I'd say it's a wonderful place. The staff is attentive to the residents. I would recommend the Broadmoor to others. I enjoy going there to be with my mom and watch her in the many activities they have.

[Name removed] was friendly and very helpful. She listened to my questions and concerns and gave thoughtful answers based upon my dad’s situation. The facility was clean and welcoming.

Great place. Was very clean. Staff was friendly. The place was very quiet which was nice. Residents were walking around and seemed to be happy. Although I didn’t ultimately choose Mercer Terrace it was high on my list and would recommend touring to see if it fits your loved one’s life style.

They are a wonderful community of people. The staff will do everything they can for families, in a caring way. I would recommend to others. It's a great place and another asset is if you would like your loved one close by you for families in the mid county or Port Arthur surrounding area.

Senior have everything they need at the facility. I would recommend.

Everyone seems very professional and helpful. It's a smaller place so they get to know the tenants.

Everything would be a 5 their great. like the activities they have planned for the residents each day. How they make the new residents feel welcome by providing them a welcome gift with some of the things they like also the meals that are prepared are freshly made each day by a chef. And the constantly check on my dad make sure he's ok and keep his room and clothes clean

They truly care and love their jobs. I would recommend to others.

5 on all accounts! Amazing facility!! Incredible staff!! The thing I love most is that the staff is exceptional from the top office managers, to the aides who care for my mom, to the lunch personnel. All are top notch, which of course makes our family rest easy knowing mom is being care for with respect and compassion. Yes I highly recommend Rosefield Court to anyone!

They are very knowledgeable very friendly and always ready to help. Amenities are great and many to choose from. Apartment sizes are small so you don't need much. Everything is free like laundry everything is free. Movie night, exercise classes, trivia game nights, so much more.

We looked at several and Bradfield Terrace was the best by for. The staff was great, the food is good you always give them different choices to choose from, you have different activities to chose from and the staff is good they treat them like family

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. We also like the activities and the special events like visiting musicians, and holiday plans for community to enjoy. Yes, we would recommend Emerson South Collins to other families based on the experience.

[name removed] is the very best and so helpful. The place is clean and smells good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we were there and they seem to try to provide as many activities as possible.

I loved the place, well kept and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. [name removed] was very patient, nice and informative. All of my needs would be met here. Emerson is at the top of my list when I make my decision.

[name removed] was very sweet and gave us a very thorough tour of the facility. We also interacted with some of the residents who spoke highly of the facility. The amenities appear to be wonderful and we are considering this a top option for my mother. As we are still in the research phase, I am not entirely sure about the value to cost ratio but my initial impression is that it is good.

I believe you have things arranged so well and I like the earlier opening times, it makes for more opportunities to get a table. I love the size of my apartment and so glad I didn't get the smaller kitchen. I'm not making a lot of food, but enjoy having the space. Everyone's welcoming and so many smiles it's hard to feel sorry for myself. I would recommend it to everyone.

I have a friend living in Lucas Court since Aug. 2025. For her wellbeing, she needed a place to live where people would care about her and care for her. She is thriving at Lucas Court! She loves both the residents and the staff. She enjoys the meals they serve and visiting in the dining room. There are plenty of activities to participate in when she wants something to do. She is especially grateful for the weekly visit by a local priest. I, too have been impressed with the facility and the staff every time I visit. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. They welcome questions and address concerns, and never make you feel like you are a bother. I am grateful for Lucas Court providing such a wonderful place for my friend to live!

[name removed], who did our initial tour, was amazing!! She has been there about 6 weeks and is settling in well. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The place is very nice! The Atriums was a great choice for my mom.

I feel comfortable and safe having Mom here. Broadmoor Court truly feels like home. The staff has been steady, attentive, and respectful, and I can see that she’s cared for the way families hope their loved ones will be. The environment is calm, clean, and familiar, and there’s a sense of stability that gives me peace of mind. Knowing she’s in a place where she’s looked after and treated with dignity makes all the difference.
