My Mother was evacuated from Kingwood to Bluebonnet Court after Hurricane Beryl hit the Houston area, and from the minute she arrived, it was an absolute fantastic experience. They treated Mom as if she was a permanent resident, and after only a three week stay, she cried for half of the drive back to Kingwood. The Caregivers, Med Techs, Nursing staff and the Administrators were extremely caring and understanding. All of the residents are happy and friendly, and when I say "family atmosphere," I certainly mean it. Clean, elegant; I could go on all day. Thanks for everything you did for Mom!

Staff was incredibly patient with my often difficult father. It gave me great piece of mind to know he was in their capable, and caring hands.

Totally a 5 on all accounts- they are absolutely terrific-wonderful staff! It's all a plus plus. The directors are well qualified plus happy and energetic-very positive. I have met everyone there in those positions... they are always available and happy to talk to any family member/guardian and answer/guide as needed. Top notch! Plus where my auntie is-memory care -it's a bright, happy, uplifting place-nurses are terrific as well. Great group of experienced people.

I love my apartment and I have my furry friend with me. My Apt consists of a kitchenette with loads of storage and sufficient counter space. It has a living room off the kitchenette where I have room for a fold down table, 2 chairs to put at the table, and a futon which is my sofa. My TV is huge and sits on 2 large boxes consisting of 18 openings which hold an assortment of books, family photos, and my late daughter's dolls, mostly Barbies. It is a lovely area. From that you enter a good sized bedroom with a walk-in closet. I have my dog's bed in there. His kennel is under the large bedroom windows. He has a choice of where he prefers to sleep, usually choosing the bed in the closet. Off the bedroom is a full bathroom. The shower is large enough to put a chair in which makes me feel so much safer. There is quite a bit of storage space under the sink counter with a full size mirror and a small cabinet over the toilet for toilet paper and assorted towels.

I would tell, a friend that they are fools for not getting their loved ones at Hopkins.

The Meadows at Escalante was a great place for my mother to be! Really the perfect fit. The staff were all so great and helpful anytime she needed them. I would highly recommend The Meadows to anybody looking for care for their loves ones.

We were under the gun to find a place for my father-in-law and mother-in-law after my FIL continued to decline due to a bad fall and had to be moved into hospice. My MIL has dementia and could absolutely not give him the care he required. Luckily Bluebonnet Court had a room available and they were very professional and kind through the whole ordeal. My FIL unfortunately passed a week after we moved him in, and the staff were very caring to my MIL as she was going through this difficult time. She was reluctant to leave her room but they introduced her to other people at the facility. They eventually were able to get her out of her room more, dining with the other folks and hanging out with them in the courtyard. My MIL is always telling us how good the food is there, and all the employees are nice, caring folks. They always have some activity or event going on so there’s plenty for folks to do. Bluebonnet Court is a great, welcoming place for someone who needs to be in assisted living.

They are very caring . I have been pleased with Bluebonnet Court. I'm thankful that I feel he is in a good place The rooms are a nice size. They keep the rooms clean and there is never a bad smell anywhere. I highly recommend Bluebonnet Court to others looking.

[name removed]was great at showing and explaining all of what they had to offer. Even though [name removed] was leaving the next week after mom and dad got there she was still accessible after she left for any questions we had. [name removed] the nurse and her staff have been great with mom. Dad passed about a week after they moved in. My doctors nurse is the weekend nurse and she makes sure my mom gets her paper and checks in on her for us also.

My mom is a resident and she loves it there.

I cannot begin to describe the peace it has given us with my mama at Winkler. We are able to be her children again. And beyond a shadow of a doubt that not only taken care of but she is loved by everyone there.

Mom has returned home. However, while she was there, her apartment was cleaned weekly, staff was friendly in all situations, it was clear her care was of utmost importance, meals were tasty and many options given, many fun activities were offered. All of these made the value for the cost exceptional.

Mom really liked the staff, and she made some good friends while there. Her biggest complaint was she wished more of the residents were able to have conversations. Another thing was they seemed to have several residents that were there for a short time as they came in on hospice from the beginning. She said it was hard to see so many people pass away. One of the good things though was I didn't have to move mom to another facility when she went on hospice. She was able to "age in place."

All is great except for the food. The food is good but we were told in April before she moved in that they would be having the evening meal beginning the next month. It still has not started.

My brother in law [name removed] moved to CedarHurst in late April early May 2024. Since his arrival he and our family have been treated with dignity, professionalism, kindness and integrity. The Atmosphere and the personnel managing the facility genuinely care about the residents and There is a very positive vibe throughout the building. From the time you enter, the front desk personnel are cheerful, polite, helpful and seem genuinely happy to be there. The maintenance employees keep Cedarhurst top notch and the food and kitchen staff are excellent! The custodial staff keep the place immaculate and the recreation and gym staff keep the residents occupied and fit. Cedarhurst is a wonderful place for people to live. Very few places are run with such caring and exceptional employees.

Bluebonnet was not like an institution, it was more like a neighborhood home. While none of these facilities are perfect. The staff were kind, and got to know my Mom. It was a great little community, small enough to get to know your neighbors. A true Gem among the assited living communities.

I went to visit my aunt and couldn't believe how nice this place is! You can tell the staff actually cares by the way they talk to the people. The manager/director even came over and sat down and visited with us for a few minutes. It was very clean and I love the personal touches. I found such comfort in knowing my sweet aunt was being taken care of so well. You guys are the best!

I'm a family member. My mother has been at this place for over two years now. I absolutely recommend them. Since the new manager came last year I have seen several improvements at this place. From the new paint to the beautiful courtyard that now has plants for everyone to enjoy, to the music played now . The care has always been great . And this place is always clean ! I see the managers there all the time, even on weekends the lady at the front is wonderful ! No Complaints ! We love this place !

As someone who values transparency and quality care for our elders, it's with wonderful exclamation I must share my profoundly GREAT experience with this community. The people at Bluebonnet care deeply about the residents and families and the environment they provide. My recent visit with my person went great ! I live out of state so my visits mean the world to me ! I'm in the medical field and can say I believe that the standard of care and overall management of this facility is top notch . Upon entering, it became evident that management has made huge strides in changing the aesthetics for the better . The residents are clean, facility is always clean , the residents are happy ! The atmosphere felt uplifting and welcoming, there’s always music, laughter and lightheartedness ! This place is a gem ! Warm smaller atmosphere most caring people ever! So glad my person is here ! Thank you Bluebonnet for taking care of my person ! Much Love to you all ! Highly recommend !

The first thing I noticed was that the facility smelled good and surroundings in common areas felt like a home. The staff was terrific and I knew the Executive Officer over the facility. I was very comfortable with my loved one living there.
