Firstly I must say that the staff were outstanding and very friendly. I was greeted by everyone I passed. The community is beautiful a 'must see'. They have a lovely Bluebonnet walking trail and I know I saw bunnies and squirrels hopping along. I would add one more star if I could!

The staff members are so friendly and they are so caring to the residents. Our mother really enjoys the meals and dining service and mingling with the other residents. We have no complaints so far, and one of the best things about the Monarch is that they have a beautiful porch our loved one can sit out. Also the physical therapist takes the residents to the park close by to get them out and about.

Every employee and resident we interacted with, was so joyful. We could tell, right away, that this would be an ideal environment for mom. my wife and I want to live there. It's just that nice.

Revel Nevada is ideal for me. It does not feel institutionalized and you enjoy being catered to. The fact that I don’t have to worry about mortgage, cleaning person, maintenance, gardener etc. is a big plus. The staff are really wonderful and they do a marvelous job in making things easy and comfortable for you. So far, love the food - restaurant quality. I moved from California and safety is important to me. That you can get from Revel! I recently used the hot tub and the pool, really lovely. I appreciate the availability of the gym and fitness classes especially during Covid.

It was a great facility, we just did not think the layout would fit our loved one. It is multiple floors so we were worried about the stairs/elevators.

Our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service, he says constantly how much he loves the meals. There are activities going on everyday which our loved one goes to when promoted. We find the facility to be very well trained in memory loss, they have all been wonderfully supportive and very caring. They explain everything to us, no matter the situation they always keep up constant communication. I would recommend this community to everyone, we are so impressed.

It has been a really positive experience. They've been really understanding with everything and helped as best they could. It has been just what Dad needed at the time. It's an older but homey facility, and they keep it really clean. He looked at another place that was brand new, and he felt like he couldn't even walk on the floors because it was so new. He feels much more at home here. He tells me that the food is good, and the apple pie that I tied was really good.

We chose HarborChase of Wellington Crossing because they had the highest standard license, it is very well run, and it is a more established community with a lot of residents. The only reason I gave a 4 was just because sometimes when she pushes her button it is difficult to get staff to come right away to help her. The staff are very friendly and take her to the activities she wants to go to. The dining room is superb, she is always sitting with other people. The environment is fabulous, it is bright and cheery and feels like you are walking into a hotel. I think she is very happy here and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Our tour with Merrill Gardens was wonderful. The facility was very nice but it was just out of moms price range.

Our loved one came to the Serenades after leaving from another community and it is a night and day turn around. We would highly recommend this community to any family. Our dad is happy here, he is really improving. It is a much friendly atmosphere, he gets so many hugs from the staff and they just seem to take an interest in the residents there.

It's a nice place. It's clean and friendly. It's not overpopulated or understaffed. Outings are on hold due to the pandemic, but they're doing what they can inside. I would like to see a larger outdoor space. But I like that they have parakeets inside. It's expensive, but I feel like you're getting what you're paying for. And It's cheaper than other places that we looked at.

I would definitely recommend this community for your loved one. The staff are friendly and efficient with my loved one.

The tour with Legacy Ridge was great. It was a brand new beautiful facility. It had just opened so it was hard to evaluate just because things were not up and running yet.

We have been very pleased so far, it is an absolutely wonderful community with no complaints. It has been a trying time for our loved ones and us not always being able to visit, but the staff members are always there for them. They have also kept up their communication with our family which we really appreciate.

I like the size of this community. The caretakers were not all that great. There were certain days with certain workers that were great and other days that were horrible with other workers. The nurses there were great. They had games and music for the residents and there was always something going on and I liked that part very much. They did paintings and exercise classes also.

Sonata at Coconut Creek stood out to us because the rooms are bigger than another one we looked into, it was super clean, and it just looked really warm and inviting when you walk into the lobby area, it also smelled great. If my mom ever needs anything, they are right there to help her. She speaks mainly Spanish and they have a lot staff members that are bi-lingual which is great. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and Serenades was beautiful, they did a great job explaining everything to us on the tour. They explained everything regarding insurance, and all the finances, but the location was just not going to work with our family.

Our family was able to do an in person tour, and this was actually our families first choice. They had no covid restrictions at the time of our tour. However they did not have the correct license that was required for the amount of care our loved one was going to need. They told us they would be able to accept our loved one as a trial as long as we brought a care giver for the first couple of weeks. At that point the price was just way to high for our family. But we did think the staff members there were very loving and genuine.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and this was actually our first choice. The tour was great, and we were comfortable with the level of care they were able to provide. However, after looking at another community we ended up choosing that one, but this would of been our first choice.

Also the food is unparalleled compared to the other eight properties we visited. That was the determining factor for my dad. The chef is from the Ritz Carlton, and there's a regular sit-down, order from a menu experience at each dinner. It's phenomenal. Most of the the food we tried at the other places was cafeteria quality. For my mom, it was all about the activities that were available. And they deliver on both fronts.
