Our family was able to have an in person tour and this was actually our first choice. The tour was great, and we were comfortable with the level of care they were able to provide. However, after looking at another community we ended up choosing that one, but this would of been our first choice.

Also the food is unparalleled compared to the other eight properties we visited. That was the determining factor for my dad. The chef is from the Ritz Carlton, and there's a regular sit-down, order from a menu experience at each dinner. It's phenomenal. Most of the the food we tried at the other places was cafeteria quality. For my mom, it was all about the activities that were available. And they deliver on both fronts.

I would recommend them. It's the whole package. It's flexible for people who need some help but not the full range of assisted living. The staff I've interacted with seem friendly and helpful. The facility is new and clean. One caveat is apparently they've changed ownership, and they're already charging for some things they didn't charge for in the past, for example delivery of meals if people don't want to eat in the dining room.

I would recommend this community to others based on our experience. The community is kept neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have activities available for the residents also.

We have been very impressed with everything so far. The staff are very caring and seem to really know our loved one. They are very attentive to her. At first we thought this was a skilled nursing community because they have nurses there 24/7, but it is not. The care is great, but if you are looking for a skilled nursing community, this is not the place. The cleanliness of the community is excellent. They are really good about keeping our loved one's room clean and always having the bed made, which is very encouraging. Our loved one has gained some weight since being there, so we have to assume the meals are very good. And they keep the residents very busy with a ton of activities. We just love the Monarch.

We toured probably 12 different facilities, but we came back to Poet's Walk for a second and third visit because they seemed to offer more technology that could really look at the patient and see how they were doing. Also, they have a social media link that allows the family to stay in touch with their loved one. We felt that was pretty important. Everyone has been just over and above in being patient and kind with all of our questions. Our loved one says the food is very good, and she has no complaints. I would like to see activities pick up a little bit more. The activities might be better for those with lesser cognitive skills, but our loved one has needed something a little more engaging. I think they're trying to address that though, and I know they recently hired an activities director. So hopefully that should improve things considerably.

Very nice front runner for us. Has a down home folksy feel to it, and the landscaping was gorgeous with green trees and grass. More reasonably priced with all the amenities that you get.

The staff is personable and professional, available for questions and guidance, and bring calm and joy to life with dementia / Alzheimer’s. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and intentionally designed with the needs of the residents in mind. For example, residents who like to move have a never-ending hallway to walk. A beautiful courtyard in the middle of the facility invites residents to enjoy the outdoors safely. I’m grateful we found this community for our loved one and I am happy to recommend it to others.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and intentionally designed with the needs of the residents in mind. For example, residents who like to move have a never-ending hallway to walk. A beautiful courtyard in the middle of the facility invites residents to enjoy the outdoors safely. Displays of toys, gadgets, books, pictures, and other items from different eras help prompt positive memories for residents and guests. I’m grateful we found this community for our loved one and I am happy to recommend it to others.

We toured Revel and we were ready to sign the papers and move my dad in, we really liked the facility. Their meal plan here is excellent. We did not end up moving him here because the contract was too binding.

I visited my sister yesterday for the first time as i love out of state. What a wonderful place this is. Wonderful people doing a wonderful job with smiles & laughter. Fantastic!

Our family was able to do an in person tour, but it was in January so the covid restrictions were more at the time. However we did still have a good tour, the representative we worked with was very nice and professional. The community was well managed and well kept.

We have been happy and very pleased so far. The people and staff members there have been awesome. The feedback we get from our loved one is that he is sometimes happy with the food, other times not a big fan. However, and we aren't sure if this is their policy or not, but if he is busy or asleep and misses the meal time, he can always count on a nurse bringing him his meal. It makes him feel extra special and appreciated.

As a strictly independent living place, it is perfect. Art room, gym, pool and activities for socializing. Room layout is perfect, food options a plenty. Giant walking park across the street. Has everything I would want for the money. Feels more like a vacation place.

They're very accommodating. My loved one received very good care. The staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was good overall, spotless in the common areas, but my loved one's individual room could have used some attention at times, including small things on the floor that should have been cleaned/swept up. They had a lot of activities to keep the residents engaged.

We toured this community and I really liked it. The staff was great, friendly and their communication was wonderful. I think they have a great memory care program and i would have loved for my loved one to come here.

We picked Legacy Ridge for our Mom. At the first moment we met Maria we felt like family. The facility is so cozy and homey. By the time we left we knew it was the place for our Mom. Unfortunately our Mom had severe behavior issues. We ended up having to find a place that could help her with this. Maria helped us to find a place for her. Stayed in contact with us. Helped us find nursing care. And we never paid Legacy a dime. This is real caring. We will forever be grateful, and I hope she saves me a room! This place truly feels like home!
