activities that help him stay alert and enjoys restaurant quality meals. I highly recommend Poet's Walk!

I have no complaints about the experience my grandmother had at this community. She was only there for a short period but I was very pleased with the quality of care she received. All of the nursing assistants where especially great and compassionate towards her needs and made her feel just like family. I would defiantly recommend this facility to anyone.

I recently moved Dad to Poet’s Walk. In my opinion, the memory care facility where he was living is going downhill due to bad management and he was not getting good care. He was declining to the point of not being able to speak in completed sentences and stayed confused. I know this is part of this terrible illness but like I said, he was not getting good care. My advice…stay cautious of “good deals”. The staff at Poet’s Walk is remarkable. The change in my father's behavior is amazing for such a short time that he has been there. The activity director keeps my father and the others engaged in constant conversation and activity. The food is homemade, fresh and delicious. The facility is clean and beautiful. There is an onsite nurse 24/7. There is a social worker on staff to make sure Dad is acclimated and also for my needs as a caregiver. The executive director believes in positive constructive management to bring the best performance from staff. The whole team has their sleeves rolled up with one purpose…my father’s best interest. I did not take moving my father to a new facility lightly and today I can say Poet’s Walk is the best decision I have made in a long time. This is a slow downhill road and I believe Poet’s Walk will be with my father and I to make this journey as enjoyable and peaceful as can be expected.

I thought the community was a nice place to see. I was met on time for my appointment to get a tour. On my tour I saw a clean environment and the staff were all nice. When it came to the details for a possible move in, I was told that my brother's age was the only problem, he is 64. They tried but it was not possible.

After touring their nice community and decided that this was the place for my brother, we found that my brothers age was not acceptable for them. We were signing paperwork and writing check but it just wasn't possible, they felt he would not fit in. The tour was a good experience and they were on time for our meeting.

This is a nice community. The staff is great, but we needed more care then what they could give her. I did see the restaurant and it seems very nice and maintained. They did not have the memory care that we were needing at the time my mom moved in. This would not be our choice for memory care. This is a community where residents can take care of some of the needs on there own. We would suggest that families take a tour to see if this is what they are looking for.
