The community is delightful. The staff are great to work with. There are menus and servers to take our orders from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm in the restaurant. Some of the activities available include painting, poker, billiards, swimming, exercise, knitting, crocheting, and more for the residents to choose from.

HarborChase of Wellington Crossing is a brand new and beautiful facility, they are opening another location as well. The staff were all so accommodating. My loved one is at home but in the future if he needs more care, we are keeping them in mind.

I would say the friendliness of the staff is what really sticks out about this facility. They went above and beyond to ensure that my uncle would fit in the environment and get the care that he would need. Their willingness to listen to my mother and myself about my uncles emotional and physical state has been amazing. We know that he is safe and well cared for here and we do not have to worry. I would definitely recommend Poet's Walk to other families.

Elan Westpointe was absolutely excellent for my mother. And this is not the first place she had been, so I know the difference. The staff here were just extremely supportive and helpful.

This was a very nice community. The only drawback was they had a waitlist and we needed something immediately.

We really liked Elan Westpointe, the gal we were working with really went out of her way and was so accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to administer my loved ones insulin the way it needed to be which is the only reason we did not end up here.

[name removed], one of the directors of residential services was incredibly helpful with the whole transition when my loved one passed away. I really appreciated everything that they all did for her while she was there. I would definitely recommend Poet's Walk Cedar Park to other families.

They take very good care of the residents at this community. They do everything that they can to make the transition easy on the family. They also listen to anything that the family has to say good or bad. This community has also been very open to correcting any errors that may have risen for my loved one. They have activities at this community like word games, group activities, coloring and word searches and more for the residents to stay busy and active in the community.

Sonata Viera staff did a very nice job with our tour. I really liked the facility and the staff, but they only had studio apartments available and my loved one was looking for something bigger with multiple rooms. They did great with following up with us after the tour to check in.

I am a new resident at Revel Nevada. I chose it because it was one of the few places I found that offers both a pool and restaurant style dinning. It is on the border between Independent Living and Assisted Living. It is a very low stress environment. It is kind of like living in a hotel suite (with a full kitchen) that you furnish yourself. They have a large professional staff and lots of friendly residents. They have 24 hour Consular and provide housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, recreational activities and dinning. Except for transportation to shopping and medical appointments, they provide very limited help with medical or personal maintenance. It has a very nice restaurant type dinning area with lots of choices and daily specials. The restaurant also offers take out and room delivery. It is open from 7am to 7pm and uses food credits so you do not lose anything by eating elsewhere or going on a vacation.

The memory care unit here is absolutely wonderful. The guy who manages the unit and his approach to dementia care is impressive. His staff aligns with this thinking and they do a great job with the residents. I expected the transition to be extremely difficult but everyone on the staff just made it so easy for us and we really appreciate that. They do offer both shared and private rooms. I would definitely recommend The Preserve at Clearwater to others looking.

Sonata is excellent. My family member loves it there. It worked out well getting her moved in, and they were very helpful. They keep me informed, especially since I live out of the area. If anything significant happens, they let me know. They've done a very good job. It's a clean place. There has been a change in management since she moved in, but so far we haven't seen a big difference. I like that the building has big, open hallways. It's a very wide open and friendly atmosphere. The servers at mealtimes know the residents. They have an in-house doctor that comes around and takes care of them. It's a good support system in place for the residents. I think it's priced fairly for what you get. And they even reduced her service level (and subsequently the price) once they realized she didn't need as much help as they originally thought, which impressed me.

I have a relative that stays at Barathaven and each time I've visited, I've seen staff provide nothing less wonderful care to all the residents there. The building is always well kept and free of odors. The staff are all attentive and friendly and show their commitment to their profession in how they show their appreciation to the ones they care for. I highly recommend Barathaven for their loved one struggling with this awful disease.

Park Place has been the perfect fit for my loved one. We initially were looking at them because it was close to home and the price seemed lower than other comparable places. When we got here for our tour, everyone was so nice and helpful and the staff really sold us at that point. The rooms are private and a little small but pretty equal to others we looked at. The staff have really gotten to know her on a personal level and what her needs are. Everyone is super friendly and caring and they always reach out if there are any updates to give us. It has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend Park Place to others looking.

My aunt moved in a little over a year ago. They treat like family and whenever I go to visit I feel so welcomed and I am greeted by first name. [name removed] at the front desk is so nice. I havent seen my aunt so happy since before my uncle passed. Thank you HarborChase of Wellington. The aids care so much and couldnt have asked for a better place. Highly recommend, worth every dime. I couldnt imagine a better place

We chose Pavilion at Great Hills because of the cleanliness of the facility, we were very price driven so the value for the money, and the friendliness of all of the staff we interacted with. The room sizes are average to others that we looked into. I was surprised at how good the food is here, they are chef prepared meals. I would absolutely recommend to others.

During our loved ones stay we had no issues at all, we always felt that everybody there embraces doing the best. No matter who the day to day staff were, the cleaning crew picking up the building or the kitchen staff serving the meals, they all were very attentive to not only the residents needs but their families. Every time we came to visit they always had something going on for the residents to participate in. They weren't just piled into a room together and watching TV, there was always someone there conducting some sort of activity which we thought was super. They even go our loved one to join their painting classes.

I have shared my history with the residents at Revel and they have too, and this is a bond of friendliness and comfort to me. I wish the same for them, too.

This is the best place in the area. The staff are very helpful to work with if the family has questions or concerns. The monthly fee consists of linen changes and laundry, meals, the room, electric, Wi-Fi, and cable are included as well. The food is okay for my loved one. The residents have menu options to choose from.

We have been so pleased with our experience so far with, the staff have just been fantastic. Since it is only memory care the staff have been phenomenal with their residents. This is the best place for our loved one with her state or memory loss. There is a stimulating environment which is helping slow down the decline in memory loss. The staff are constantly engaged and interacting with one another
