Toured today with my mother. She is presently at a competitor Assisted Living but now she requires Memory Care. We are very impressed and will be moving mom with you next week!

Beach House - there is no harder task than finding the right place for your loved one. Fortuntely we found Mom's place at the Beach House. It is beautiful and all the staff is loving and kind. The care is excellent, gourmet food, and the schedule and focus revolves around the residents. It is impeccably clean & the grounds are beautiful. When moving my Mom to the Beach House the staff put me at ease and made the transition seamless. Beach House has a passion for providing the best memory care. Thank You.

I would highly recommend this community. The place is small, and I feel my loved one is getting better quality of treatment. When I get a chance to speak to the staff, they are warm, friendly, and kind. I have looked at other communities and they were too big fro what I was looking for.

Not only is Revel modern, updated, and beautiful, the staff could not be more caring, accommodating and attentive. Our intital and ongoing experience from beginning to inquiry to move in has been exceptional. I am moving my 95-year-old mother from Colorado to Las Vegas. The team at Revel have gone above and beyond to make her move smooth and flawless. We chose Revel because the apartments are updated and lovely, great finishes and open design. The food I sampled was delicious. Lots of activities and smiling residents. With comparable prices and amenities to other Independent living options nearby, you might think that it would be a difficult choice. For our family, it was an easy choice. Every single staffer I met at Revel from the sales manager, executive director, to the dining room staff and chefs and even the maintenance supervisor were consistent—in message, tone and approach. Friendly, happy, positive, kind and concerned. I believe we have made a perfect choice and look forward to many wonderful days ahead for our mom!

Dislike: They have many pork products and I don't eat pork products. More variety of food, fish and meats, would be good. Easier on the salt and sugar with the food too. Like: Service is friendly, nice, good. I have no complaints. Though some are better than others, everyone is great.

I called and spoke with [name removed]. He was such a breath of fresh air. I was absolutely devastated that I would have to bring my dad to a facility. I decided I would pay for 24 hour care at home instead. After speaking with [name removed] I went directly to call my brother. I told him I found a fabulous place for our dad. Unlike the others I called, [name removed] didn't try to "sell me". He made me feel that dad would be treated in a genuine and compassionate manner. I have already referred four others to Poet's Walk Henderson.

Even with all the covid-19 visitation restrictions in place in Nevada the staff still did an excellent job helping us celebrate mom's birthday with all the precautions in place!

The staff at The Preserve at Clearwater have such a positive approach to dementia care. I am so fortunate to have found just the right place 2-1/2 years ago for mom to flourish. Mom is always alert and smiling, showing those dimples, and is clearly liked by by her caregivers. The facility is clean and has remained Covid-free during 2020, and has opened family visits back up while other facilities have been forced to wait. So happy!

I am a visiting hospice nurse and I love coming to Poet's Walk because the staff is always pleasant and caring and the community is very clean.

I provide physical therapy to Poet's Walk residents and I love coming here. The staff is very professionally engaged and kind in nature.

The staff members at Merrill Gardens are amazing, the care services have been great especially during COVID, they have been very safe. Prior to COVID they had bingo, happy hour, swimming, exercise classes. There was also sewing and arts and crafts. My mother absolutely loves the food the service minus the pizza. This community is very beautiful, it looks like a resort

When we first visited Merrill Gardens we really liked how friendly the staff was, and at the time it was a newer community which was nice. The rooms are good size, and the food was just okay. It was better before COVID.

[name removed] and the staff at Poets Walk Henderson are amazing! They go far and above to care for your loved one. My experience has always been exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Staff was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable when we called for information.

Prior to COVID they had weekly cocktail hour, pet therapy, bingo, as well as puzzles. They had religious services and entertainments groupd, they also had special holiday parties. The food at this community was usually okay sometimes it was a hit or miss. Sonata community has very inviting feeling to it, the rooms are very comfortable. It was a very modern look to it, very bright, as well as pretty decor.

This community is unreal, the rooms have a lot of light. The whole facility is bright and airy. They have two courtyards with trees and flowers, they even have a chicken coop and an herb garden. They have activities that every resident gets to participate in. They have little corners in the facility that are decorated with different themes, it may look like a ice cream parlor, or an old fashion laundry parlor with a washing board. They have art and music classes several times a week. They have performers like musicians and dancers come in. They even had a fair last year that they could go to My mom loves it! First thing she said when she came to visit "is there is so much light." She said it was the best "hotel" she has ever stayed at. They throw the residents birthday parties. The staff is amazing, they have been very careful with the residents during COVID, not one resident has came down with the virus.

Like most residents' families, we are having a difficult time with the COVID restrictions which leave us unable to visit the facility and interest with our loved ones. Prior to the lockdown, I was fortunate enough to have been able to spend quite a bit of time at Poets Walk and was able to become familiar with a lot of the staff. It is this familiarity, knowing the level of care that is being provided to my mother by your staff, this is allowing my family to get through the current difficult situation. The nurses, med techs, caregivers, activities coordinators, housekeepers, dining services, maintenance, sales, the concierges, as well as your management staff have all shown an admirable devotion to the residents' well being. I am unable to offer personal thanks' I hope this note conveys my family's deep appreciation for all of you.

The community Family Ambassador facilitates video calls for me and my mom. The Family Ambassador articulates for me what mom is trying to say. She is very professional and kind. I really appreciate what she does for us!
