Addington Place is beautiful. We found it a bit tucked away and difficult to locate, but once we were there, it was worth the hunt. The location is stunning in terms of landscaping and its water features. It has an old school feel that I found really appealing. The community seemed small and tight knit and we were seeking something a little larger in numbers for the purpose of daily socialization for our mother. I still think about the library, which was amazing. [name removed] was highly informative and shared a great deal of advice that helped us with our search. I would love to go there when I retire.

This community has vastly improved since it became Sonata Viera! The new management has made many improvements to not only the building but to the quality of living for the residence. In the last couple of months the moral of the staff and residents has increased tremendously! Sonata has brought in seasoned staff that provide a solid foundation of quality care and fresh new faces that are providing a renewed energy, changing the atmosphere of a previously drab facility. Although my loved one is not quite ready for senior living, Sonata Viera is my first choice when the time comes. If you need senior living for your loved one, with a lively atmosphere, caring staff, where your family member will feel at home, this is it!

This facility is very nice with restaurant style meals, friendly staff, lots of activities and a great location. Apartments are larger and prices reflect the larger size. Facility is very clean. I will bring Mom for a tour over the next few weeks.

Poets Walk is always clean and bright, a great environment for seniors. The staff truly care about their reisdents. [name removed] the social worker has a passion for the residents and [name removed] the concierge greets everyone warmly and always with a smile. Highly recommend Poets Walk!

We placed mom here several months ago and we love Poet's Walk. Mom had been in two different facilities before this, and she was not thriving until she got here. What we noticed most was how proactive, attentive and kind the staff is. The building is new, the food is great, the activities keep mom engaged, and the staff is simply incredible. If you're looking for a place, we highly recommend Poet's Walk

The Addington Place at College Harbor was very elegant, resort typ setting.The one bedroom and studio apartments are spacious, however a little bit expensive for my budget.

To whom it may concern: I was very impressed with the Serenades at the Villages in Lady Lake, FL. You walk in and it feels like home. Everyone is gracious and very helpful, especially your community relations personnel. It also impressed me how clean and bright the facility was. If a friend or a family member was needing a place live in the declining years I would highly recommend the Serenades at the Villages.

Location is awesome, beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, nice, comfortable rooms, many staff on site , very pleasant!! Very accommodating - special needs/hospice.

My mother is an assisted living resident and has lived here for a bit now. Their Activities Director is amazing. She is always planning new and exciting things for the residents. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. Her staff is very polite and other residents I have talked to refer to her as the sparkle of Sonata. This place is worth checking out.

Our experience with Sonata Viera was Absolutely Wonderful. [Removed] and all the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I feel that my loved one was well looked after and taken care of while I was away. When my loved one is ready for full time care, Sonata will be my choice for her. I highly recommend.

My husband and I are searching for a place for my mom who has dementia so we toured this yesterday. We toured most of the facility and found it to be clean and the staff was very friendly. Residents appeared to be happy. We saw a shared room in memory care area which was very large with 2 full or queen sized beds and 2 dressers and a TV. I would have preferred that they would have their own private space. It was more expensive than the other places but our guide thought it included everything she needed. One thing I really liked is they only have 18 residents in memory care and 3-4 aides for all of them so they have more individualized attention. However, there are no openings at this time and it’s a little further from my home than I would like it to be.

This place is absolutely excellent. It’s so attractively decorated and impeccably clean. It’s a large building and just an overall attractive property. My sister’s room is quite large and the bathroom is wonderful with a huge shower. They have a few activities and every Wednesday they have some sort of musical entertainment. Every Friday they’ll go out on some sort of activity. There are plenty of staff members and they’re just right on the ball. It is expensive, but it’s worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Our family could not be happier with the care provided to our father at Sonata Boca Raton. He was treated with kindness, concern and compassion to meet all his needs. We had reservations about moving him from one place where we were unhappy with the care on every level but Michael, the director, assured us our dad would be taken care of properly and he was right! The staff went the extra mile to involve him and accommodate his personality. The nursing care was phenomenal and I am so grateful for Marcia and Yasmin! Marsha also went above and beyond to involve my father in activities. Evette handled my father with the respect and dignity our seniors deserve and our family is so grateful for it. Even the dining room staff worked closely to help our father! We are thrilled with the staff, their care and impeccable attention to their residents and it was refreshing to trust them after the awful experience with Assisted Living that we had experienced. Bravo to Sonata Assisted Living for truly being the epitome of Assisted Living!

We moved our father to Sonata, Boca Raton after several bad experiences at a different Assisted Living facility. We could not be happier with the professionalism and genuine compassion of everyone at Sonata. Our father was treated with the respect, dignity and kindness you would hope every senior could experience. [Removed], the director of the Assisted Living, was available to discuss anything and everything to assure the comfort of our father and we were able to observe that he wants every resident happy and well. Evette was so kind to our dad, and to me, each day, and [Removed] went the extra mile to involve our dad in as many activities as possible. [Removed] took incredible care of him in every possible way, and went above and beyond their job descriptions! The entire staff at Sonata provided an inviting and warm environment for their residents. We will remain forever grateful.

The Perserve at Clearwater is one of the most up to date design buildings to meet all of the needs of its residents. It is spacious, bright, clean and can withstand a hurricane five. It has nurses and care 24/7. The staff is caring even when you are not around. Not only do they have an Assisted Living but they also have a fully staffed Memory Care facility. The Staff have social hours for the residents and entertainment brought in for sing a longs. Sunday afternoon is always a big treat its 'Ice Cream Sunday day'. If a resident needs to be taken to a doctor or to the VA arrangements can be made with the front desk for them to be taken. When my dad was dying, the Director who took a liking to him spent time with him playing soft music and rubbing his hand, to this shows the quality of people/staff the Perserve has, very touching. My mother was there for 3 years and my dad for 5 years.

Great new place, just opened Dec 2017. Beautiful facilities, many options for dining, physical activity and social events and gathering. Rooms nicely sized and very inovative, client oriented pricing options. Highly impressed !

I’ve been very happy with this place and the way they care for my Mom. It’s definitely a learning process but I have felt very good about the place. The distinction that I think Poet’s Walk seems to do very well, in comparison to other places, is that they’re very family oriented. They seem to know how to be accommodating in answering questions that people have regarding dementia or any other issues in general. They have a person within the facility who acts as a liaison and you can speak with her and give her any requests you may have. It’s just a really easy way to communicate and, to me, it diffuses a lot of anxiety. They keep an activities schedule for the residents and I can talk with them anytime about what’s available in case I want to join in with my Mom. The overhead lighting is pleasant and the rooms are designed in a way that makes it easy for the residents to come and go. Their nursing staff seems to be very thorough and on top of things and the doctor they have overseeing everything is a Gerontology specialist. I feel like they completely understand all of the different aging issues and they don’t seem to be pushy with medications that aren’t needed. All in all, I’m very happy with this place.

Very impressed with facilities and staff I met. Residents appeared comfortable in there environment there.

My brother-in-law is doing so well here in the memory care, not only has he made friends with the residents but the staff all love him. He gets to help the staff serve the other residents during their meal times which he loves doing. And I have noticed some great changes in him since he has moved here which is wonderful, he is eating so much better, he stays active, they monitor his meds, they stay in touch with us and we know that he is in a secure environment, safe and well cared for.

This is a nice community. The staff is caring and attentive. We like the atmosphere of the other residents. The menu was appealing and she is happy with the variety. The staff try and keep her active with the other residents and we are happy to know she is doing well. We hight recommend this community for the good care and value.
