My husband was the first female president when poets walk open [date removed]. He has a favorite, but all residents are treated with respect and affection. The caregivers all very compassionate, they all are attentive to any changes in residence health or demeanor. The food is healthy – the activities keep them engaged. The management bends over backwards to accommodate concerns of family members. This is a clean facility.

WHILE AT SONATA I FOUND EVERYONE FRIENDLY, THE FACILITY CLEAN AND THE CARE GREAT. I AM ONLY THERE PERIODICALLY BUT FEEL THAT EVERYONE IS GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR ALL RESIDENCE THAT LIVE THERE.

Exceeded my expectations! Staff goes above and beyond. Facility is always very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place. So good to know such quality exists so close to home. I would feel very comfortable there when I decide to move.

We consider it a blessing that we found Sonata at Coconut Creek as a place for my mother to live. The executive director communicates with us regularly about how my mother is doing and we receives regular calls from the nursing staff letting us know about her health. She has benefitted from help from the Physical Therapy Department and has spoken positively about their staff. The facility itself is cheerful and beautifully decorated. My mother lives in a spacious and comfortable studio apartment that fits her needs. She enjoys the daily activities and socializing with the other residents and can also have quiet time alone if she desires. A van is available to take her to doctors’ appointments or shopping if she desires. I can recommend Sonata at Coconut Creek with the greatest confidence for your family member.

We made a tough decision to move our loved-one from a facility where care giving caused us many concerns. We were frustrated with numerous falls, over several months, resulting in serious injuries. The proposed solution was to hire private-pay nursing, around the clock, which increased care costs tremendously! Moving into Poet’s Walk brought about an immediate improvement! The medical team is alert and engaged. Within days, a speech therapist identified swallowing problems and made recommendations to modify her diet. Physical therapists identified diminished core strength and adjusted her care plan accordingly. The nursing team is alert and engaged, bringing us peace and lifting tremendous worry! [Name removed] is a “hands-on” Executive Director and he can be seen interacting with both residents and staff throughout the facility! Marvin Smith, Lauren Urbanek, and Kelsey Lang are the reasons we selected Poet’s Walk—they responded correctly to the myriad of questions we asked. Further, they went above-and-beyond, working long hours to insure a comfortable and joyful transition between facilities. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!

I have come to tour this facility twice. The only thing bad is that i am moving away and will no longer be looking in this area. Based on the other Alzheimer's care facilities in the area this one is FAR above the rest. There prices was middle of the road and all the staff i met were very pleasant. While looking for my mother i have seen many false or fake smiles. I'm not sure how to explain it but it looks like people actually love being here.

Addington Place is beautiful. We found it a bit tucked away and difficult to locate, but once we were there, it was worth the hunt. The location is stunning in terms of landscaping and its water features. It has an old school feel that I found really appealing. The community seemed small and tight knit and we were seeking something a little larger in numbers for the purpose of daily socialization for our mother. I still think about the library, which was amazing. [name removed] was highly informative and shared a great deal of advice that helped us with our search. I would love to go there when I retire.

This community has vastly improved since it became Sonata Viera! The new management has made many improvements to not only the building but to the quality of living for the residence. In the last couple of months the moral of the staff and residents has increased tremendously! Sonata has brought in seasoned staff that provide a solid foundation of quality care and fresh new faces that are providing a renewed energy, changing the atmosphere of a previously drab facility. Although my loved one is not quite ready for senior living, Sonata Viera is my first choice when the time comes. If you need senior living for your loved one, with a lively atmosphere, caring staff, where your family member will feel at home, this is it!

This facility is very nice with restaurant style meals, friendly staff, lots of activities and a great location. Apartments are larger and prices reflect the larger size. Facility is very clean. I will bring Mom for a tour over the next few weeks.

Poets Walk is always clean and bright, a great environment for seniors. The staff truly care about their reisdents. [name removed] the social worker has a passion for the residents and [name removed] the concierge greets everyone warmly and always with a smile. Highly recommend Poets Walk!

We placed mom here several months ago and we love Poet's Walk. Mom had been in two different facilities before this, and she was not thriving until she got here. What we noticed most was how proactive, attentive and kind the staff is. The building is new, the food is great, the activities keep mom engaged, and the staff is simply incredible. The Addington Place at College Harbor was very elegant, resort typ setting.The one bedroom and studio apartments are spacious, however a little bit expensive for my budget.

To whom it may concern: I was very impressed with the Serenades at the Villages in Lady Lake, FL. You walk in and it feels like home. Everyone is gracious and very helpful, especially your community relations personnel. It also impressed me how clean and bright the facility was. If a friend or a family member was needing a place live in the declining years I would highly recommend the Serenades at the Villages.

Location is awesome, beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, nice, comfortable rooms, many staff on site , very pleasant!! Very accommodating - special needs/hospice.

My mother is an assisted living resident and has lived here for a bit now. Their Activities Director is amazing. She is always planning new and exciting things for the residents. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. Her staff is very polite and other residents I have talked to refer to her as the sparkle of Sonata. This place is worth checking out.

Our experience with Sonata Viera was Absolutely Wonderful. [Removed] and all the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I feel that my loved one was well looked after and taken care of while I was away. When my loved one is ready for full time care, Sonata will be my choice for her. I highly recommend.
