Our family had an in person tour with The Preserve at Clearwater s and we thought the tour experience and the community was very acceptable, but ultimately we decided to go with another community because it felt more like home.

I'd rate all 7 categories 5 stars. It's really a very good facility. There are 2 things that do stand out. First is the genuine compassion of the staff for the residents and second is that they do a very good job of keeping you ( me) informed and up to date on how my wife is doing. I would recommend The Colonial to anyone in need of a community for their loved ones.

The Glades was too big. We wanted a "more homelike " place where he wouldn't feel anonymous. They also did not respond to my inquiry in a timely manner, by the time they did I was already working with another facility. The tour was well done though.

Great facilities and staff and management all around. Very well run, patient and knowledgeable nursing staff, very clean rooms, upkeep in general is phenomenal, good communication from all levels of the team. I would absolutely recommend The Retreat at Fishersville to other families.

Great outdoor space for walking and just sitting to look at Harbor and visiting with others. Levels of care for Assisted Living.

Sonata Delray Beach is a clean place, very friendly staff, they really care about residents. The food that they serve is very good. My sister looks forward to bingo and exercise class. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but seems to be in line with most other places we looked at. We chose it because of location to us and we loved the outside garden area. We also like that it wasn't so large and overwhelming to my sister, so she could find her way around better.

We are enjoying our stay at Addington Place very much. We visited about ten Senior Living places, and Addington had many more social activities, and the staff were excellent. I would recommend to others.

The Beach House Jacksonville was very nice and was our 2nd choice. The location of San Pablo rd won because my mom is a mayo patient and it's more convenient.

They are very compassionate and responsive to family needs. It was a very positive experience. We picked this community, because it was a Recommendation from A Place for Mom.

Having wonderful experience at Revel the management and servicing team are exceptional. From day one felt like a part of the family everyone was very friendly . Food is exceptional and varied and every holiday is celebrated with beautiful decorations. Activities are a great way to spend your day. The activity directors are very creative and make sure everyone has the opportunity to participate. Looking forward to taking advantage of the beautiful saltwater heated pool and spa . It’s a wonderful cruise without leaving port with all the pampering and attention to details.

The local team of staff was great. This was a great size for our loved one. Eventually the corporate office took over and decided they couldn't care for our loved one.

It has been a very pleasant experience, from the start to where we are currently. I like the facility itself. It's bright and cheery. The rooms are spacious. The people are very friendly and encouraging. And they always seem to help in any way that they can.

Our family had an in person tour and the gentlemen who gave the tour was very thorough and made it a wonderful experience. It was a really great place and it was our second choice.

I wish I had chosen Serenades from the beginning. Management is hands-on. They are attentive to the residents and responsible to the caregivers. They do return calls. They provide me with alerts on the times when someone is coming to visit my person. They ask if I have any concerns. Meals are very good. I can't be there every moment, and I appreciate the care they provide to her and that they do what they say they're going to do. It’s definitely worth the cost.

Revel Nevada is a really nice community and one of the main reason we had picked it for our loved one was the apartment - her apartment was a lot of closet space that fits all of her belongings so she does not have to rent a storage unit. Also her apartment has a patio with a nice view which is what we wanted for her since she can sit outside for hours. Compared to other communities we had looked at in the area the value seems to be average. Our loved one has not been able to participate in the activities as of yet, but from what we can see they seem good. The sales lady we worked with was amazing an super helpful. Based on the experience we have had so far we would of course recommend this community to other families.

I believe this community saved my loved one. My loved one is engaged with all the activities and residents. They love their room, view, and the community! The community has a pool and keep it clean along with the grounds. The staff are very kind and supportive. The staff were able to assist my loved one in getting settled into the community and making my loved one feel welcomed. They have been supportive in finding the right table for my loved one to sit at in the dining room with the support of other residents.

My husband has been at Sonata for about 6 months. He has been well taken care of by a very caring staff. Unfortunately, he has been placed under hospice care and also has been transferred to the memory care area. The staff handled the transition beautifully and made me feel they really cared about what was best for him. I would certainly recommend Sonata to anyone who has a loved one who needs this type of care.

The quality of the staff and the activities stood out to us at this facility. The staff is very friendly. From the receptionist to the nurses, sales and and maintenance teams, all are respectful to the residents, eager to help, and caring. They all take part in activities, parties, and outings. There is a staff member who runs a chair yoga and weight training program that my mother loves. She loves the monthly parties and the weekly current event discussions. My mom is in Independent Living. Addington Place cleans her room and washes her sheets and pillow cases weekly. Overall the place is very clean. It is a bit dated, but well maintained. There must have been a loss of staff due to COVID, but the place is run well. My mom's major complaint is the quality of the food.

They made me feel comfortable and care about my loved one, who likes to help out with the other residents. I picked this community, because I felt it was the right fit for my loved ones needs.

Everyone at the Colonial at Old Camden cares about my mom and her health. They make sure she is well taken care of and keeps me informed of everything going on in the community. The Colonial was the best place for mom.
