When we visited your facility everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about placing our father in an assisted living environment. We wanted a safe comfortable place where our father would feel welcomed and safe. Your staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. They showed dad around and made him feel at ease! We are so very happy with placing our father at your facility. We are thankful to all the wonderful staff that care for him..,

I went to visit my aunt and couldn't believe how nice this place is! You can tell the staff actually cares by the way they talk to the people. The manager/director even came over and sat down and visited with us for a few minutes. It was very clean and I love the personal touches. I found such comfort in knowing my sweet aunt was being taken care of so well. You guys are the best!

I'm a family member. My mother has been at this place for over two years now. I absolutely recommend them. Since the new manager came last year I have seen several improvements at this place. From the new paint to the beautiful courtyard that now has plants for everyone to enjoy, to the music played now . The care has always been great . And this place is always clean ! I see the managers there all the time, even on weekends the lady at the front is wonderful ! No Complaints ! We love this place !

As someone who values transparency and quality care for our elders, it's with wonderful exclamation I must share my profoundly GREAT experience with this community. The people at Bluebonnet care deeply about the residents and families and the environment they provide. My recent visit with my person went great ! I live out of state so my visits mean the world to me ! I'm in the medical field and can say I believe that the standard of care and overall management of this facility is top notch . Upon entering, it became evident that management has made huge strides in changing the aesthetics for the better . The residents are clean, facility is always clean , the residents are happy ! The atmosphere felt uplifting and welcoming, there’s always music, laughter and lightheartedness ! This place is a gem ! Warm smaller atmosphere most caring people ever! So glad my person is here ! I was previously a resident at New Forest Haven Assisted Living. There have been 9 of us move out because of a resident who moved in November of 2023. He has physically assaulted one person, threatened another and the police have been called numerous times by fellow residents. Management will not make him move, but have threatened.

The first thing I noticed was that the facility smelled good and surroundings in common areas felt like a home. The staff was terrific and I knew the Executive Officer over the facility. I was very comfortable with my loved one living there.

Staff is beyond amazing. The community is friendly, fun, and very active. Facility is modern and up to date! Would recommend this facility to anybody even slightly considering independent living for themselves or a loved on. The only regret I have, is we didn’t find this place even sooner :)

It is a very nice community. Our loved one had dementia and it was very hard for her to be happy but, I feel the care givers tried very hard to make her feel comfortable and happy. They seemed to always have some sort or activity going on and the food was very good also.

I have a very pleasant experience with New Forest Haven Senior Living. I am pleased with the amount of amenities that this facility offers. My mother felt very comfortable right away when she first toured the facility.

Awesome place, the care staff is super professional, maintenance is always taking care of the residents the waiting time is very short, the community is beautiful and very well maintained, all the staff members are very committed with the residents and they really care about them like if they were their own family.

The Memory Care community is amazing from the staff to the amenities the caregivers are so welcoming and caring all of the residents took on of our tour and welcome us with open arms. Even invited us to do activities with them is just AMAZING!

The food is good! Culinary department does a great job. The chef does cooking classes for the residents and they love it. She goes the extra mile when serving the residents. I noticed she makes a cake/treats for their birthdays.

The care staff is awesome! They treat the residents with compassion and respect. I also love the upgrades they have made. Great place for loved ones who need help in their senior years. Mom is really enjoying the activities and making friends. She is happy and doing great!

The Meadows took such GREAT care of my father for over a year!!! He loved living there and loved the staff!!!!! As a family, we loved the staff and it was very touching to my family and I when my dad passed away they were so sweet to us and it was very nice to hear them talk about our dad!!!

The meadows is such a beautiful community with the nicest staff and residents. Everyone is so friendly. The food is so good and there is always something going on! There is always activities for people to attend!!

Broadmoor Court is just the place I was looking for! The staff is kind, courteous, approachable, and dedicated to caring for Mom and Dad. The safety and well-being of the residents are a top priority. There is a family atmosphere. Plenty of activities and great food are in abundance.

Housekeeping needs more staff to be able to provide weekly service consistently. Maintenance requests have to be followed up regularly by resident and/or family member to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. I supplement fresh fruit and veggies for my mom, as the dining room doesn't have a salad or fruit station. Usually just a hot veggie, apples, oranges, and bananas are provided with meals. She also likes that they have an assisted living facility on campus if needed in the future.

My mom was going to move there but then experienced a change of condition and she doesn’t qualify! I want to thank everyone who works there it was going to be a great experience for my mom. [name removed] the sales person was so sweet and answered our questions. We meet the ED and you can tell she truly cares. The staff came up to us and introduced themselves. We had looked at some other places and this one was the only one for us.
