The common are was nice. The individual rooms were colder looking. The cost was prohibitive for us.

They were able to work within the price point that our family needed. I think my loved one is well taken care of. I text with the staff in both in administration and nursing staff and they are quick to respond.

Everything is going very well. They were very helpful with the move from out-of-state and all the logistical things that came along with that. Their representative even met us there on a Sunday morning to help. My mom's room was all ready for her and was clean and nice. Any items I asked them to attend to they did. Cleanliness is good overall. Sometimes the garbage rooms on each floor smell a little, which is understandable. The rest of the place is immaculate. Everybody there is very nice. They have a lot of nice activities, including things outdoors. They take advantage of the nice Florida weather. They even got my mom to play Bingo, which she said she would never do! They also do a very nice job decorating for the holidays. Any holiday large or small, they're always decked out. It's in a very convenient and accessible location. And the cost is reasonable. None are cheap, but they're in line with other places. Bottom line, Mom has no complaints. And since she's content, we're content.

This community was nice and beautiful. The sales representative was energetic and friendly but the unit was small and not the size of what we needed for my loved one. I also felt like the care was spread thin and did not feel comfortable leaving my loved one here because I didn't feel like he would get the care he needed. Everyone just seemed stretched too thin.

They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in if they choose to. This would be a good place for your loved ones to go to. The cleanliness, convenience, and friendliness stand out to me about the community.

I think that they do a really good job and I would recommend Merrill Gardens to others.

My wife has Lewy Body and PCCA dementia and is receiving excellent care. She's been at Barathaven since[dates removed] and her care has been extraordinary. I can drop in any time and find her clean, neat and well taken care of. Her room is always spotless and any request I make of staff is immediately responded to, They conduct a monthly zoom call between management and the families to keep us informed of conditions, changes, events etc. It's an open dialog in which they answer questions and take actions. I cannot recommend them enough. .

We could not rate the staff higher, they have been tremendous. This community has been truly life saving for us, there is a real family atmosphere at this community. Everybody greets us when we come to visit, its so upbeat and energetic. Our loved one is laughing again, thriving and enjoying life.

The staff were good but the community seemed dated. It was clean but it just seemed out dated and closed not a lot of light. The staff and everything were great. The location was also a deciding factor and this community was too far away. They had great follow up and ready to refer to other communities or tour again if needed.

Like with any memory care community, you get out of it what you put into it. Having good relationships with the staff, medical personnel, and care partners makes all the difference in the world. But what I will tell you about Poet's Walk is that every single person there is positive and eager to help. They're interested in what is best for the residents. Despite challenges that every place is facing right now regarding shortages and changes in personnel, they are still providing terrific care.. The food is a bit institutional, but they work very hard to do a good job with it.

My parents are residences! My mother loves it there and loves to attend all activities! The director of nursing has gone above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and welcoming! The staff is nice and I have no worries about their safety or care! Whenever there is any type of small issue no matter how small or big The director of nursing handles it,sees to it and It’s done!

Our family had an in person tour and it was very nice, the community was very clean and the gentlemen who took us on the tour was very informative and kind.

The staff were very helpful and we had a good experience with Sonota Boca Raton. We did not have to look at any other facilities because we liked this one right away.

Our family had an in person tour and we would of moved in right away, it was so nice and the least expensive out of the other communities we looked at. It reminded us of a hotel in Disney World. Very high ceilings and just very classy and well kept.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very impressed we really like it, but due to our loved ones memory loss, they just did not feel they were capable of caring for him.

What a great community! Amazing hospitality. My mom has been in this community for two years. She is thriving, listen nothing is perfect but they are always available to listen to you. The staff is like family. Look no further 1000 stars if I could. This place saved my sanity.

My parents moved in back in the summer last year and it has been the best experience for them. He fought me pretty hard on moving out of their house. It was a PROCESS, but the team at HarborChase made it so much less stressful. My mom is in their memory side and finding a good memory care was our first priority. Harborchase was just so bright and the activity girls were so good at making all the residents happy and involved. The bathrooms are so big and spacious. Once my dad was able to see how good my mom was doing he was able to agree to moving in. I have never seen him so happy with his "happy hour group". Every night he goes for happy hour and plays dominos during the day. He has even gotten involved in their exercise groups.
