I was very impressed with this property. There were a lot on activities and amenities for the residents. [name removed] was extremely helpful the entire time. We ultimately did not move to the property because of my mother's need for assisted living vs independent. But I would certainly recommend.

I came to see the place and loved it one month later I moved in. I’ve been here 6 weeks and still loving everything about this place. Food is even decent. The people are so friendly and nice. I think I found my home.

Anything that our family member needs they take care of if they're not sure they contact us. They might take great care to make sure the residents are happy healthy, and safe. They always keep the family informed. They always let us know if there's something that our family member needs or we need to do. They're very calm. They're very polite. They're always in a great mood and always willing to help you in anyway they can.

The people who work there are exceptionally friendly, and the surrounding are clean and elegant. It is also well laid-out.

What stood out to me is the wonderful staff, excellent food, great services, beautiful facility and it's in a perfect location.

They have apartments available within the main building. Mom is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. Mom's apartment has a kitchenette, living room, a separate nice size bedroom with an on suite bathroom. Some of the residents have studio apartments. The dining room is very nice with a bistro. Each resident has a mailbox. The staff prepares special activities & events for every holiday and other activities every day. There is a nice theater room. There is a separate exercise room. The beauty shop is just a few doors away from mom's apartment. Medical staff is wonderful. A doctor comes once a month & the PA comes once a week. But they are always available in after hours & weekends. I can call after hours and speak to someone in case it's needed. Someone comes once a week & cleans the apartment, changes the sheets & does her wash. They are very caring & helpful to the residents & to family members. My mom doesn't have a pet but they do allow pets to live there. Residents I have spoken to really love living there. A negative is the parking lot. There's very few parking spaces & it floods in some of the spaces making it muddy & slippery.

The layout of the facility seems to be secure and still allowing the residents to go outside in a backyard garden environment. The staff has always been accommodating when something has been needed or changes with our mother has needed to happen. There could be a bit more a variety of activities for the residents instead of the same thing every week. The person who operates the hair salon has always done a nice job on all of the residents that we have encountered. From the moment we toured the facility we have always felt it is clean and welcoming. Never have felt like it is a smelly environment.

The general friendliness from everyone on the staff. And they worked very quickly to help our family get my dad moved in. The facility looks very clean and we feel good about the care he receives!

The things I like best about the community are the availability of activities and external trips. I also like that they give people a choice to interact or not interact, but they do encourage people to interact as much as possible. There's a sense of camaraderie amongst the residence and they do keep an eye on each other. The food they serve is also a compliment. My mom is a very picky eater, and she has told me several times that the food is good and the staff in the cafeteria are wonderful and she really loves the cleaning staff and all of the support staff that she interacts with on a daily basis.

It's a small facility and they treat you like family! Would definitely recommend. If you think you might want to move in, get on the waiting list.

We are very happy with Mackenzie Court and my mom says she loves it!! There was a little bit of an adjustment period With her getting used to it and not knowing anyone, but she will not be leaving. She is very happy there and we really like all the staff. She really likes the meals and the caretakers and directors.

Very friendly residents!! Felt very much at home. Wasn't there for very long, but if I could, I would definitely make "Royal Estate" my home!!

We chose Reunion Court because of the location, the size of the facility (it is smaller than other places) and the facility is really pretty. As with every place, you might have a few hiccups along the way, but my experience has been that they will work hard to get all issues resolved. Overall, we have been very pleased and my mother loves it.

Communication willingness to make sure my mom was getting her medications in a timely manner and the comfort of knowing since they are a memory care facility they know what to expect from individuals with dementia. They are very accommodating. Their prices are all inclusive.

The staff have been very helpful to us and have taken great care of the parents. Everyone is kind, and the place smells great.

They were very attentive to mom's wants and needs. The only reason we moved mom to [community removed], is that they have a separate memory care ward. Mom has dementia but will be getting worse and we wanted her to be in a place where they focus solely on that. To me it's a nursing ward for the memory care patients. She would still be at Bluebonnet if not for her dementia.

I recently had to find an assisted living facility for my uncle. I tried looking for a place on my own but everywhere I looked was either too expensive, too unappealing or both. I decided to use A Place for Mom and found Bradfield Terrace. Bradfield Terrace was the perfect match for my uncle. Affordable rates with the appeal of independent living and appropriate support. Highly recommended!!!

This was an easy process and fairly quick and easy to get mom moved in. She seems comfortable and happy which was our goal. The staff was very helpful in seeing to some adjustments to the floor that we had concerns with. They are very accommodating and understand we want the best for mom considering she is use to being very comfortable
